基于生物视觉center-surround机制的光团目标检测与跟踪

基于生物视觉的center-surround机制,提出一种用改进的LoG(Laplacian of Gaussian)算子检测光团目标的方法。首先明确了光团目标的成像模型,分析了LoG算子的性质及其响应,接着提出了归一化的LoG算子。理论上指出该算子可用于检测光团目标。仿真和实验证明:该算子可以用于检测图像中已知大小和未知大小的光团目标,并且实用性优于其他常规方法。结合Kalman滤波和粒子滤波,该算子还可以用于序列图像中单目标和刚体的跟踪。理论推导和实验结果表明,该方法是稳健和高效的。

SOFT IMAGE SEGMENTATION BASED ON CENTER-FREE FUZZY CLUSTERING

Image segmentation remains one of the major challenges in image analysis.And soft image segmentation has been widely used due to its good effect.Fuzzy clustering algorithms are very popular in soft segmentation.A new soft image segmentation method based on center-free fuzzy clustering is proposed.The center-free fuzzy clustering is the modified version of the classical fuzzy C-means ( FCM ) clustering.Different from traditional fuzzy clustering , the center-free fuzzy clustering does not need to calculate the cluster center , so it can be applied to pairwise relational data.In the proposed method , the mean-shift method is chosen for initial segmentation firstly , then the center-free clustering is used to merge regions and the final segmented images are obtained at last.Experimental results show that the proposed method is better than other image segmentation methods based on traditional clustering.

m-degree Center-connecting Line of Finite Points Set and Its Properties

In this paper, we first give the concept of m-degree center-connecting line in n-dimensional Euclidean space Enand investigate its several properties, then we obtain the length of m-degree center-connecting line formula in finite points set. As its application,we extend the Leibniz formula and length of medians formula in n-dimensional simplex to polytope.

A Catalogue of Earthquakes With Moment Magnitude of the Center-Southern Asia Test Area of the Global Seismic Hazard Assessment Program

We compile a regional catalogue of earthquakes with moment magnitude of the Center-Southern Asia test area(20°-35°N,85°-105°E)for the Global Seismic Hazard Assessment Program(GSHAP).There are significant inhomogeneous and uncompleted data,and n uniformity of earthquake magnitudes in this test area because this region is situated on the boundaries of many countries,such as China,India,Nepal,Vietnam,etc.We establish a relationship between Gutenberg surface-wave magnitude and IASPEI surface-wave magnitude,which can be used for conversion of different magnitude scales into moment magnitude for this catalogue.A catalogue of events with Mw≥6.0 of this test area is given at the end of this paper.

改进Center-Net网络的自主喷涂机器人室内窗户检测

室内自主喷涂机器人可以实现室内墙面喷涂的自动化以此提升喷涂的效率,减少人力物力的投入。而基于计算机视觉的室内窗户检测算法则是该机器人的关键技术。对于室内窗户检测,由于环境光照、窗户形状和窗户透光属性的存在,传统方法无法得到较好的效果。针对此问题,设计一种基于深度学习的室内窗户检测算法。该算法主要对中心点网络(CenterNet)的特征提取网络进行修改,减少部分卷积操作,使用Ghost模块替换原始的卷积模块,降低特征冗余,并引入注意力机制,让网络尽可能表达重要信息。实验结果表明,改进的CenterNet在不损失网络精度的前提下,大幅度提高了网络的运算速度,使得该检测算法即使在机器人端的嵌入式系统上也可以达到实时检测的效果。

LIMIT CYCLES AND CENTER-FOCUS OF NONLINEAR SYSTEMS

Abstract The authors consider the nonlinear systems [AKx·D6]=h(y)-F(x),=-g(x) in which g(x) may be not differentiable and the system can be nonsymmetric. Some conditions which ensure that there exists an infinite number of limit cycles are obtained. A problem about center focus put forward by R. Conti has been answered.

