Based on the needs of regional industrial development and technical personnel training,the training base for technical skill as the core function has effectively enhanced the development of vocational education.However,at present,the training base in vocational colleges is mainly applied for students’teaching,and the overall utilization rate is low.It is of great importance in the rational application of software and hardware resources onto the training base to widely carry out popular science activities.The importance of training base construction and scientific popularization is expounded.On this basis,the research team took the S&T racing training base as a case to study its expandable scientific popularization function.The practice results show that using the resources of the training base to carry out scientific popularization activities can greatly improve teenagers’interest in automobile technology.More training bases in vocational colleges should expand the function of scientific popularization. 展开更多

Campus education and social training are the two most important functions of vocational colleges.Attaching importance to campus education while neglecting social training is a long-standing problem in vocational colleges.Vigorously developing higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education in China and the ardent expectation of the public.Only through the construction a scientific and efficient education and training system and the deep integration of campus education with social training can the design of complementary resources and the improvement of talent training quality take place.The vocational education and training system contains many elements.This study takes teaching resources,teaching staff,and management mechanism as the main research subject and carries out related research work.Firstly,this paper expounds the policy documents of the Chinese government and emphasizes the importance of vocational education.Secondly,the relevant research results of scholars are reviewed.Thirdly,this paper proposes several specific suggestions for the construction of key elements of the vocational education and training system.Then,the main conclusions and prospects are summarized. 展开更多

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant. 展开更多

Many individuals with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)experience delays in the development of social and communications skills,which can limit their opportunities in higher education and employment resulting in an overall negative impact to their quality of life.This systematic review identifies 15 studies that explored the effectiveness of Video-Based Interventions(VBIs)for those with ASD during the critical years of adolescence and young adulthood.The 15 studies described herein found this to be an effective intervention for this population for the improvement of their vocational,daily living,and academic skills.In addition,VBIs allow for the maintenance and generalization of the different target behaviors that were examined.The majority of the studies located by this review also investigated the social validity of the intervention method with participants and caregivers and found these VBIs to have high social validity.Although a few studies that implemented VBIs to improve academic skills were located,the research on their use in this area was found to be lacking,indicating a gap in the research on VBIs.Increased usage of VBIs—including video modeling and video prompting—with the target population of those aged 15–28 with ASD is recommended with specific attention given to the use of VBIs to improve the academic and social skills of adolescents and young adults with ASD. 展开更多

In the 21stcentury educational landscape,higher educational institutions(HEI)play a crucial role in the shaping of social and economic strategies of a developing country.HEI’s main role is to develop and train the workforce for the middle to higher level employment.Technical and vocational education(TVE)on the other hand,plays the role in filling the major work force at the lower or blue collar level and at the same time,providing pathways and opportunities for them to pursue further educational needs.In Brunei Darussalam,HEI works closely with TVE to ensure there is a continuation pathway for TVE to HEI although there are fundamental differences in the philosophy,pedagogy and assessment measures.In Universiti Teknologi Brunei(UTB),the design of the curriculum has always been outcome based;heavily related to skills and practices of the job market,similar to TVE’s teaching and learning philosophy.In this study,we are looking at the brief development of TVE and HE across the world and Brunei,the qualification framework of Brunei and curriculum design of UTB.The study will highlight how UTB provides a smooth transition for TVE feeders to the university to support the value of practical learning in workplace settings,combined with conceptual learning in an academic setting.The primary role of UTB is to assist graduates in the transition to professional practice. 展开更多

目的讨论高职临床医学专业人才培养模式的改革策略,汇总实践成果,推广“1+1+1”高职临床医学专业人才培养模式。方法将2022年8月至2023年8月常德职业技术学院临床医学专业的两个随机自然班纳入研究,两个班学生人数均为40人,其中一个班... 目的讨论高职临床医学专业人才培养模式的改革策略,汇总实践成果,推广“1+1+1”高职临床医学专业人才培养模式。方法将2022年8月至2023年8月常德职业技术学院临床医学专业的两个随机自然班纳入研究,两个班学生人数均为40人,其中一个班接受传统的“2+1”人才培养模式,为对照组;另一个班接受经改革的“1+1+1”人才培养模式,为观察组。两种人才培养模式最大的区别在于大二时期(2022年8月至2023年8月),对照组医学生该学年在校进行理论学习,观察组医学生该学年在教学医院进行临床课的学习。比较两组医学生之间的专业课理论考试成绩和实践考试成绩差异,以及专项能力水平差异,最后评价两组对各自教学模式的满意度。结果(1)观察组专业课理论考试成绩、实践考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)教学前,两组的病历书写能力、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力、团队合作能力、自我正念能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,观察组的病历书写能力、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力、团队合作能力、自我正念能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组对当下人才培养模式激发学习兴趣的满意度评分、对当下人才培养模式提高团队合作水平的满意度评分、对当下人才培养模式激发自身职业与就职信念的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“1+1+1”人才培养模式有助于更好地培养高职临床医学专业人才,提升整体教学品质。 展开更多
