The bleeding days in vagina after abortion by drug and the complete abortion rate were observed. 100 cases were selected randomly from the treated group and the control group respectively. The results showed that the mean bleeding period in the treated group was 8.4 days, while 13.3 days in the control. Although the mean complete abortion rate had no distinct difference between these two groups, the absolute level was higher in the treated group. The results of animal experiments showed that ChanLe Chongji could increase the contraction of uterus, stop bleeding, resist bacteria and diminish inflammation, thus providing its potentiality for clinical application.展开更多
