The pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of intercropping with Pseudostellaria maximowicziana,Malachiumaquaticum and Stellaria media on Cd accumulation of Cyphomandra betacea seedlings.Compared with the...The pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of intercropping with Pseudostellaria maximowicziana,Malachiumaquaticum and Stellaria media on Cd accumulation of Cyphomandra betacea seedlings.Compared with the monoculture,intercropping with Caryophyllaceae endarachneyllaceae accumulator plants decreased the biomass of C.betacea seedlings,and also reduced the photosynthetic pigment contents in C.betacea seedlings,which involve chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid.Intercropping with P.maximowicziana and M.aquaticum increased the Cd contents in shoots of C.betacea seedlings,which increased by 65.02%and 25.61%,respectively,compared with the monoculture.Intercropping with S.media reduced the Cd contents in shoots of C.betacea seedlings,which were reduced by 4.68%compared with the monoculture.When intercropping with C.betacea seedlings,the Cd accumulation amounts of 3 Caryophyllaceae accumulator plants were ranked as S.media>P.maximowicziana>M.aquaticum.Intercropping with S.media could effectively reduce Cd accumulation of C.betacea seedlings under Cd-contaminated soil condition.展开更多

Willd (Caryophyllaceae Family) are reported after an attempt has been made to congregate the traditional and pharmacological studies done on this important medicinal plant. Drymaria cordata is a weak spreading herb found widely dispersed in damp places all over the tropics of Africa, Asia and the Americas. There are many reports on its folk and traditional uses that include snake bite, skin diseases, peptic ulcer, headaches or nephritis, female infertility, sleeping disorders, convulsions, and febrile conditions in children. The plant has been examined on the basis of scientific in vitro and in vivo evaluations possessing the major pharmacological activities that include analgesic activity, antitussive activity, anxiolytic activity, antipyretic activity, antinociceptive activity, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. The information summarized here is intended to serve as a reference tool for practitioners in the fields of ethnopharmacology, natural product chemistry and drug discovery related research.展开更多

Using spectroscopic methods, including two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance analysis, the structures of these compounds were elucidated as 6-C-(2-deoxy-β-D-fucopyranosyl)- 5,7,4'-trihydroxyl-flavone, 6-C-(2-deoxy-β-D-fucopyranosyl)-7-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-5,4'-dibydroxyl- flavone, and 6-C-(3-keto-β-digitoxopyranosyl)-7-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-5,4'-dihydroxyl-flavone.

文摘Two new β-carboline-type alkaloids, dichotomine K (1) and dichotomine L (2), were isolated from the roots of Chinese medicinal plant Stellaria dichotoma L. vat. lanceolata Bge. Structures of 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic means.
