In this paper we analyze the status quo of new Ventures in China from four aspects： capital demand scale of new ventures, the characteristics and motivation of entrepreneurs, the attitude of new ventures toward the intervention of venture capital firms and the external environmental factors of hindering new ventures. The data in this research come from 104 ventures in four cities （Peking, Shanghai, Changchun and Shenyang） in China. The empirical analysis indicates that there are many problems in the development of the new ventures in China.展开更多
