Between the City and Images:An Analysis of Mainstream Media’s Paths of Constructing the Cultural Memory of a City:Taking Chengdu Radio and Television’s“Hi Chengdu”as an Example

Mainstream media play a crucial role in constructing the cultural memory of a city.This study used 319 short videos released by“Hi Chengdu,”a new media product of Chengdu Radio and Television,as samples.Based on the grounded theory,a research framework encompassing“content,technology,and discourse”was established to explore the paths through which mainstream media construct the cultural memory.Regarding content,this paper emphasized temporal and spatial contexts and urban spaces,delving deep into the themes of the cultural memory and vehicles for it.In terms of technology,this paper discussed the practice of leveraging audio/visual-mode discourse to stitch together the impressions of a city and evoke emotional resonance to create a“flow”of memory.As for discourse,this paper looked at the performance of a communication ritual to frame concepts and shape urban identity.It is essential to break free from conventional thinking and leverage local culture as the primary driving force to further boost a city’s productivity,in order to excel in cultural communication.

Dynamic Identification and Evolution of Urban-suburban-rural Transition Zones Based on the Blender of Natural and Humanistic Factors: A Case Study of Chengdu, China

Urban-suburban-rural(U-S-R)zones exhibit distinctive transitional characteristics in interaction between human and nature.U-S-R transition zones(U-S-RTZ)are also highlighting the function diversity and landscape heterogeneity across territorial spaces.As a super megacity in western China,Chengdu’s rapid urbanization has driven the evolution of U-S-R spaces,resulting in a sequential structure.To promote the high-quality spatial development of urban-rural region in a structured and efficient manner,it is essential to con-duct a scientific examination of the multidimensional interconnection within the U-S-RTZ framework.By proposing a novel identifica-tion method of U-S-RTZ and taking Chengdu,China as a case study,grounded in a blender of natural and humanistic factors,this study quantitatively delineated and explored the spatial evolutions of U-S-RTZ and stated the optimization orientation and sustainable devel-opment strategies of the production-living-ecological spaces along the U-S-R gradients.The results show that:1)it is suitable for the quantitative analysis of U-S-RTZ by established three-dimensional identification system in this study.2)In 1990-2020,the urban-sub-urban transition zones(U-STZ)in Chengdu have continuously undergone a substantial increase,and the scale of the suburban-rural transition zones(S-RTZ)has continued to expand slightly,while the space of rural-ecological transition zones(R-ETZ)has noticeably compressed.3)The landuse dynamics within U-S-RTZ has gradually increased in 1990-2020.The main direction of landuse transition was from farmland to construction land or woodlands,with the expansion of construction land being the most significant.4)R-ETZ primarily focus on ecological functions,and there is a trade-off relationship between the production-ecological function within the S-RTZ,and in the U-STZ,production-living composite functions are prioritized.This study emphasizes the importance of elastic planning and precise governance within the U-S-RTZ in a rapid urbanization region,particularly highlighting the role of suburbs as landscape corridors and service hubs in urban-rural integration.It elucidates to the practical implications for achieving high-quality development of integrated U-S-R territorial spaces.

A Study on Chengdu Museum’s Endeavor to Expand Its International Influence

Expanding a city’s cultural influence through museums is a growing trend in local efforts to promote cultural advancement and communication in China in the context of international engagement in the new era.Chengdu Museum,which opened its new venue to the public in 2016,has emphasized the importance of engagement with foreign visitors as a key focus of its recent development.This aligns with Chengdu’s goal of establishing itself as a world-renowned cultural and creative city during the 14th Five-Year Plan period(2021–2025).This paper summarizes the approaches of renowned Chinese and foreign museums to expanding their international influence,citing examples such as the British Museum,the Louvre Museum,and the National Museum of China.Based on a case study of Chengdu Museum’s efforts to enhance its international communication capacity since 2016,several suggestions are put forward for urban museums regarding how to increase research capability,create a media matrix,and develop cloud exhibition platforms.This study aims to provide some insights for museums to effectively integrate resources to preserve urban culture urban culture and enhance the global influence of Chinese culture.

媒介的跨区域性推动着全球文化的共生传播,地域性媒体逐渐成为跨文化传播的影响力量,由于地域特性特质,其传播的过程中对城市形象塑造和国家形象塑造都有重要的影响。本文利用数据分析和文本分析,对于Chengdu Plus在Youtube的海外受众评论进行分析。研究发现,大多数的海外受众对于Chengdu Plus传播的视频呈现正向的传播反馈,并在认知、态度和行动方面受到影响。但是从整体的传播来看,Chengdu Plus在Youtube上的视频传播仍然存在观看量不高,互动不足和缺乏媒体品牌效应等问题。本文希望从地域性媒体出发,以Chengdu Plus作为具体研究对象,发现其在跨文化传播中的优势和困境,更好地帮助地域性媒体进行跨文化传播。

