Five sites were selected which had a salinity gradient with different groundwater table from 1.0 m to 4.0 m. Soils were sampled at the 0~0 cm plough layer from 25 irrigated fields of five sites and electrical conductivity was measured in the saturation paste extracts (ECe). Soils were categorized into five salinity levels: (1) non-saline, (2) very slightly saline, (3) slightly saline, (4) moderately saline, and (5) strongly saline according to the values of ECe. The results show that SOC and total nitrogen concentration, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and the concentrations of labile organic fractions (MBC, EOC), and basal soil respiration decreased significantly with increasing ECe. The relationships between ECe and MBC, EOC and basal soil respiration were best described by power functions. Slight and moderate salinity had no significant impact on soil nematode abundance, but excessive salt accumulation led to a marked decline in soil nematode community diversity and abundance. Soil salinity changed soil nematode trophic groups and bacterivores were the most abundant trophic groups in salt-affected soils. Further study is necessary to identify the response of soil microbial processes and nematode community dynamics to soil salinity.展开更多

The electrochemical properties are investigated exercising the cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry (SWV). Enhanced peak current associated with bisoprolol fumarate oxidation at EPPGE is due to its better electron transfer property. Quantification of bisoprolol fumarate was carried out at pH 7.2 at both the pyrolytic graphite electrodes. Well-defined peak has been observed at ~ 792 and 954 mV at EPPGE and BPPGE respectively for bisoprolol fumarate oxidation. The detection limit is found to be 2.8 × 10–7 M and 7.3 × 10–7 M for EPPGE and BPPGE respectively. A comparison of common quantification parameters for bisoprolol at carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode and bare BPPGE and EPPGE has been made and it is observed that carbon naotube modified glassy carbon exhibits sensitivity and detection limit close to that observed at bare basal plane pyrolytic graphite electrode. The method developed is applicable for determination of bisoprolol fumarate in pharmaceutical preparations and real samples.展开更多

To eliminate the complexity and uncertainty impacts of human factors on quantitative study,it proposes a method of building a parameter of ergonomic validity—multi-effect time by using cardiotachometer to record heart rate change, being used to evaluate the functional low-carbon ergonomic validity targeting at the ontological characteristics of kitchen. This method is used to determine the physical consumption intensity( multi-effect) through heart rate incremental relation based on the principles of physiology and ergonomics, and to confirm the ergonomic validity of environmental factors by the time to complete standard work as well as multi-effect quantitative analysis. The test results show that, under the kitchen operating conditions, the multi-effect( ME) can properly reflect the real-time status of the operator and is easily operated; the parameters obtained are not significantly related to the physiological status of the operator, and multi-effect time( MT) is sensitive to the physical consumption brought about to the operator due to kitchen environmental factors; thus,it can be taken as an objective index, which is simple and easy to operate in residential kitchen functional low-carbon evaluation.展开更多
