Recent Progress in Atmospheric Chemistry Research in China: Establishing a Theoretical Framework for the “Air Pollution Complex”

Atmospheric chemistry research has been growing rapidly in China in the last 25 years since the concept of the“air pollution complex”was first proposed by Professor Xiaoyan TANG in 1997.For papers published in 2021 on air pollution(only papers included in the Web of Science Core Collection database were considered),more than 24000 papers were authored or co-authored by scientists working in China.In this paper,we review a limited number of representative and significant studies on atmospheric chemistry in China in the last few years,including studies on(1)sources and emission inventories,(2)atmospheric chemical processes,(3)interactions of air pollution with meteorology,weather and climate,(4)interactions between the biosphere and atmosphere,and(5)data assimilation.The intention was not to provide a complete review of all progress made in the last few years,but rather to serve as a starting point for learning more about atmospheric chemistry research in China.The advances reviewed in this paper have enabled a theoretical framework for the air pollution complex to be established,provided robust scientific support to highly successful air pollution control policies in China,and created great opportunities in education,training,and career development for many graduate students and young scientists.This paper further highlights that developing and low-income countries that are heavily affected by air pollution can benefit from these research advances,whilst at the same time acknowledging that many challenges and opportunities still remain in atmospheric chemistry research in China,to hopefully be addressed over the next few decades.

智能时代数学教师CT-MPK理论框架研究

智能技术重塑了教育演进变革样态,教师知识结构亟待更新。为此,文章首先以整合技术的学科教学知识为教师知识结构的核心,以数学教师为研究对象,梳理了智能时代教师知识结构跃迁的脉络,初步廓清了智能时代数学教师知识结构的发展需求。随后,文章引入计算思维知识,构建了智能时代数学教师融入计算思维的数学教学知识(Computer Thinking-Mathematics Pedagogical Knowledge,CT-MPK)理论框架。最后,文章以MPK的社会化为基础,提出CT-MPK理论框架的实践路径,包括多途径融入计算思维实现CT-MK外显化、提供浸润式学习情境引导问题解决实现CT-PK整合化、跨学科知识优化教学实现CT-MPK内在化。CT-MPK理论框架的构建及其实践路径的提出,既有助于更新与扩展数学教师的知识结构,也可为指导数学教师的教学实践提供参考,有助于数学教师更好地适应智能时代的教育变革,推动教育的高质量发展。

A theoretical framework for interaction of nursing discipline with genetics and genomics

Background:Since the completion of the Human Genome Project,health science has been strongly influenced by the advances in genetics and genomics.However,the progress of embracing genetics and genomics into nursing discipline is limited.One of the main barriers is lack of understanding on the relevancy of genetics and genomics to nursing discipline.Objectives:This paper aims to synthesize and develop a theoretical framework for the interaction of nursing discipline with genetics and genomics.Methods:Through content analysis and constant comparative method,a theoretical framework was developed from synthesis of the studies regarding nursing and genetics/genomics indexed in multiple English and Chinese databases.Results:Four main theoretical statements were constructed in the framework:1)There are three ways to show how genetics and genomics can influence nursing discipline:a new specialty,new technologies and a new lens;2)The significant contribution of nursing discipline to genetics and genomics lies in how nurses could focus on the association between human responses and genes and how nurses could advocate for their clients in the genetic and genomic era;3)A paradigm shift occurs after a constant interaction of nursing discipline with genetics and genomics;4)Implementation strategies could be used to facilitate the integration of genetics and genomics to nursing discipline and advance the paradigm shift.Conclusions:The framework will help to understand the relationship between nursing discipline and genetics and genomics and implicate the future studies integrating genetics and genomic science into nursing discipline.

Dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation： a theoretical framework and empirical studies in Chinese firms

Based on investigations of 112 Chinese firms and studies on foreign leading eorporafiorm, a theo-retical framework of dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation (SI) is put forward. Several large firms in China winning through SI were studied empirically. This paper complements previous publications on the theories of innovation and strategy. This work' s findings will be useful for managers interested in our approach,which highlights the importance of SI and focuses on and points out the major pitfalls in the innovation processes. Implementing the dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation can effectively cultivate and develop core eompetences of eorporations. It is eoncluded that implementing SI is the only path for Chinese enterprise growth in the intensified competition in the knowledge economy.

Can the integration between urban and rural areas be realized?A new theoretical analytical framework

Urban-rural integration is an advanced form resulting from the future evolution of urban-rural relationships.Nevertheless,little research has explored whether urban and rural areas can move from dual segmentation to integrated development from a theoretical or empirical perspective.Based on the research framework of welfare economics,which offers an appealing paradigm to frame the underlying game between cities and villages,this study clarifies the ideal state of urban-rural integration.It then proposes a series of basic assumptions,and constructs a corresponding objective function and its constraints.Moreover,it assesses the possibility of seeing the transmutation from division to integration between urban and rural areas with continuous socio-economic development.The authors argue that the ideal state of urban-rural integration should be a Pareto-driven optimal allocation of urban-rural resources and outputs,and the maximization of social welfare in the entire region.Based on a systematic demonstration using mathematical models,the study proposes that urban and rural areas can enter this ideal integrated development pattern when certain parameter conditions are met.In general,this study demonstrates the theoretical logic and scientific foundations of urban-rural integration,enriches theoretical studies about urban-rural relationships,and provides basic theoretical support for large developing countries to build a coordinated and orderly urban-rural community with a shared future.

