To handle crosstalk and wire length reduction problem, an improved non-Manhattan router in the gridded routing model is developed, and a novel rerouting algorithm based on segment-rerouting technique and layer reassignment is presented. Efficiency in solving the Saint-Venant equations for watershed rainfall-runoff routing is important in flood hydrology. This paper presents a high-efficiency numerical solution of one-dimensional dynamic wave equations(HEDWE) for watershed rainfall-runoff routing, in which the full momentum equation is written as a quadratic equation with only one unknown variable Q, water depth is derived from the continuity equation using the two-step predictorcorrector method, and the discrete scheme is the explicit upwind scheme. The results of numerical tests showed the HEDWE approach has several major advantages. 1) It is a stable numerical method, even for an initially dry area. 2) Its computational efficiency is higher than 4.76E+05 times/s. 3) It can be used for overland flow, river flow, and combinations thereof. The primary disadvantages of the HEDWE approach are its unsuitability for rapidly varying flow, such as dam-break floods. 展开更多

The main purpose of this study was to forecast the inflow to Hongze Lake using the Xin'anjiang rainfall-runoff model. The upper area of Hongze Lake in the Huaihe Basin was divided into 23 sub-basins, including the surface of Hongze Lake. The influence of reservoirs and gates on flood forecasting was considered in a practical and simple way. With a one-day time step, the linear and non-linear Muskingum method was used for channel flood routing, and the least-square regression model was used for real-time correction in flood forecasting. Representative historical data were collected for the model calibration. The hydrological model parameters for each sub-basin were calibrated individually, so the parameters of the Xin'anjiang model were different for different sub-basins. This flood forecasting system was used in the real-time simulation of the large flood in 2005 and the results are satisfactory when compared with measured data from the flood. 展开更多

A radiation-hardened SRAM-based field programmable gate array VS1000 is designed and fabricated with a 0.5μm partial-depletion silicon-on-insulator logic process at the CETC 58th Institute.The new logic cell (LC),with a multi-mode based on 3-input look-up-table(LUT),increases logic density about 12%compared to a traditional 4-input LUT.The logic block(LB),consisting of 2 LCs,can be used in two functional modes:LUT mode and distributed read access memory mode.The hierarchical routing channel block and switch block can significantly improve the flexibility and routability of the routing resource.The VS1000 uses a CQFP208 package and contains 392 reconfigurable LCs,112 reconfigurable user I/Os and IEEE 1149.1 compatible with boundary-scan logic for testing and programming.The function test results indicate that the hardware and software cooperate successfully and the VS1000 works correctly.Moreover,the radiation test results indicate that the VS1000 chip has total dose tolerance of 100 krad(Si),a dose rate survivability of 1.5×10^(11)rad(Si)/s and a neutron fluence immunity of 1×10^(14) n/cm^2. 展开更多
