One new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(nbdc)(dmpy)]n (1, H2nbdc = 2-nitro- terephthalic acid, dmpy = 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 11.7684(9), b = 24.3715(19), c = 13.9898(11) , β = 107.652(2)°, V = 3823.5(5) 3, C20H15N3O6Cd, Z = 8, Mr = 505.75, Dc = 1.757 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.187 mm-1, F(000) = 2016, the final R = 0.0207 and wR = 0.0560 for 3034 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). 1 exhibits an interesting one-dimensional double chain structure. Two cadmium(II) coordination polymers {[Cd(btp)(NO2-1,3-bdc)(H2O)]·H2O}n (1) and {[Cd(btp)(1,2-bdc)(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) were synthesized by the reaction of 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane ... Two cadmium(II) coordination polymers {[Cd(btp)(NO2-1,3-bdc)(H2O)]·H2O}n (1) and {[Cd(btp)(1,2-bdc)(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) were synthesized by the reaction of 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane (btp), 5-nitroisophthalate (NO2-1,3-bdc), and 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate (1,2-bdc). 1 consists of undulated 2D (4,4) networks. Two identical undulated layers are parallel stacking to give a (2D→2D) polythreaded 2D network. A 3D supramolecular architectute is constructed through the hydrogen bond interactions. 2 has an unusual 2D (4,4) network with a thickness of ca. 10A. The btp ligands exhibit the anti-gauche conformation in 1 and the anti-anti conformation in 2. The flexible btp ligand exhibits the key role in the assembly of the topologies of 1 and 2. A new coordination polymer {[Cd(C_(21)H_(14)N_6)(C_8H_4O_4)]·H_2O}_n(1) was synthesized by an elaborate design via the reaction of 3-(2,6-di(pyrazin-2-yl)pyridin-4-yl)-1H-indole(bppi),1,4-benzene-dicarboxylic acid(H2bdc) and cadmium(Ⅱ) nitrate in CH_3OH/H_2O mixed solvents. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group Ccca with a = 20.012(4),b = 31.881(6),c = 19.808(4) ?,V = 12638(4) ?~3,Z = 16,C_(29)H_(20)CdN_6O_5,M_r = 644.91,D_c = 1.356 g·cm^(-3),μ = 0.735 mm^(-1),F(000) = 5184,GOOF = 1.046,the final R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1063 for 6870 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). The Cd(Ⅱ) centre is hepta-coordinated by three N and four O atoms from one bppi terminal ligand and two bdc2– ligands,respectively,displaying a capped trigonal prism geometry. Structure extension gives coordination polymeric chains,in which the bdc2– linkers connect Cd(Ⅱ) cations into a one-dimensional(1D) coordination polymer along the c axis,giving zigzag chains with the Cd···Cd separation of 11.178(1) ?. The adjacent bppi terminal ligands in the chains are anti-periplanar conformation. The three-dimensional(3D) structure is stabilized by π···π stacking and hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a supramolecular self-penetrating network with 1D channels. In 1,there are voids 2999.7 ?~3 with 23.7% of per unit cell volume. Thermal analysis indicates that the framework of 1 is stable until 651 K and the photoluminescence of 1 in the solid shows very weak fluorescence at 382 and 560 nm upon excitation at 310 nm. 展开更多

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-napht... A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid firstly, and then mixed with imidazole in methanol medium. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA, respectively. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2) A, α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr= 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm^3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, β^ = 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene- 1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure. 展开更多

In 1, a pair of adenine(ad) ligands bridge two octahedrally coordinated Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to form a dinuclear [Cd2(ad)2] unit, which is linked by TFBPDC2- to generate a 1 D double chain. The neighboring chains are connected by N-H×××O hydrogen bonds to give a two-dimensional(2 D) layer, which is further linked by the O-H×××N hydrogen bonds to give a three-dimensional(3 D) supramolecular framework.