Analysis of Urbanization Based on Center-of-gravity Movement and Characteristics in Songhua River Basin of China and its Southern Source Sub-basin between 1990 and 2010

Urbanization in modern times led to a series of development strategies that brought new opportunities in China. Rapid urbanization caused severe stress to the ecosystems and the environment. Using the center-of-gravity(COG) method and parameters such as population, economy, and land, we studied the urbanization pattern in Songhua River Basin and its southern source sub-basin from 1990 to 2010. Urbanization was analyzed based on the COG position, eccentric distance, movement direction of COG, and distance of COG movement. Various characteristics of urbanization in the southern source sub-basin of the Songhua River were explained in relation to the whole Songhua River Basin. Urbanization in the southern source sub-basin of the Songhua River is balanced, relatively advanced, and stable compared to the whole Songhua River Basin. The average eccentric distance between the urbanization COGs in the Songhua River′s south source basin indicated rapid expansion of land urbanization during the span of this study. A basic pattern of urbanization COG in the whole Songhua Basin was observed, but there existed differences among the three aspects of urbanization process. Land urbanization is still in its active stage, so future studies should focus on analysis of such urbanization trends.

The Formula of Generalized Center-Weak Saddle

In this paper, a problem of center-weak focus of a general system of degree n is transformed into a problem of generalized center-weak saddle. It offers: (1) the calculating formula of the saddle values of the former 4 orders in the general system of degree three; (2) some calculating formulae of the saddle values in the general homogeneous system of degree n.The problem of center-focus(saddle) plays an important role in the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations. However, since the calculations are difficult, the results have not been satisfactory. On the basis of the author's work, Northeast. Math. J., 13(4)(1997), 487-494, the paper offers some calculating formulae of the saddle values.

Comparing the relativistic and nonrelativistic frame works, we study the effect of the relativistic center-of-mass vector on the electric polarizability of a compound system.

Correction of Relativistic Center-of-Mass Vector on Electric Polarizability of Pion Meson

We estimate the correction of relativistic center-of-mass vector on electric polarizability of an equal-mass quark-antiquark system numerically. Effect on the system confined by different interactive potentials is analysed. A great improvement for the electric polarizability of pion meson is obtained.

Semi-analytical weight function method for center-cracked circular disk subjected to diametral compression

Büeckner Rice weight function method was used to analyse mixed mode fracture of center cracked circular disk subjected to uniaxial compression. Based on Wu Carlsson procedure semi analytical modes Ⅰ and Ⅱ weight functions were derived from corresponding reference displacement fields and stress intensity factors calculated by finite element method. Normalized mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅱ stress intensity factors, f Ⅰ, f Ⅱ , were derived from the obtained semi analytical weight functions. The results were then fitted into polynomials, the precision is within 0.5%. It is interesting to note that when the inclined angle θ of a crack is less than 15°, the f Ⅰvalues are positive. when θ =15°, the f Ⅰ values are positive for the crack length a varying from 0.1 to 0.7, but when a =0.8, the f Ⅰ takes the negative value -0.51. When θ >15°, all the f Ⅰ values become negative, which denotes that the compression shear mode is achieved at crack tips. These results are very useful in the investigation of mixed mode fracture of brittle materials.

“东数西算”背景下多数据中心联合消纳可再生能源途径研究综述

“碳达峰、碳中和”和“东数西算”战略目标背景下,新能源装机占比和数据中心机架数量持续增长,数据中心的负荷调节能力可有效促进新能源消纳。与传统的可中断、可转移负荷不同,数据中心作为一种用电量可观的新型负荷,在时间、空间尺度上均有调节潜力。因此,立足于现有研究成果,该文首先对数据中心能耗模型进行分析,对比了几种常见的建模方法;其次,通过对数据中心时空转移特性的定性分析和对消纳可再生能源潜力定量评估方法的总结,揭示了数据中心的消纳潜力;再次,分别从技术和管理2个层面梳理了数据中心消纳可再生能源的途径;最后,展望了“东数西算”背景下多数据中心联合消纳可再生能源的途径,为可再生能源消纳提供新的思路,助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。

