硒化卡拉胶和酵母葡聚糖对栉孔扇贝血淋巴中两种水解酶活力的影响 被引量:24

对栉孔扇贝分别注射硒化卡拉胶和酵母葡聚糖后 ,采用生化方法 ,于 1h、1 5h和 30h分别测定栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中 2种参与免疫防御的水解酶酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)和溶菌酶的活力。结果表明 ,注射硒化卡拉胶后 ,栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中ACP活... 对栉孔扇贝分别注射硒化卡拉胶和酵母葡聚糖后 ,采用生化方法 ,于 1h、1 5h和 30h分别测定栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中 2种参与免疫防御的水解酶酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)和溶菌酶的活力。结果表明 ,注射硒化卡拉胶后 ,栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中ACP活力在 1h和 30h时均为实验组显著高于对照组 ,溶菌酶活力也均在 1和 30h时实验组显著高于对照组。注射酵母葡聚糖后 ,ACP活力在 1h、1 5h和 30h时均为实验组极显著地高于对照组 ,溶菌酶活力则均为实验组与对照组差异不显著。说明硒化卡拉胶对栉孔扇贝血淋巴中ACP和溶菌酶的活力均有增强作用 ,而酵母葡聚糖仅对其ACP活力有增强作用。 展开更多

Objective:To study detail pharmacognosy and anti-inflammatory activity of Callistemon lanceolatus(C.lanceolatus) leaf.Methods:Leaf sample was studied by organoleptic, macroscopical,microscopical,phytochemical and other WHO recommended methods for standardizations.The methanolic leaf extract of the plant was also screened for antiinflammatory activity on carrageenan-induced paw edema in rat at doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg, orally.The detail pharmacognostic study of the C.lanceolatus leaf was carried out to lay down the standards which could be useful in future experimental studies.Results:C.lanceolatus methanolic leaf extract showed significant(P<0.0S) anti-inflammatory activity at doses of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg.This significant anti-inflammatory of C.lanceolatus methanolic leaf extract at the dose of 400 mg/kg was comparable with diclofenac sodium.Conchuioiis:The pharmacognostic profile of the C.lanceolatus leaf is helpful in standardization for quality,purity and sample identification.The methanolic extract at a dose of 400 mg/kg shows a significant activity in comparison with the standard drug diclofenac sodium(50 mg/kg). 展开更多
