The IC 50 values of 20 nitroaromatics were determined by the activity of ATPase of carp ( Cyprinus carpio ) kidney in vitro, and used to develop the quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) wi...The IC 50 values of 20 nitroaromatics were determined by the activity of ATPase of carp ( Cyprinus carpio ) kidney in vitro, and used to develop the quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) with 6 descriptors of 1 X v, Σσ -, I , 1 Ka , E LUMO , log P . A best equation was obtained by multiple regression analysis -log IC 50 =1 306 Σσ -+0 657 I +0 584E LUMO +2 852( r =0 925). Σσ - is the sum of substituent constants. I is the indicator variable. E LUMO is the energy of the lowest unoccupied orbital. Results showed that the Σσ -, I and E LUMO were closely correlated with toxicity of nitroaromatics. Some toxicity mechanisms by nitroaromatics are also discussed in this paper.展开更多
Silicon thin films with different crystalline ratio(Xc) have been deposited by varying silane content(SC) of reactive gases in the RF-PECVD process.The effects of silane content on performance of the materials and the...Silicon thin films with different crystalline ratio(Xc) have been deposited by varying silane content(SC) of reactive gases in the RF-PECVD process.The effects of silane content on performance of the materials and the relationship between microstructure and opto-electronic properties were studied by means of Raman measurements,photoconductivity(σ_ ph ),and dark conductivity(σ_d),followed by the measurements of light absorption coefficient(α),the product of quantum efficiency,mobility and lifetime (ημτ),before,during and after light soaking,respectively.The results indicate that the microcrystalline silicon near the transition region is suitable to prepare microcrystalline silicon of device grade,and that the amorphous region of the material is responsible to the light induced degradation.展开更多

In present work, it was investigation that supramolecular recognition for halogenated phenols, three crosols, three nitrophenols and three aminophenols, served respectively as the substrate of the mimetic receptor, iron-5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis (sulforphenyl)-21H, 23H-porphine (FeTPPS) or FeTPPS-β-CDP. Supramolecular complex, FeTPPS-β-CDP with function of mult i-recognition and induced-fit, was a advanced kind of mimetic peroxidase; Methyl phenol or polyphenol was the substitute of chlorophenic acid, while aminophenols and other phenols were suggested not to be utilized to enzymatic assay of H2O2. Being a mimetic enzyme mimicking the space structure of overall proteinase, beaimed by immobilized mimetic enzyme with a large number of β-CD interior cavities, chlorophenol was identified optimal substrate in the system tested.展开更多