近50年滇池流域汛期降水时空演变特征分析

以滇池流域1970—2020年汛期(5—10月)降水量资料为依据,利用地理信息技术,采用Mann-Kendall检验法、小波分析等方法,分析近50年来滇池流域汛期降水年际变化的趋势性、周期性以及集中度、集中期、降水中心和旱涝发生频率等演变特征。结果表明:(1)近50年来,滇池流域汛期降水总体呈减少趋势,中部地区降水呈增加趋势,盘龙江上游的松华坝水库以上区域及南部地区降水呈减少趋势;(2)汛期降水年际变化存在31 a的主周期,中部主城区降水集中度高于南部地区;(3)汛期降水的中心整体呈现向东部、南部方向偏移的态势,且移动趋势显著;(4)滇池流域旱涝频发,尤其盘龙江中段昆明主城区为旱涝多发区。该成果对滇池流域水旱灾害防御及水资源管理具有参考意义。

商业模式创新对新创企业组织韧性的影响机制研究

创新赋能组织韧性是企业应对环境不确定性的时代要求,新创企业组织韧性对其生存发展与产业链安全具有重要作用。区分我国A股上市新创企业新颖型和效率型商业模式创新,探讨两种创新类型与新创企业组织韧性的作用关系以及技术创新的调节效应。研究发现:①新颖型商业模式创新对新创企业组织韧性具有非线性影响,两者之间呈现先抑后扬的U型关系,效率型商业模式创新能够显著提高新创企业组织韧性;②技术创新能够强化商业模式创新与新创企业组织韧性的作用关系;③企业融资约束水平未改变效率型商业模式创新对新创企业组织韧性的作用机制,但当融资约束较高时,新颖型商业模式创新对新创企业组织韧性的U型影响消失,技术创新负向调节新颖型商业模式创新对新创企业组织韧性的抑制作用。研究结论可从商业模式创新类型视角为新创企业培育组织韧性提供重要启示。

基于“一中心四平台”的公立医院后勤运营管理实践研究

目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监测信息化平台、运营管理信息化平台的“一中心四平台”运营管理模式。结果经过样本医院的管理实践证明:基于“智慧联动”的设备故障处置能力得到显著提升,2022年故障报警次数同比2021年下降28.63%,其中高级、普通报警次数同比2021年分别下降69.53%、33.15%;基于“一站式”的后勤服务保障能力得到显著提升,2022年同比2021年维修次数下降2.92%,维修质量有所提高,反复维修频次降低;基于“数据挖掘”的能耗管控能力得到显著提升,2022年万元收入能耗支出同比2021年下降8.71%。结论“一中心四平台”可以显著提高后勤运维管理水平。

高校图书馆未来学习中心用户体验关键影响因素识别研究

研究用户体验关键影响因素有助于提升高校图书馆未来学习中心的服务水平,为未来学习中心的建设提供思路。本研究首先从预约体验、环境体验、技术体验、服务体验、学习体验5个维度提炼影响用户体验的14个因素,然后根据因素之间的关系构建未来学习中心用户体验模型,最后利用DEMATEL方法识别出影响用户体验的关键因素。研究发现,群体环境、技术交互性、学习愉悦度、学习满意度、学习成长感、服务可得性、技术新颖性、场景布局是影响未来学习中心用户体验的关键因素,并结合关键影响因素从环境体验、技术体验、服务体验和学习体验视角提出未来学习中心的建设和发展建议。

关于《刑事诉讼法》第四次修改的几点思考

近日,刑事诉讼法的第四次修改提上日程。学界对本次修改整体上较为积极,也有部分观点对修改存有隐忧。从整体上看,启动第四次刑事诉讼法修改有其必要性和重要的时代价值,应当抓住此次难得时机,同时,也要对实践中重打击轻保护的氛围保持高度警惕,牢牢把握人权保障和正当程序的目标和方向。刑事诉讼法第四次修改应当将刑事诉讼法典实质化作为目标,采取大修的立法模式,立足当下,着眼长远,系统规划,分步实施,迈出刑事诉讼法典实质化的关键一步。刑事诉讼法修改也要设定改革的亮点,这些亮点可以包括但不限于:重塑刑事诉讼法的篇章体例、以技术主义路径推进以审判为中心和庭审实质化、因应轻罪时代扩大附条件不起诉的适用范围、探索构建律师无效辩护制度、重塑强制措施体系、构建相对独立的涉案财物处置程序、完善证据制度等。
