On Chinese Parody Translation

Chinese parody,as a traditional figure of speech,has captured more and more attention from scholars.The researches conducted up to date are inadequate in theorizing and exploring its translation.This paper,based on the comparative data analysis of Chinese parody translation examples in different types of texts,attempts to probe into the means about how to achieve the closest function equivalence in rendering Chinese parody under the guidance of Sociosemiotic Approach.It is found that the nature of Chinese parody translation is to achieve the closest natural equivalence or similarity in expressive function,informative function,vocative function and aesthetic function in its equivalents in English.And it is suggested that borrowing,imitating,paraphrasing and adapting are effective strategies in translating Chinese parody.

Description Générale de la Chine and the Spread of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the West in the 18^(th) Century

Description Générale de la Chine is an important sinology masterpiece published in France in the late 18^(th) century.Its author Jean-Baptiste Grosier summarized and rearranged a large number of first-hand materials to systematically introduce China’s national traditions and culture.A great part of this book introduced ancient Chinese medicine,which facilitated the unbiased understanding of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Europe and fostered a knowledge dialogue between the Chinese and Western medicine systems.Such content also provided a historical reference for how to promote the further going out of TCM to the world.

The Creative Design Research of Product Appearance Based on Human-machine Interaction and Interface

Today’s product creative design has rendered many fe atures and has brought a great change in our everyday life, there are many new c hallenges in its traditional theory and principle. According to the traditional design theory, the FBS design model pays more attention to the function and stru cture of the product. But this model still couldn’t strengthen the relation bet ween product appearance design and human-machine design effectively. This paper adopt converse design thinking and presents an improved design thinking methodo logy based on C: FBS for product appearance design and give a general summarizat ion for the features, methods and technology based on human-machine interaction and interface. Meanwhile it also combines with the behavior design of product r elated IT fields and constructs a new outline to improve the design of product a ppearance supported by the technology of computer aided design. So the new metho d about design thinking for computer aided design, the new abstract product design model and the key problem of design thinking based on human-machine inte raction and interface are addressed in this paper. This kind of creative design theory that is driven by human-machine interaction and interface will help the development of CAD software system and the research of product design and manufa cture. Additionally, this paper gives some beneficial characters to address the theory based on human-machine interaction and interface. Meanwhile, combining with the developing of computer technology, the trends of design thinking based on t he technology of human-machine interaction and interface are also analyzed and discussed at the end of this paper.

Practical Timing Synchronization for Network Dynamics in Large Machine-to-Machine Networks

Efficient multi-machine cooperation and network dynamics still remain open that jeopardize great applications in largescale machine-to-machine(M2M) networks. Among all possible machine cooperation controls, to synchronize tremendous machines in a timing-efficient brings one of the greatest challenge and serves as the foundation for any other network control policies. In this paper, we propose a linear-time synchronization protocol in large M2M networks. Specifically, a closed-form of synchronization rate is provided by developing the statistical bounds of the second smallest eigenvalue of the graph Laplacian matrix. These bounds enable the efficient control of network dynamics, facilitating the timing synchronization in networks. Through a practical study in Metropolis, simulation results confirm our theoretical analysis and provide effective selection of wireless technologies, including Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and cellular systems, with respect to the deployed density of machines. Therefore, this paper successfully demonstrates a practical timing synchronization, to make a breakthrough of network dynamic control in real-world machine systems, such as Internet of Things.

Determination of trace and rare-earth elements in Chinese soil and clay reference materials by ICP-MS

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) has become a powerful tool for providing reliable analytical results in many laboratories around the word. In this study, the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids in high-temperature and high-pressure closed-vessel digestion technique were used to decompose some Chinese reference materials, and thirty seven elements were determined by ICP-MS. Most of the results for Chinese soil reference materials were found to be in reasonable agreement with the reference values, except Cs, Ta, Li, Ge, Zn, Nd, Tb and Ta whose values need to be revised. Their precisions were typically lower than 5% RSD. However, the Precisions of Chinese clay reference materials, especially for GBW03102 and GBW03102a, were significantly different with reference values, probably reflecting the existence of a coarser-grained fraction(>70 μm) in samples, and the formation of fluorides in Al-rich samples during sample decomposition by using the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids. Moreover, thirty-seven trace elements covering the mass range from Li to U in four Chinese clay reference materials were firstly provided with good precision and accuracy in this study.

