The concept of OBE(outcome-based education)is more focused on designing and implementing teaching activities around expected learning outcomes than the traditional teaching model and enhancing the quality of education through clear and measurable learning outcomes,which has led to profound changes in the field of education.However,environmental design practice teaching faces a series of challenges in the implementation of the OBE concept,including the complexity of the assessment system,personalized learning and creative learning,and over-reliance on quantitative assessment.Therefore,in order to further deepen the professionalization of the OBE concept,we have conducted research on the design education practice models at home and abroad,explored the practice teaching models and their applications such as project system,studio model,practical internships,and technology-driven interdisciplinary integration,and took the practice innovative teaching models of Stanford d.school and Rhode Island School of Design(RISD)as examples to explore the characteristics of the curricula,cultivation modes,and the development of the environmental design professional practice teaching model.The characteristics of OBE and RISD are discussed to provide a global vision and local contextual reference for the practice teaching reform of environmental design majors. 展开更多

Objective:There is vast literature on transformative learning,which is an important aspect of nursing education,but its meaning remains unclear.It is therefore important to clarify the meaning of transformative learning,identify its attributes,antecedents and consequences to increase its use in nursing education,practice and research.Methods:Walker and Avant's method was used,and the process provided a structured way to analyse the concept of'transfonnative leaming'.Nursing education dictionaries,encyclopaedias,conference papers,research articles,dissertations,theses,journal articles,thesauri and relevant books through the database library and intemet searches were reviewed.One hundred and two literature sources were reviewed,and data saturation was reached.Results:The results of the concept analysis of transformative learning within the context of nursing education identified three categories,namely,1)Antecedents as cognitive and affective perspective,democratic education principles and inspiration;2)Process through three phases,namely i)awareness through self-reflection,ii)the meaningful interactive,integrative and democratic construction process,and iii)metacognitive reasoning abilities;and 3)Outcomes.A theoretical definition of transformative learning was formulated.Theoretical validity was ensured.Conclusion:The results of the concept analysis of transformative learning were used to describe a model to facilitate transformative learning within the context of nursing education. 展开更多

Introduction: Concept map is used as a teaching strategy, where nursing uses this method often to learn more effectively and to be able to apply knowledge when working with diabetic patients. Objective: The aim of this review is to examine all the published articles related to the effectiveness of concept mapping as an educational nursing intervention strategy to handle diabetic foot from 2010-2019. Methodology: Integrative review design in reviewing pertaining literature. Key words related to research were used, database obtained from Cochrane library, MEDLINE, PubMed, Science Direct, Cumulative Index Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), ProQuest and Ovid databases were searched, covering the period 2010 to 2019. Other Studies were included if they were related to the effectiveness of concept mapping as an educational nursing intervention strategy to handle diabetic foot. Results: Reveled that concept mapping is a very crucial education tool for both nurses and patients. It is used by nurses to teach diabetic patients how to prevent diabetic foot ulcer, as well as to understand how to organize information and understand the facts. Conclusion: This review confirmed that there are growing confirming literatures about the application of concept maps as an effective nursing strategy. Purpose: The purpose of this review was to investigate the current state of knowledge about the effectiveness of concept mapping in nursing education. Methods: An integrative review adapted a systematic approach. Also, after an extensive search from different databases, ten articles were retrieved and fully reviewed. Results: The ten reviewed articles were adopted quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method designs. Four main themes were identified: 1) from passive to active learners, 2) establishing new knowledge, 3) improving cognitive abilities, and 4) self-confidences in clinical work. Conclusion: Nursing literature supports the importance of including concept maps in nursing education. Educators believe that concept mapping is a motivating teaching strategy, hence, it is fostering the long-term and meaningful learning. Also, the findings of this study might encourage nursing educators to evaluate the current teaching strategies, also, this review might initiate future studies with larger sample 展开更多

Therefore, the comprehensive quality of university students shows the level of higher education. Ecological literacy is the basic literacy of college students under the background of green development to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. The green development education is based on the research idea of the relationship between the individual and the surrounding environment in ecology, which requires respecting the subjectivity of the active object, paying attention to the integrity and connection of the object. Compared with the traditional education, green development education pays more attention to the cultivation of moral quality and sound personality of the educated, and it can make the students understand the ecological environment. Under the premise of ecological system and the mechanism of biological growth and development, respect and love of life are formed naturally, and then the universal concern for environment and others is formed. College students, as advanced groups of young people, are leading the social fashion and influencing the social ethical environment. Ecological literacy is the new requirement of the times for college students. We should integrate the education of green development into the ideological education,make great efforts to shape the ecological ethical system of college students, and cultivate their ecological consciousness, ecological thinking and behavior habits.
