With the rapid development of information technology in contemporary times,the blended teaching mode that blends online and offline courses has become an international trend in higher education.Taking blended tourism ...With the rapid development of information technology in contemporary times,the blended teaching mode that blends online and offline courses has become an international trend in higher education.Taking blended tourism management courses at Chongqing Three Gorges University as an example,we explored the impact of such teaching reform on student satisfaction based on the SERVPERF model.Empirical analysis of 179 valid questionnaires revealed that five elements of the reform,namely,reliability,assurance,valuableness,responsiveness,and empathy,have a significant positive impact on students’learning satisfaction.Specifically,in the context of blended courses,factors such as a stable and reliable teaching environment,comprehensively guaranteed educational conditions,teaching content that highly aligns with students’demands and value expectations,prompt responses to students’needs and feedback,and empathetic consideration of students’perspectives are critical for enhancing student satisfaction.Based on these conclusions,we propose several strategies and methods for improving the effectiveness of blended teaching in the hope of propelling its continuous improvement and optimization,thus further elevating the quality of higher education.展开更多
Based on the situation of China’s custom home furnishing industry,this paper systematically analyzes the marketing environment and market competitiveness of China’s custom home furnishing industry.If an enterprise w...Based on the situation of China’s custom home furnishing industry,this paper systematically analyzes the marketing environment and market competitiveness of China’s custom home furnishing industry.If an enterprise wants to produce in the market competition,marketing strategy is very important to the development and competition of the enterprise.Marketing strategy,based on Guangxi Suofeiya custom household customer satisfaction as the research object,based on the demographic characteristics and consumer behavior and marketing strategy,carries on the quantitative analysis of customer satisfaction,component factors affecting customer satisfaction index,set up 28 observation variables affecting customer satisfaction,uses the questionnaire survey,through the questionnaire star network distributed in the form of data collection;SPSS 22.0 descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were carried out on the collected data.By studying the significance of demographic characteristics,consumer behavior,and marketing strategies,customer satisfaction,the results show that different aspects of gender,age,monthly household income,and occupations are different from customer satisfaction,but different education levels have no significant difference.According to the research conclusion,from the perspective of 7Ps marketing theory,optimization marketing suggestions are put forward for Sophia Company to improve customer satisfaction,so as to enhance its competitiveness in Guangxi home furnishing market,and provide reference for other customized home furnishing enterprises.展开更多

This paper analyzes the survey data from some customers in the fresh farm food supermarket of Wuhan City with factor analysis method, multiple linear regression method, etc. The analysis results reveal that: 1) the consumption experiences decide custom- ers’ satisfaction degree through influencing the customers’ expectation and the perceived performance, namely the consumption experiences is the important factor which decides customers’ satisfaction; 2) the consumption experiences that influence customers’ satisfaction is a multi-dimensional construct, including such four dimensions as product consumption experience, service experience, shopping convenience experience, supermarket environment experience; furthermore, the degree that different consumption experiences influence customers’ satisfaction is diverse, and the product consumption experiences are the most important factor. This paper is of realistic significance to a certain extent to enrich the theoretical research on customers’ satisfaction and promote the practice of agricultural product marketing.展开更多
This article concentrates on evaluating residents'satisfaction with the implementation of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.It introduces the key factors influencing the evaluation of resi...This article concentrates on evaluating residents'satisfaction with the implementation of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.It introduces the key factors influencing the evaluation of residents'satisfaction with the performance of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang by investigating the related data acquired from 12 field studies.It builds a binary logistic regression model via modern econometrics theory and utilizes the regression model to conduct the empirical analysis of influencing factors.The results reveal that there is no variation between the residents'education level,ethnicity,location,and satisfaction with the work of village cadres on the residents'evaluation of the implementation effect of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang.Besides,ten variables such as residents'gender,age,revenue,occupation,whether they are rural residents,and satisfaction level(pairing aid policy in Xinjiang,state subsidy policy,medical improvement,education improvement,housing condition improvement)are steady and significant factors affecting residents'satisfaction with the implementation effect of pairing aid policy in Xinjiang.Finally,based on the analysis and findigns,it proposes corresponding countermeasures.展开更多
Rural human settlement is a significant indicator of the living standards of rural residents,and its improvement can contribute to promoting the positive interaction between inhabited environment and the social,econom...Rural human settlement is a significant indicator of the living standards of rural residents,and its improvement can contribute to promoting the positive interaction between inhabited environment and the social,economic,and resource environment in the countryside.Based on 557 valid questionnaires of satisfaction evaluation of human settlement in the peripheral metropolitan area of Beijing,this paper analyzed the elemental characteristics and factors influencing human settlement quality using multivariate statistical analysis and a structural equation model.The result shows that,first,the rural residents in a peripheral metropolitan area of Beijing are generally satisfied with the quality of human settlement(satisfaction rate is 66.2%).Specifically,the natural and social environment of the countryside is excellent and harmonious and corresponding standard of countryside infrastructure is advanced,but the quality of public services and follow-up management of facilities are in urgent need of improvement and the imbalance between revenue and expenditure of rural households has led to a continuous increase in the pressures of life.Second,factors such as social atmosphere,appearance of the village,entertainment,living costs,fundamental public services,and production costs have significant effects on human settlement quality in this peripheral metropolitan area,with social atmosphere as the main one.Living costs and supporting services are the main constraints to improvement in the quality of human settlement.展开更多

The results show that improving farmers' living standards, expanding the sales channels, increasing scientific and technological input and perfecting risk management mechanism of agricultural products, is of great significance to promoting farmers' satisfaction, and improving the development effect of characteristic agriculture.
