Based on 303 questionnaires of farmers in different types of areas of Henan Province, we analyze the impact of various factors (different types of areas, types of characteristic agriculture, sales of characteristic ag...Based on 303 questionnaires of farmers in different types of areas of Henan Province, we analyze the impact of various factors (different types of areas, types of characteristic agriculture, sales of characteristic agricultural products, risk management of characteristic agricultural products, science and technology reliance, and improvement in farmers' life) on the development of characteristic agriculture in Henan Province, using Logistic model. The results show that improving farmers' living standards, expanding the sales channels, increasing scientific and technological input and perfecting risk management mechanism of agricultural products, is of great significance to promoting farmers' satisfaction, and improving the development effect of characteristic agriculture. Finally, the relevant policy recommendations are put forth for the development of characteristic agriculture: increasing the government support; relying on scientific and technological progress to improve the quality of characteristic agricultural products; cultivating and improving the market system; perfecting risk management system.展开更多
This article concentrates on evaluating residents'satisfaction with the implementation of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.It introduces the key factors influencing the evaluation of resi...This article concentrates on evaluating residents'satisfaction with the implementation of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.It introduces the key factors influencing the evaluation of residents'satisfaction with the performance of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang by investigating the related data acquired from 12 field studies.It builds a binary logistic regression model via modern econometrics theory and utilizes the regression model to conduct the empirical analysis of influencing factors.The results reveal that there is no variation between the residents'education level,ethnicity,location,and satisfaction with the work of village cadres on the residents'evaluation of the implementation effect of the pairing aid policy in Xinjiang.Besides,ten variables such as residents'gender,age,revenue,occupation,whether they are rural residents,and satisfaction level(pairing aid policy in Xinjiang,state subsidy policy,medical improvement,education improvement,housing condition improvement)are steady and significant factors affecting residents'satisfaction with the implementation effect of pairing aid policy in Xinjiang.Finally,based on the analysis and findigns,it proposes corresponding countermeasures.展开更多
On the basis of expounding farmers' behaviors on agricultural technology inputs studied by the foreign scholars; relying on the investigation data of 276 rural households in Deyang City, Sichuan Province and by us...On the basis of expounding farmers' behaviors on agricultural technology inputs studied by the foreign scholars; relying on the investigation data of 276 rural households in Deyang City, Sichuan Province and by using the Logistic Regression model, the farmers' behaviors on agricultural technology inputs and the influencing factors on their behaviors are analyzed. The results show the main factors that influence farmers; behaviors on agricultural inputs are whether they have the assistance of agricultural technology personnel; the choices of plantation; non-agricultural income; area of land management; the expectation on land ownership, whether it has township enterprises and the proportion of the non-agricultural labor forces and some other factors. The influencing degree of these factors descends from strong to weak. On the strength of the study results, the countermeasures on increasing local farmers' inputs on agricultural technology are put forward from the aspects of stabilizing rural land property, establishing scientific land transfer mechanism and intensifying the governmental functions of agro-technical station.展开更多