Chinese Comprehensive Rural Reform: Institutional Vicissitude, Theoretic Framework and Content Structure

The social and economic development level of rural areas, the productivity of agriculture and the life quality of farmers were always the greatest concerns of Chinese Central Government. Therefore, the research related to rural areas, agriculture and farmers had remained as the prominent parts for a long period and would continue to be prominent in the future to build China into a moderately prosperous nation in an all-round way. Chinese rural area had constantly experienced three significant system reforms since 1978, namely the reform of rural management system, the rural tax and fee reform and the rural comprehensive reform. This paper attempted to analyze the theoretic framework and the content structure of the comprehensive rural reform since it was the higher stage of rural institutional vicissitude, which had changed the governance and operation system and thus promoted the great changes to fundamental social and economic system in rural areas. The theoretic framework of comprehensive rural reform covered three aspects in its content, namely the rural governance theory, the government function theory and the public finance theory. The comprehensive rural reform was a complicated system engineering with multiple dimensions and targets mainly including rural political restructuring, rural economic restructuring and rural public products allocation restructuring. The reform had focused on enhancing the vitality of agricultural and rural development, breaking through the urban and rural binary system, and further reducing the disparity between cities and countrysides, so as to realize the urban-rural integration. It was necessary to clarify and understand the key mechanism and intrinsic logic of the rural comprehensive reform, which was helpful to establish the foundation constituted by scientific methodology to implement the reform and evaluation criterion to judge the reform performance.

Environmental accounting: Theoretical review and research prospects

This paper is based on the ecological and harmonious development concept of ecological civilization, and combines economic development, environmental governance and accounting research as the basis for the development of environmental accounting theory. In order to analyze the relevant theories of environmental accounting development at home and abroad, we use the historical measurement research and hierarchical division methods to systematiccally review the theoretical literatures and research progress. It is concluded that:(1) The development of foreign environmental accounting focuses on the formulation of industry norms, the interpretation of regulations and policies, and the organization of the overall structural framework. Relevant environmental costs, environmental accounting, uncertainties and environmental accounting information disclosure throughout the study of Western environmental accounting. The theory is applied to practice and tested in the free market.(2) Domestic related research is mostly based on comprehensive considerations. It started late. Although the overall environmental accounting framework is basically formed and related laws and regulations are gradually improved, there are still some: the environmental accounting subsystem is not clear, and the accounting standards are not unified. Through the combing of domestic and international environmental accounting theories and combining with China's actual national conditions, this paper proposes that in the field of environmental accounting, China needs to further improve relevant legal norms, improve the environmental accounting theory system, clarify the field of environmental accounting research, and determine environmental accounting requirements and methods.

A Proposed Theoretical Model for Exploring the Ecological Ideologies Revealed in the Online Chinese Resort Profiles

Responding to the increasingly heated discussion of environmental issues and the mounting concern about ecological degradation, the present thesis is to try formulating a comprehensive and specific theoretical model for exploring the ecological ide-ologies revealed in the online Chinese resort profiles. In this model, Fairclough's three-dimensional model draws upon the Subsystem of Appraisal Theory-Attitude as the specific analytical framework and the ecological philosophy in the scope of ecocriticism as the specific explanatory tool for the exploration of ecological ideologies in these texts. Thus, the present thesis finds a point where CDA, Appraisal Theory and Ecocriticism work together to conduct a discourse analysis, which not only broadens the theoretical scope of each, but makes these theories better serve the practical course of environment protection.

数字赋能文旅深度融合的理论逻辑与研究框架

数字赋能文旅深度融合既是数字经济时代文旅发展的重要方式,又是文旅研究的重要课题。文章在阐述文旅深度融合内涵的基础上,探究了数字赋能文旅深度融合的基本逻辑,认为数字技术嵌入支撑文旅数字化,促进文旅信息融合化,带来文旅产业新变革,形成文旅共生体和数字文旅新形态。从理论研究、数字赋能和融合实践3个维度,初步构建了数字赋能文旅深度融合的研究框架,强调要创新性地运用文旅IP理论、融合共生理论、文旅场景理论、产业演化理论、系统动力学等理论,阐释文旅融合学理及其内在逻辑、演化过程和动力机制,深化文旅深度融合主要科学问题研究。文章提出要把握数字赋能文旅融合的关键技术、文旅资源普查与评价、文旅融合场景建构、文旅产业融合创新生态体系、国家文化公园与文旅融合示范区建设、科技创新与数字文旅人才培养等关键问题,推动文旅融合应用实践和学术研究持续创新,更好地服务于新时代中国式现代化建设和文旅高质量发展。

