Because of its large deflection and high nonlinearity under wind load, the dynamic performance of the cable net is greatly different from that of the conventional linear structures. The continuous membrane theory is used to construct the nonlinear vibration differential equation of the cable net, and the harmonic balance method is used to solve the analytic formula of the nonlinear frequency. In order to verify the accuracy of the above analytic formula, the results of the formula and the nonlinear FEM time-history method are compared and found to be in good agreement. In this paper, the research methodology includes theoretical analyses, numerical simulations and field experiments in the context of the Daqiang coal mine located in Shenyang, China. The stability control countermeasure of "pre-splitting cutting roof + NPR anchor cable"(PSCR-NPR) is simultaneously proposed. According to the different deformation characteristics of the roadway, the faults are innovatively classified into three types, with α of type I being 0°-30°, α of type II being 30°-60°, and α of type III being 60°-90°. The full-cycle stress evolution paths during mining roadway traverses across different types of faults are investigated by numerical simulation. Different pinch angles α lead to high stress concentration areas at different locations in the surrounding rock. The non-uniform stress field formed in the shallow surrounding rock is an important reason for the instability of the roadway. The pre-cracked cut top shifted the high stress region to the deep rock mass and formed a low stress region in the shallow rock mass. The high prestressing NPR anchor cable transforms the non-uniform stress field of the shallow surrounding rock into a uniform stress field. PSCR-NPR is applied in the fault-through roadway of Daqiang mine. The low stress area of the surrounding rock was enlarged by 3-7 times, and the cumulative convergence was reduced by 45%-50%. It provides a reference for the stability control of the deep fault-through mining roadway.展开更多

However, existing form-finding methods primarily rely on iterative calculations that treat loads as fixed known conditions. These methods are inefficient and fail to accurately control shape results. In this study, we propose a form-finding method that analyzes the load response of models under different sag and stress levels, taking into account the construction process. To analyze the system, a structural finite element model was established in ANSYS, and geometric nonlinear analysis was conducted using the Newton-Raphson method. The form-finding analysis results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves precise control of shape, with a maximum shape error ranging from 0.33% to 0.98%. Furthermore, the relationships between loads and tension forces are influenced by the deformed shape of the structures, exhibiting significant geometric nonlinear characteristics. Meanwhile, the load response analysis reveals that the stress level of the self-equilibrium state in the transversely stiffened suspended cable system is primarily governed by strength criteria, while shape is predominantly controlled by stiffness criteria. Importantly, by simulating the initial tensioning process as an initial condition, this method solves for a counterweight that satisfies the requirements and achieves a self-equilibrium state with the desired shape. The shape of the self-equilibrium state is precisely controlled by simulating the construction process. Overall, this work presents a new method for analyzing the form-finding process of large-span transversely stiffened suspended cable system, considering the construction process which was often overlooked in previous studies.展开更多

文摘Only simplified two-dimensional model and a single failure mode are adopted to calculate the ultimate pullout capacity(UPC)of anchor cables in most previous research. This study focuses on a more comprehensive combination failure mode that consists of bond failure of an anchorage body and failure of an anchored rock mass. The three-dimensional ultimate pullout capacity of the anchor cables is calculated based on the Hoek-Brown failure criterion and variation analysis method. The numerical solution for the curvilinear function in fracture plane is obtained based on the finite difference theory, which more accurately reflects the failure state of the anchor cable,as opposed to that being assumed in advance. The results reveal that relying solely on a single failure mode for UPC calculations has limitations,as changes in parameter values not only directly impact the UPC value but also can alter the failure model and thus the calculation method.

文摘The control of large deformation problems in layered soft rock tunnels needs to solve urgently. The roof problem is particularly severe among the deformation issues in tunnels. This study first analyzes the asymmetric deformation modes in layered soft rock tunnels with large deformations.Subsequently,we construct a mechanical model under ideal conditions for controlling the roof of layered soft rock tunnels through high preload with the support of NPR anchor cables. The prominent roles of long and short NPR anchor cables in the support system are also analyzed. The results indicate the significance of high preload in controlling the roof of layered soft rock tunnels. The short NPR anchor cables effectively improve the integrity of the stratified soft rock layers, while the long NPR anchor cables effectively mobilize the self-bearing capacity of deep-stable rock layers. Finally, the high-preload support method with NPR anchor cables is validated to have a good effect on controlling large deformations in layered soft rock tunnels through field monitoring data.
文摘The precise control of the shape of transversely stiffened suspended cable systems is crucial. Overall, this work presents a new method for analyzing the form-finding process of large-span transversely stiffened suspended cable system, considering the construction process which was often overlooked in previous studies.
文摘With the rapid development of electrical power systems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of power transmis-sion has become particularly crucial. The secondary cable line calibrator for current transformers(CT)plays an essential role in calibrating electrical power systems. It is not only related to the safe operation of the system but also directly im-pacts the accuracy of energy metering. This study aims to design and analyze an efficient CT secondary cable line calibra-tor to explore its application effects in the power system.By thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of CT secondary ca-ble lines and the design requirements of the calibrator, this paper proposes an innovative design scheme for the calibrator. This device demonstrates significant effects in enhancing the accuracy and stability of power system calibration, providing robust technical support for the optimization and upgrade of the power system. This research not only offers a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and application of CT secondary cable line calibrators but also contributes new ideas and methods for the precise calibration and efficient management of the power system.