Research on the Coupled and Coordinated Development of Tourism and Transport in Chengdu City

Based on a total of 16 indicators selected from the tourism and transport industries,an evaluation index system of the coupling and coordination development level of tourism and transport is constructed.The entropy value method and the coupling coordination degree model are used to conduct an empirical study on the development level and coupling coordination level of the transport and tourism industries in Chengdu City from 2011 to 2020.The results show that,on the whole,the coupling coordination degree of transport and tourism in Chengdu is poor and has been in a state of mild to moderate dysfunction.The development level of tourism lagged behind the development of transport from 2011 to 2012,and the two were in a state of mild dysfunction.However,from 2013 onwards,the development level of tourism was prioritized over the development level of transport.This shift caused the coupling coordination degree of the two industries to decline sharply to 0.23305 in 2013.The development level of the tourism industry increased again,reaching 0.34206 in 2019,which marked an improvement.Consequently,the coordination degree of the transport and tourism industries evolved from moderate dislocation to mild dislocation.Finally,the results of the empirical research are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable growth of the transport and tourism industries in Chengdu City.These suggestions aim to improve the coupled and coordinated development level of the two industries.

Impact of the Urban Heat Island Effect on Ozone Pollution in Chengdu City,China

With the advancement of urbanization,the urban heat island effect and ozone pollution have become hot issues in urban research.The urban heat island effect can impact ozone conversion,but its mechanism of action is unclear.In this study,the effects of the urban heat island effect on ozone concentration in Chengdu City,China,were investigated by comparing the ozone concentration under different heat island levels with ozone data from March 2020 to February 2021 and the temperature and wind field data of ERA5-Land during the same period.The results showed that:1)regarding the distribution characteristics,the ozone concentration in Chengdu presented a‘high in summer and low in winter’distribution.The ozone concentration in summer(189.54µg/m^(3))was nearly twice that in winter(91.99µg/m^(3)),and the ozone diurnal variation presented a‘single peak and single valley’distribution,with a peak at 16:00.2)For the characteristics of the heat island effect,the heat island intensity in Chengdu was obviously higher in spring than in other seasons,and the diurnal variation showed a‘single peak and single valley’distribution,with the peak and trough values appearing at 9:00 and 17:00,respectively.Spatially,the eastern part of Chengdu was a heat island,while the western and northwestern parts were mostly cold island.3)The correlation analysis between heat island intensity and ozone concentration showed a significant positive correlation but with a 7–8 h time lag.Ambient air temperature was not the main factor affecting ozone concentration.The heat island effect impacts the ozone concentration in two ways:changing the local heat budget to promote ozone generation and forming local urban wind,which promotes ozone diffusion or accumulation and forms different areas of low and high ozone values.

基于FloodArea模型的成都主城区内涝风险评估

本文以成都主城区为例,运用气象数据、地理信息数据、社会经济统计数据及内涝灾情资料,通过多种常用分布函数的对比,选出重现期降水估算的最优函数,采用Pilgrim&Cordery法推求研究区的小时雨型,然后结合改进的基于FloodArea内涝模型,开展了24 h历时20、30、50、100 a一遇降水情景内涝模拟,并利用修订的内涝公路风险等级标准和财产损失曲线,探讨100 a一遇降水情景下内涝交通风险等级和居民室内财产损失风险。结果表明:①GEV(Generalized Extreme Value Distribution)分布函数是成都主城区重现期降水估算的最优函数;主城区24 h历时小时雨型呈双峰型,且峰值出现在降水过程前部。②基于FloodArea模型,通过对输入数据或参数的改进,能够较好模拟城市内涝空间分布;各降水情景模拟结果显示高新南区、高新西区、青羊区内涝淹没范围占比相较其他地区偏高。③24 h历时100 a一遇降水情景内涝可造成成都主城区86.1%公路长度占比出行困难,其中一级风险公路长度占比为10.5%,二、三级风险公路长度占比分别为27.5%、28.4%,成华区内涝公路风险最高。④24 h历时100 a一遇降水情景内涝可造成居民室内财产潜在损失约占主城区GDP(Gross Domestic Product)的0.8%,其中武侯区财产损失风险最大,潜在损失占其GDP的1.6%。

双城经济圈建设背景下成渝协同辐射效应及其影响因素研究

在国家大力推进成渝地区双城经济圈建设背景下,增强成都、重庆的协同辐射效应,对于加快成渝地区双城经济圈一体化进程、促进区域协调发展、构建新发展格局均具有重要意义。选取2010—2021年成渝地区双城经济圈24个地区的面板数据,运用引力模型、回归分析等方法对成渝协同辐射效应现状和影响因素进行分析。结果表明:①成都、重庆对成渝地区双城经济圈其他地区的协同辐射效应呈现出明显的地域影响效应,对距离较远的地区辐射较弱,这与城市距离、经济集聚度等都有关;②经济发展水平、劳动力素质、资本流动性、交通基础设施、市场化水平和对外开放等因素对成渝协同辐射效应均产生显著负向影响。基于以上结论,应从构建统一市场、完善基础设施、提升城市规模、提供制度保障等方面提升成渝协同辐射效应。

