Comprehensive evaluation and spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of urban resilience in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

To clarify the connotations and extensions of urban resilience,this study focuses on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle with 16 cities as research subjects.A comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed to measure the resilience of each city from 2003 to 2020.The spatial-temporal evolution characteristics were analyzed using Kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse,and spatial Markov chain analysis,and the spatial Tobit model was introduced to discover the influencing factors.The results indicate the following:①Urban resilience in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle displays an upward trend,with the center of gravity moving to the southwest,and the polarization phenomenon intensifying.②The urban resilience level in a region has certain spatial and geographical dependence,while the probability of urban resilience transfer differs in adjacent cities with different resilience levels.③Urban centrality,economic scale,openness level,and financial development promote urban resilience,whereas government scale significantly inhibits it.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban resilience of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

The Impact of Digital Finance on High-Quality Development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system that was able to quantify the levels of high-quality development across the cities within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and investigate the impact that digital finance had on the cities’high-quality development and the underlying mechanisms through which it achieved this.This comprehensive evaluation system was constructed using statistical data from these cities for the period 2014 to 2020 while also taking China’s high-quality development philosophy into account.The key findings revealed that:(a)Digital finance was able to significantly promote high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle;(b)Digital finance had a significant positive effect in promoting innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development;(c)Digital finance was able to stimulate the high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by boosting entrepreneurial dynamism;(d)Digital finance had a significant impact on the high-quality development of the axis areas,while its impact was less discernible in non-axis areas.The insights from this research offer a deeper understanding of the factors that drive high-quality development,the role digital finance plays,and the mechanisms through which digital finance is able to propel high-quality development at the city cluster scale.

Research on Sports Public Service Supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle under the Background of Regional Economic Development

Using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of sports public services in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle.The results show that there are some problems in Chengdu-Chongqing sports public services,such as big difference in the development level of supply between urban and rural areas,low supply level,low efficiency,supply mechanism defect,lack of social sports instructors,an outstanding contradiction between the quality of sports public service and residents’demand.To address the problems,government departments should accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the relevant regulations and systems,increase the investment in sports public services,improve the quality of supply,cultivate the backbone team,integrate resources,and combine the national characteristics with regional characteristics,take into account the personalized needs of the residents,combine the sports public services with intelligence,and build the service system of“Internet+Fitness.”

595 nm PDL与1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合治疗婴儿尿布区溃疡性血管瘤疗效分析

目的:评价595 nm PDL与1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合治疗婴儿尿布区溃疡性血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法:针对尿布区域溃疡性血管瘤患者,溃疡创面采用PDL治疗,光斑直径7 mm,脉宽1.5 ms,能量密度7~9 J/cm^(2),每周重复治疗1次。非溃疡部分采用PDL和1064 nm Nd:YAG激光模式联合治疗。激光参数如下,PDL采用7 mm光斑,脉宽6 ms,能量密度12 J/cm^(2),Nd:YAG脉宽45 ms,能量密度30~40 J/cm^(2),每两周进行1次。结果:共治疗32例患者,溃疡面治疗1周后,有9例患者开始愈合,治疗2周后进行随访,有28例患者溃疡面逐渐愈合。非溃疡处皮损经2~6次治疗后,29例患者皮疹消退60%以上。3例溃疡面较大者出现明显瘢痕。结论:595 nm PDL与1064 nm Nd:YAG激光联合治疗婴儿尿布区溃疡性血管瘤安全有效。