Research and development on cutting scale machine in the coal mine shaft

The deposit scale in the coal mine shaft usually causes serious accidents, such as making rope broken, cage seized or dropped. To solve this kind of problems, the re-search of the cutting scale mechanism was made, and a new type of removal scale equipment was made with using imported hard alloy material. The cutting experiment and actual cutting show that it can adapt to abominable condition in the shaft, such as narrow space, wet and excessive shaft crevice water and so on, and can work safely and reliably, and has high cutting scale efficiency. It can also cut out the deposit scale in the circular section of shaft.

徐家汇的“外国人”:《中国通讯》(Relations de Chine)中逝者们的故事

上海徐家汇曾在近代中西文化交流史上拥有举足轻重的地位。作为中西文化交流的主体——徐家汇的外籍学者在其中扮演了重要角色。然而与之相对的是,目前学界对于这些外国人,尤其是他们来华之前的情况缺乏了解,不仅在描述和介绍中产生史实错误,而且由于只能将其置于法国侨民的背景之下进行考量,还产生了自相矛盾的评价。本文主要基于法语期刊《中国通讯》(1903—1940)中的讣告部分,对这些徐家汇的"外国人"生平,尤其是其来华之前以及刚来华在徐家汇的生活情况进行梳理。从中西文化交流的主体角度描述了这些外籍学者长期游离于母国侨民,以徐家汇为中心开展中西文化交流活动的历史史实,进一步体现出徐家汇在当时处于中西文化交流的中心地位。

考虑染色机清洗的印染生产过程优化调度

目前印染车间作业计划还是依靠人工经验和软件辅助来安排,而不是通过建立数学模型描述生产过程和求解获得的,所以非常耗时,作业计划的生产效率低,甚至不能满足订单的交货期.文中提出了包含染色机清洗的印染生产过程优化调度数学模型,建立产品加工,工序,设备和交货期等的约束,以最大程度满足订单交货期为目标函数.不论订单有多少,印染生产过程有几条生产线,同一生产工序有几种生产设备,该模型都能满足印染生产过程调度的要求,只是数据文件的大小和模型求解的复杂度不同.以印染企业的5个订单为案例,通过ILOG CPLEX软件求解调度模型,获得订单车间作业计划.研究结果表明,生产的安排满足了订单的交货期,染色机只清洗了一次,模型的求解时间为秒级,极大地提高了印染车间作业计划安排的精确和效率.

生成式人工智能沉迷的法律规制:动因及对策

生成式人工智能的蓬勃兴起为经济社会发展注入了新动能,正在深刻改变人们的生产生活方式,同时也容易导致人工智能沉迷问题。这不仅是个体层面的问题,更涉及人的思维自由、行为自由、人的主体地位等更深层次的问题。当前在防范方面还存在着对象范围过窄、监管方法不当、防沉迷领域局限以及防范义务不明确且手段单一等问题。应当从法律层面对生成式人工智能的沉迷问题进行规制,明确生成式人工智能提供者的防沉迷义务,转变监管方法,加大监管力度,建立生成式人工智能沉迷防范体系,发挥多元主体协同共治,确保生成式人工智能的使用符合人类整体利益。

Detecting Non-Stationarity for Auscultation Signal of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The information about the nonstationarity of the aus-cultation signal is utilized in this paper to objectively and auto-matically identify healthy people and patients with qi-deficiency or yin-deficiency. In order to characterize the nonstationarity of the sound signal,the nonlinear cross-prediction method is used to extract features from the signal. A feature selection method based on conditional mutual information maximization criterion （CMIM） is implemented to find an optimal feature set. By means of the support vector machine （SVM） classifier,three common states （healthy,qi-deficiency and yin-deficiency） in traditional Chinese medicine are distinguished using the feature set,and a satisfactory classification accuracy of 80% is achieved in the experiment. In conclusion,the analysis based on the nonstationarity of the sound signal provides an alternative and outstanding approach to the objective auscultation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.