成渝双城经济圈职业教育协同提升的现实审视与困境突破

地方政府竞争对土地资源错配的影响研究——基于成渝地区双城经济圈面板数据

成渝地区双城经济圈是我国经济的重要新兴增长极,但其发展相对滞后,经济增长内生动力不足,依靠土地出让的地方政府竞争行为依然普遍存在,不利于土地资源的高效配置。基于政府土地出让视角,构建地方政府博弈模型,选取成渝地区双城经济圈2009—2017年城市面板数据,采用系统GMM的实证研究表明:成渝地区政府竞争与土地资源错配呈现显著的“U”形变化特征,地区经济发展水平是这一影响的重要作用机制;在替换变量和剔除核心城市后,结论依然稳健;此外,由于政府竞争博弈行为的反复特征,土地资源错配程度存在动态循环的正向累积趋势。

病媒生物防制是国际大型赛事顺利举办的重要保障工作之一。第31届世界大学生夏季运动会(简称成都大运会)是成都地区首次举办国际大型赛事,病媒生物防制工作压力大、任务重。分析了成都大运会存在的病媒生物危害风险,制定了多级病媒生物防制工作体制和方案体系,打造病媒生物防制队伍,启用多技术手段的病媒生物监测评估,实施综合防制策略,建立多级督导巡查方式,开展城市侧病媒生物防制助力行动等,全面推进保障工作有效开展。成都大运场所病媒生物防制在赛前100%达到标准要求。成都大运会期间成功实现了病媒生物“零侵入”“零传染”“零危害”的保障目标,为今后重大活动保障提供经验借鉴。

试析成都市发展低空经济的策略

成渝地区双城经济圈无偿献血志愿服务运营模式分析与改进

目的调研分析成渝地区双城经济圈无偿献血志愿服务队伍的建设及运营模式,提出改进策略,为优化献血志愿服务管理策略提供科学依据。方法研究选取了2024年1月—6月期间,重庆和成都各500名共1000名志愿者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集数据。问卷内容包括基本信息和评分量表两部分,后者采用李克特量表对行为方式、主观意识、服务动机、生活幸福感及持续服务意向进行评分。数据通过SPSS 26.0进行统计分析,包括描述性统计、因子分析、线性回归分析以及模型拟合度评估。结果研究发现,年轻(如18~25岁)、高学历(如本科及以上)和高收入(如月收入8001元以上)群体在服务动机(得分分别为3.38,3.40,3.47,P<0.05)和生活幸福感(得分分别为3.53,3.57,3.63,P<0.05)上得分显著较高;成都志愿者在主观意识(得分3.59,P<0.01)、服务动机(得分3.35,P<0.01)和持续服务意向(得分3.57,P<0.05)上显著高于重庆志愿者(得分分别为3.51,3.28,3.39);线性回归分析显示,生活幸福感(偏回归系数=0.214,P<0.001)、服务动机(偏回归系数=0.200,P<0.001)、主观意识(偏回归系数=0.117,P=0.013)和行为方式(偏回归系数=0.130,P=0.019)对持续服务意向有显著正向影响;模型拟合度评估表明,模型的拟合度良好,卡方自由度比(χ^(2)/df)=1.844,GFI=0.933,RMSEA=0.006,CFI=0.919,NFI=0.958,NNFI=0.942,均满足拟合优度标准。结论本研究揭示了影响无偿献血志愿者行为及态度的关键因素,并发现成都和重庆地区在志愿服务方面的差异。建议通过增强社会责任感、优化招募与培训策略、提升服务动机和主观意识、关注生活幸福感、建立激励机制及加强区域合作等措施,促进成渝地区双城经济圈内无偿献血志愿服务队伍的高质量发展。

基于成渝中线隧道参数CR450高速动车组气密性阈值分布特征研究

以成渝中线隧道特征为研究背景,利用一维可压缩不等熵流动模型的广义黎曼变量特征线方法,研究了CR450高速动车组单列车通过隧道和两列车中央等速交会时,车内外压力波特征及隧道长度、速度、不同时间间隔内最大压力变化量对气密阈值影响特性。研究表明:最不利隧道内车外压力波动幅值最大,随着隧道长度增加,车内压力波动幅值增大;单列车满足车内每3 s内最大压力时时间常数阈值基本在最不利隧道内最大,交会时基于气密性的最不利隧道与根据车外压力载荷得到的最不利隧道长度不同;单列车时间常数阈值随速度的增加而增加,两列车以430 km/h和450 km/h交会时,时间常数阈值基本相同;单列车头尾车和中间车满足13个压力标准时时间常数阈值最大分别为51 s和42 s,交会分别为88 s和92 s。