在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的大背景下,新质生产力成为高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。为把加快发展新质生产力的部署要求落实到水利工作的全过程各方面,提出了水利新质生产力的概念及内涵,认为水利新质生产力是追求高科技、高效能、高质量、符合新发展理念的先进水利生产力质态;提出了由指导思想、基本原则、理论基础、主要研究内容和支撑体系五部分组成的水利新质生产力理论框架,阐述了水利新质生产力的主要研究内容;并从工程、技术、制度和管理支撑四方面,提出了水利新质生产力的实施路径。为加快形成和发展水利新质生产力提供理论基础和路径参考。

党的二十大报告指出,中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。作为推进共同富裕的重要领域和组成部分,乡村教育振兴具体表现为乡村教育现代化发展和乡村教育全面振兴、乡村教育内涵式发展和乡村教育质量振兴、乡村文化特色彰显和乡村教育资源共享振兴。共同富裕视域下的乡村教育具有文化性、育人性、整体性和生态性特征。共同富裕中全面富裕、共建共富和逐步富裕理念为乡村教育振兴指明了方向。乡村教育的内生动力、资源配置和文化供给为实现振兴提供支持,通过共生、共治、共建、共享等路径,构建乡村教育振兴助力共同富裕的新格局。未来的乡村教育需突显学校、社会、个体各层面的乡土化、现代化和共享化,从巩固、衔接、振兴三个实践向度,以政府顶层设计、内生格局构建、良性联动机制等构筑行动框架,统筹乡村教育发展规划、激发乡村教育永续动力、助推乡村教育高质量发展。

教育促进新质生产力发展的理论逻辑与路径

新质生产力是以新质劳动力、新质生产工具和新质劳动对象为构成要素,以科技创新为内核,以推动高质量发展为目标的生产力新质态。新质生产力的发展离不开教育的高质量发展,教育通过人才创新、知识创新、技术创新以及产业创新分别作用于新质生产力三要素,从而对新质生产力发展形成基础性、战略性支撑。因此,在微观层面,以科技创新人才自主培养夯实新质生产力发展的劳动力基础;在中观层面,以产学研深度融合加速适应新质生产力发展的创新集聚;在宏观层面,以高水平教育对外开放为新质生产力发展注入外部动力。

城市规划健康影响评估理论框架构建

健康影响评估为预测城市发展、城市规划方案和项目的健康效益提供框架,但在融入我国城市规划中仍面临内容体系不清、技术流程不明、模型体系未建立和工作方法缺失等问题。本文构建了城市规划健康影响评估理论框架,系统性地明确了面向城市规划的健康影响评估内容体系、技术流程、模型体系和工作方法。面向城市规划的健康影响评估可从“健康风险控制影响评估”“健康资源支撑保障评估”和“健康行为促进效益评估”3个方面开展;主要技术流程包括参照对象确定、评估范围界定、评估框架构建、评估方法选取和评估开展5个步骤;模型体系由核心模型、相关模型和外围模型构成;最后,规划编制团队与健康影响评估团队可协作推进健康影响评估“全过程”融入规划。本文可为面向城市规划开展健康影响评估提供基本的理论、方法和机制指导。

基于河湖长制的公共政策评估研究

河湖长制是我国资源环境领域的重要公共政策,是解决长期以来涉河湖复杂问题的一项重大制度创新。以河湖长制政策为评估对象,提出了基于评估需求分析和二维过程控制的公共政策评估理论框架,构建了涉及社会经济-生态环境复合系统的公共政策评估技术方法体系。研究成果可为相关领域政策评估及全面推行河湖长制决策提供参考。

数字产业集群:源起、内涵特征与研究框架

数字产业集群是把握新一轮信息技术革命进而构筑国家竞争优势的关键战略选择。首先,本研究从数字技术兴起、政府政策支持和企业数字化转型三个方面分析了数字产业集群得以兴起的原因。其次,从空间分布、产业范围、协作方式、治理模式等方面对数字产业集群的特征进行了分析。再次,基于“运行载体-发展目标-治理机制-演化过程”的分析思路,提出可以基于平台视角、网络视角、制度视角以及种群生态视角等理论视角对数字产业集群展开研究。最后,提出采用案例研究、定量研究、社会网络分析、定性比较分析等方法对涉及数字产业集群的重要议题展开科学化和规范化分析。

数字平台生态系统治理——理论逻辑、行动框架与模式划分

数字平台生态系统的持续发展取决于其平台架构设计和治理规则的有效匹配。基于平台的治理规则和治理架构之间的动态镜像关系,从理论逻辑、行动框架和模式划分等方面对数字平台生态系统治理进行分析,结果发现:首先,数字平台生态系统治理是平台所有者基于治理架构设计创建规则来管理平台参与者的一系列活动组合。在治理过程中,治理主体主要面临着决策权集中与分散的平衡、平台边界开放与封闭的取舍两个关键问题;其次,治理主体、治理目标、治理架构和治理规则是数字平台生态系统治理的四个基本要素,四者相互作用共同组成实现数字平台生态系统可持续性的行动框架;最后,基于平台决策权分散还是集中,以及平台边界是封闭还是开放两个维度,数字平台生态系统治理可以划分为专断型治理、引导型治理、合约型治理和自由型治理四类模式。
