烧结烟气中Zn对V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂脱除NO_(x)和二噁英性能的影响 被引量:7

V_(2)O_(5)−WO_(3)/TiO_(2)(VWTi)催化剂可以同时脱除铁矿烧结烟气中的NO_(x)和二噁英,但复杂的烟气成分会导致催化剂失活.本文采用浸渍法对VWTi催化剂进行ZnCl_(2)、ZnO和ZnSO_(4)中毒实验.模拟烧结烟气条件,研究了在VWTi催化剂表面负载不同形态Zn对其同时脱除NO_(x)和二噁英(以氯苯作为模拟物)性能的影响,分析了中毒前后催化剂表面活性物质的理化性质,并对中毒催化剂开展了再生实验.结果表明:不同Zn物种对VWTi催化剂同时脱除NO_(x)和氯苯(CB)均具有失活作用.Zn物种会引起催化剂表面颗粒轻微团聚,表面酸性位点数量减少,表面V的还原性减弱,表面化学吸附氧比例,以及V^(5+)和V^(4+)的物质的量比值降低.再生实验结果表明:酸洗可以在一定程度上恢复中毒催化剂的催化活性,但水洗不能恢复中毒催化剂的活性.研究发现Zn盐中毒作用机理为:Zn^(2+)与催化剂表面酸性位点V=O和V−OH反应形成V−O−Zn,对NH_(3)与CB的吸附产生不利影响,造成催化剂中毒失活,ZnSO_(4)中的SO_(4)^(2-)可以为NH_(3)和CB的吸附转化提供新的酸性位点,减轻中毒效果,ZnCl_(2)中的Cl−会在反应后产生副产物HCl,造成催化剂表面更多活性位点中毒,加深中毒效果. 展开更多

Faraday isolators can prevent the front-end system from disturbance and damage caused by a back-reflected beam,so they are important elements in laser systems.As magneto-optical materials are the most important component in Faraday isolators,the studies on magneto-optical materials have attracted much attention these years.Tb_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(TAG)ceramics are considered to be one of the most promising magneto-optical materials for visible to near-infrared wavelength band application because of their outstanding comprehensive magneto-optical performance.However,the optical quality of TAG ceramics needs further optimization to meet the application requirements.In this work,high optical quality(Tb_(1−x)Y_(x))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3)magneto-optical ceramics were fabricated successfully by solid-state reaction sintering combined with hot isostatic pressing(HIP)post-treatment.All the ceramics obtained showed a single garnet phase for different values of x in the range studied.The addition of Y_(2)O_(3) was found to suppress the secondary phase and improve optical quality significantly.The ceramic samples obtained had clear grain boundaries and possessed the in-line transmittance values of 82.9%at 1064 nm and 82.2%at 633 nm,respectively.The Verdet constants of(Tb_(1−x)Y_(x))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)ceramics with x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3 were−188.1,−175.4,−168.5,−143.0,and−119.9 rad/(T·m),respectively.The thermal conductivity of TAG ceramics was found to be 5.23 W/(m·K)at 25℃,and when 20%Y was substituted in place of Tb,the thermal conductivity decreased by only 9.4%. 展开更多

本文采用浸渍法制备了Nb改性的V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂,研究了脱硝反应中Nb负载量对催化剂SO_(2)氧化活性的影响。结果表明,在350℃下,Nb_(2)O_(5)负载量为2%的Nb_(2)O_(5)-V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂上的SO_(2)氧化率最... 本文采用浸渍法制备了Nb改性的V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂,研究了脱硝反应中Nb负载量对催化剂SO_(2)氧化活性的影响。结果表明,在350℃下,Nb_(2)O_(5)负载量为2%的Nb_(2)O_(5)-V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂上的SO_(2)氧化率最低(0.6%),而同时NO_(x)的转化率仍能达到95%。采用TGA、氮吸附、XRD、H_(2)-TPR、CO_(2)-TPD、XPS和in-situ DRIFTS等对催化剂进行了表征分析,结果显示,Nb改性后V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂的晶体结构没有发生明显改变,但是其比表面积小幅度下降,有助于减少对SO_(2)的吸附;同时,改性后催化剂表面的吸附氧含量下降,氧化还原性能也稍微减弱,这有利于降低其对SO_(2)的氧化活性。in-situ DRIFTS结果表明,Nb改性后的Nb-V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂反应过程中表面中间产物VOSO4的含量明显下降,从而减少了SO_(3)的生成量。 展开更多

Based on monolayer dispersion theory,Co_(3)O_(4)/ZSM-5 catalysts with different loadings have been prepared for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by ammonia.Co_(3)O_(4)can spontaneously disperse on HZSM-5 support with a monolayer dispersion threshold of 0.061 mmol 100 m^(-2),equaling to a weight percentage around 4.5%.It has been revealed that the quantities of surface active oxygen(O_(2)^(-))and acid sites are crucial for the reaction,which can adsorb and activate NO_(x)and NH_(3)reactants effectively.Below the monolayer dispersion threshold,Co_(3)O_(4)is finely dispersed as sub-monolayers or monolayers and in an amorphous state,which is favorable to generate the two kinds of active sites,hence promoting the performance of ammonia selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxide.However,the formation of crystalline Co_(3)O_(4)above the capacity is harmful to the reaction performance.4%Co_(3)O_(4)/ZSM-5,the catalyst close to the monolayer dispersion capacity,possesses the most abundant active O_(2)^(-)species and acidic sites,thereby demonstrating the best reaction performance in all the samples.It is proposed the optimal Co_(3)O_(4)/ZSM-5 catalyst can be prepared by loading the capacity amount of Co_(3)O_(4)onto HZSM-5 support. 展开更多