Study on flow behavior and structure over chined fuselage at high angle of attack

A study of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage and the effects of micro tip perturbation on its vortex flow have been carried out in wind tunnel experiments at Reynolds numbers from 1.26×105 to 5.04×105 with PIV and pressure measurement techniques.Firstly,the experiment results have proved that micro tip perturbation has no effects on the vortex flow and its aerodynamic characteristics over chined fuselage at high angle of attack,in which there are not any non-deterministic flow behaviors.Secondly,the evolution of leeward vortex structure over chined fuselage along the axis of model can be divided into four flow regimes:linear conical developed regime,decay regime of leeward vortex intensity,asymmetric leeward vortex break down regime and completely break down regime.And a correlation between leeward vortex structure and sectional aerodynamic force was also revealed in the present paper.Thirdly,the experiment results show the behavior of leeward vortex core trajectories and zonal characteristics of leeward vortex structure with angles of attack.Finally,the experiment results of Reynolds number effect on the leeward vortex flow have further confirmed research conclusions from previous studies:the flows over chined fuselage at high angles of attack are insensitive to variation of Reynolds number,and there is a little effect on the secondary boundary layer separation and the suction peak induced by leeward vortex.

高动态范围条纹结构光在机检测技术及应用进展

条纹结构光技术是近年来发展迅速的非接触式测量方法,为机械加工在机检测提供了新的解决方案。由于加工环境光线复杂且金属零件本身具有高反光的特性,造成结构光在机检测的精度降低。将高动态范围(High Dynamic Range,HDR)技术应用于结构光检测中,可抑制高反光的影响,实现金属零件在复杂场景的测量。本文首先介绍了结构光测量原理,总结出HDR结构光在机检测面临的难点;其次,对HDR结构光技术进行了全面综述,以机械加工在机检测为背景,对基于硬件设备的HDR技术和基于条纹算法的HDR技术分别进行了归纳分析;然后,根据在机检测的条件需求,对各类技术进行总结,并比较不同方法的优缺点和在机检测的适用性;最后,结合近年来先进制造技术和精密测量的研究热点,对潜在应用进行分析,提出技术展望。

Large-scale virtual machines provisioning in clouds： challenges and approaches

The scale of global data center market has been explosive in recent years. As the market grows, the demand for fast provisioning of the virtual resources to support elas- tic, manageable, and economical computing over the cloud becomes high. Fast provisioning of large-scale virtual ma- chines （VMs）, in particular, is critical to guarantee quality of service （QoS）. In this paper, we systematically review the existing VM provisioning schemes and classify them in three main categories. We discuss the features and research status of each category, and introduce two recent solutions, VMThunder and VMThunder＋, both of which can provision hundreds of VMs in seconds.

基于区域地质信息的盾构掘进参数自适应调整及地面沉降控制方法

[目的]目前将机器学习方法用于地面沉降预测已经成为一种趋势。然而大多数基于地质参数及盾构掘进参数等构建的地面沉降预测模型方法单一,并且不能够用于地面沉降的实际控制。对此,提出了一种基于区域地质信息驱动的盾构掘进参数自适应调整与地面沉降控制方法。[方法]以南京地铁9号线为例,详细阐述了该控制方法的构建及实施过程。该控制方法采用基于多种机器学习方法的融合算法,分两个阶段。阶段1为模型构建阶段:地面沉降预测模型对施工数据库总体样本进行训练,通过融合算法得到模型A的最优算法;然后,构建模型B(盾构掘进参数优化模型)以地面沉降作为控制指标筛选优质施工数据,训练并通过融合算法得到模型B的最优算法。阶段2为施工阶段,将未开挖或者沉降可能较大的区间相关参数输入到采用最优算法的模型B中,输出优化的盾构掘进参数,从而实现了盾构掘进参数的实时调整和地面沉降的控制。以南京地铁9号线区间为例,通过仿真计算对该方法的应用效果进行验证。[结果及结论]仿真计算结果与实测值相比,优化后沉降最多减小了21.51 mm,验证了该方法的有效性。