基于JAK2/STAT3/PDL1通路研究白术内酯Ⅱ对肺癌小鼠细胞凋亡的影响

通过观察白术内酯Ⅱ(atractylenolideⅡ,AT-Ⅱ)对Lewis肺癌小鼠JAK2/STAT3/PDL1通路的影响,探究其对小鼠肿瘤组织细胞凋亡的作用机制。建立肺癌小鼠模型,成瘤后,将小鼠随机分为4组,即模型组、白术内酯Ⅱ低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。白术内酯Ⅱ低、中、高剂量组灌胃0.2 mL白术内酯Ⅱ(剂量依次为25、50、100 mg/kg),1次/d,模型组灌胃等体积溶剂,1次/d。各组连续干预21 d,末次给药后24 h,处死小鼠,分离肿瘤组织、脾组织。观察各组肿瘤体积随时间变化,计算脾指数、肿瘤生长抑制率;采用TUNEL荧光染色法观察各组肿瘤组织细胞凋亡情况;采用Western blot法测定肿瘤组织JAK2、p-JAK2、STAT3、p-STAT3、PDL1蛋白表达情况;免疫荧光法测定p-JAK2、p-STAT3、F4/80^(+)、CD206^(+)表达。于脾指数而言,给药组与模型组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与模型组相比,白术内酯Ⅱ低、中、高剂量组的肿瘤体积、肿瘤质量显著减小(P<0.05);肿瘤生长抑制率明显提高;TUNEL法荧光染色显示:与模型组相比,白术内酯Ⅱ低剂量组细胞凋亡指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),白术内酯Ⅱ中剂量组细胞凋亡指数升高(P<0.05),白术内酯Ⅱ高剂量组细胞凋亡指数显著升高(P<0.01);Western blot实验结果显示:给药组肿瘤组织中p-JAK2、p-STAT3、PDL1蛋白的表达较模型组显著降低;免疫荧光实验测定p-JAK2、p-STAT3、CD206^(+)给药组显著降低(P<0.01)、F4/80^(+)无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上实验结果表明AT-Ⅱ能够基于JAK2/STAT3通路调控PDL1表达,影响Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤组织细胞凋亡。

Comparative Analysis of the Evolution of Community Space in Chengdu-Chongqing Region: A Case Study of Main Urban Areas in Chengdu and Chongqing

Due to the integrated development between Chengdu and Chongqing,there are a large number of residents flowing into the two cities from their surrounding areas,so community renewal is imminent.Because of the similarity in the historical and cultural background of the two places,a comparative analysis of the evolution of community space in Chengdu-Chongqing Region enables Chengdu and Chongqing learn from each other and speed up the pace of renewal.This paper analyzed the evolution of community space in main urban areas of Chengdu and Chongqing.Specifically,the evolution of community space in Chengdu and Chongqing went through three stages.The starting time of community renewal in the two places was very close,but the duration of each stage varied.The second stage of Chengdu continued for a longer time,so its renovation and renewal of the community space was more detailed and thorough,and the emphasis and extension direction of the evolution of the community space were different.The evolution of community space in both Chengdu and Chongqing went through"mechanical renewal of demolition and construction—small-scale gradual renewal",but the path of renewal and development of the community space in Chengdu was faster.This paper,from the perspective of the evolution of community space,put forward the framework and content of community renewal in Chengdu and Chongqing based on community development and elaborated the community research content based on community development.

An Analysis of the Degree of Coupling and Coordination of Agricultural Modernization and New-Type Urbanization in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

Based on the panel data(2005-2019)of cities(prefectures)in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,we have developed an evaluation system for agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization that measures the development level of each city and applies the coupling and coordination model to calculate their coupling and combination levels.The results indicate that the level of comprehensive order parameters of agricultural modernization in various cities(prefectures)in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle generally displays an upward trend.The areas with high-degree agricultural modernization were mainly distributed in Chengdu from 2005 to 2010,and the center of agricultural modernization was shifted to western areas after 2010,with a stable upward trend in the level of comprehensive order parameters of new-type urbanization.In terms of coupling degree,there was an overall upward trend.Except for Nanchong and Dazhou,other cities(prefectures)progressed from“Undeveloped Coordination”to“Intermediate Coordination.”The imbalanced development of agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization continually improved,with the combination level increasing from“Low-Low”to“Medium-Medium.”

Research on the Cultivation of the Innovative Subcenters in Sichuan Based on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Strategic Background

This paper summarizes the development experience of the subcenters in leading provinces, including their establishment mode, strategic positioning, development mode and economic development. It also analyzes the economic development characteristics, regional patterns, and location distributions of Mianyang, Deyang, Leshan, Yibin, Luzhou, Nanchong and Dazhou, the seven alternative subcenters in Sichuan province. It focuses on the analysis of their basic situations regarding scientific and technological(S&T) innovation development including investment in S&T innovation, talent team construction, S&T achievements, industrial structure and S&T platforms compared with the innovative subcenters in leading provinces. Results show that the scale of S&T innovation activities in the seven alternative subcenters in Sichuan province needs to be improved. Finally, based on the ChengduChongqing economic circle strategy, this paper puts forward the thoughts and suggestions on how to cultivate the innovative subcenters in Sichuan province.