文摘The central solenoid(CS)is one of the key components of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER)tokamak and which is often considered as the heart of this fusion reactor. This solenoid will be built by using Nb3Sn cablein-conduit conductors(CICC),capable of generating a 13 T magnetic field. In order to assess the performance of the Nb3Sn CICC in nearly the ITER condition, many short samples have been evaluated at the SULTAN test facility(the background magnetic field is of 10.85 T with the uniform length of 400 mm at 1%homogeneity)in Centre de Recherches en Physique des Plasma(CRPP).It is found that the samples with pseudo-long twist pitch(including baseline specimens)show a significant degradation in the current-sharing temperature(Tcs),while the qualification tests of all short twist pitch(STP)samples, which show no degradation versus electromagnetic cycling, even exhibits an increase of Tcs.This behavior was perfectly reproduced in the coil experiments at the central solenoid model coil(CSMC)facility last year.In this paper, the complex structure of the Nb3Sn CICC would be simplified into a wire rope consisting of six petals and a cooling spiral. An analytical formula for the Tcs behavior as a function of the axial strain of the cable is presented.Based on this, the effects of twist pitch, axial and transverse stiffness, thermal mismatch, cycling number, magnetic distribution, etc.,on the axial strain are discussed systematically. The calculated Tcs behavior with cycle number show consistency with the previous experimental results qualitatively and quantitatively.Lastly,we focus on the relationship between Tcs and axial strain of the cable, and we conclude that the Tcs behavior caused by electromagnetic cycles is determined by the cable axial strain.Once the cable is in a compression situation, this compression strain and its accumulation would lead to the Tcs degradation. The experimental observation of the Tcs enhancement in the CS STP samples should be considered as a contribution of the shorter length of the high field zone in SULTAN and CSMC devices,as well as the tight cable structure.

文摘Submarine cable network is one of the most important connectivity infrastructures in the digital era.In the past 20 years, the submarine cable network of Chinese mainland has formed a complex connectivity structure. This paper focuses on exploring the structure and evolution of the submarine cable network of Chinese mainland. The results show that the evolution can be divided into four stages:an initial stage(1993-1998),a developmental stage(1999-2002),a stagnation stage(2003-2015)and an accelerated stage(2016-2018).The connectivity structure can be analyzed at micro, meso and macro scales.Statistically, the connectivity increased significantly overall, but showed significant differences in space. For the microscale, the landing cities were characterized by“extensive but low, exclusive and high”;for the mesoscale, the connectivity of countries or regions was characterized by“distance attenuation”as a whole, but,in part,by a“regional identity”;for the macroscale, intercontinental connectivity differences have been declining. The hierarchy has been upgraded from a“3 system”to a“2+3 system”.Finally, this paper discusses the interaction between submarine cable network construction and international relations, and puts forward policy suggestions for China’s submarine cable construction.

文摘Current studies on cable harness layouts have mainly focused on cable harness route planning. However, the topological structure of a cable harness is also extremely complex, and the branch structure of the cable harness can affect the route of the cable harness layout. The topological structure design of the cable harness is a key to such a layout. In this paper,a novel multi-branch cable harness layout design method is presented, which unites the probabilistic roadmap method(PRM)and the genetic algorithm.First, the engineering constraints of the cable harness layout are presented. An obstacle-based PRM used to construct non-interference and near to the surface roadmap is then described. In addition,a new genetic algorithm is proposed, and the algorithm structure of which is redesigned. In addition, the operation probability formula related to fitness is proposed to promote the efficiency of the branch structure design of the cable harness.A prototype system of a cable harness layout design was developed based on the method described in this study, and the method is applied to two scenarios to verify that a quality cable harness layout can be efficiently obtained using the proposed method. In summary, the cable harness layout design method described in this study can be used to quickly design a reasonable topological structure of a cable harness and to search for the corresponding routes of such a harness.

文摘Aiming at solving problems of low efficiency, low cable capacity in current 300m open-pit mine cable winding truck,a 900 m cable winding plan was proposed. In this paper, the mechanism of the thermal effect of the cable was described, and a two-dimensional axisymmetric electromagnetic-fluid-temperature multiphysics coupling model of the cable reel was established regarding the 900m cable reel as independent system.Considering the structure of the drum, the number of cable winding layers, the factors of heat conduction, heat radiation and convective heat transfer in the actual working process, the steady state analysis of the multi-physical field coupling was carried out.The sum of the losses of each part of the cable was obtained through the calculation of electromagnetic field, which was used as a heat source to calculate and analyze the temperature distribution of different layers of cable winding,as well as the temperature distribution and heat dissipation characteristics of different structures of the drum. The results show that three layers of cable winding is the best design. The lowest temperature of closed cylindrical drum is 70℃after heat dissipation, which has obvious advantages compared with the lowest temperature of 85℃after heat dissipation of squirrel-cage cylindrical drum. The results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the research and development of a new type of mine cable winding truck with 900 m cable capacity.
