The results showed: (1) the activity of total SOD (T-SOD) and Mn-SOD of vMDV-infected chicks decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01) compared to control group, whereas that of Cu, Zn-SOD increased slightly (P>0.05); (2) the activity of Se-GSHPx decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01); (3) the content of LPO increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01); (4) the value of CL of lymphocytes increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01. These showed that vMDV infection resulted in increasing of generation of AOR and decreasing of activity of AOR scavenging enzyme system, leading to deposition of AOR, intensive lipid peroxidation and conversion of cells in chicks. Which gave a further proof that dynamic changes of detected items were consistent with action of vMDV. These proved that AOR resulting from vMDV infection mediated Marek′s disease (MD) and MD oncoma.展开更多