On the Digital Transformation of the Automobile Manufacturing Industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle:Mechanism of Action and Feasible Paths

With a long industrial chain and a powerful ability to drive other industries,the automobile manufacturing industry has a prominent strategic position in the national economy.In recent years,many countries have put on their agenda the digitalization of the automobile manufacturing industry,leading to an connected,autonomous,shared,and electric(also known as CASE)①development trend in the industry.As one of the six major automobile industry clusters in China,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has achieved initial results in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry.However,the region is still faced with some constraints,such as insufficient digital infrastructure,relatively slow development of new automobile products,insufficient innovation ability of the automobile industry,and complex digital transformation of small and medium-sized automobile enterprises(automobile SMEs).This paper intends to construct a framework for the mechanism of action of the digital transformation in the automobile manufacturing industry,analyze the effects of the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and propose feasible paths for the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the region by drawing on domestic and international experience in this regard.The specific paths include:(a)Smoothing the“dual-core”data chain to facilitate the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry;(b)Developing the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry to upgrade the quality of automobile products;(c)Achieving corner overtaking in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry with digital technology;(d)Jointly building the automobile industrial park to promote the digital transformation of the industry;(e)Addressing problems facing automobile SMEs in digital transformation via targeted policy tools.

Analysis of the Higher Education Research in the Chengdu-Chongqing Region:A Comparative Perspective Based on Three Major Economic Circles in China

Drawing on literature regarding higher education research retrieved from the CNKI database from 1997 to 2021,this paper used CiteSpace to analyze the current status of higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.By comparing it with that in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the Yangtze River Delta,this paper concluded that the level of higher education research within a region is in line with the level of the region’s economic and social development.As higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle draws more and more attention,its research areas and topics are becoming increasingly diversified.However,by comparison,the research in this region features a late start and lower participation of researchers and research institutions,resulting in insufficient research in both quantity and quality.Therefore,it is essential to encourage more experts and scholars to participate in higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.Efforts should also be made to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between scholars in Chengdu and Chongqing and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for higher education research between the two cities.Improved higher education research will definitely facilitate the construction of first-class universities,thus providing human capital and intellectual support for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

AF患者LAAO术前LAA开口参数与术中置入封堵器尺寸的相关性及术后PDL发生的影响因素分析

目的分析心房颤动(AF)患者左心耳封堵(LAAO)术前左心耳(LAA)开口参数与术中置入封堵器尺寸的相关性及术后器械周围残余分流(PDL)发生的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年12月于山西医科大学第二医院成功实施LAAO术的83例非瓣膜性AF患者的临床资料。根据术后PDL发生情况将其分为PDL组(23例)和无PDL组(60例)。比较两组患者的临床资料和LAA开口参数。采用Pearson相关分析无PDL组LAA开口参数与术中置入封堵器尺寸的相关性。采用logistic回归分析术后PDL发生的影响因素。结果PDL组年龄显著小于无PDL组(P<0.05),两组性别、合并基础疾病情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PDL组LAA开口长径、短径、周长、面积大于无PDL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,无PDL组LAA开口长径、短径、周长、面积与置入封堵器尺寸呈正相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,较大的年龄是术后PDL发生的独立保护因素,较大的LAA开口短径是术后PDL发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论LAA开口参数与封堵器尺寸呈正相关,其中LAA开口面积与封堵器尺寸的相关性最好,可为临床上封堵器的选择提供指导作用。较大的年龄是LAAO术后PDL发生的独立保护因素,较大的LAA开口短径是LAAO术后PDL发生的独立危险因素。

PD-1/PDL-1抑制剂在头颈鳞癌中的研究现状

头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)是常见的恶性肿瘤,复发转移是其治疗失败的根本原因。随着近年来免疫治疗的探索,尤其是PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂的临床应用,已在多种恶性肿瘤中证明了其有效性和安全性。在复发/转移性(recurrent/metastatic,R/M)HNSCC中,指南推荐帕博利珠单抗和纳武利尤单抗作为一线治疗的选择方案。尽管免疫疗法在HNSCC中取得了初步胜利,但因其临床应用响应率低、免疫应激、耐药等问题,在治疗上仍极具挑战。如何实现精准免疫治疗获益仍是目前亟需探索新的治疗模式。通过研究PD-1/PD-L1通路有助于了解免疫治疗的作用机制,发掘更多的潜在获益人群,探索新治疗策略。因此,本文就PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂在HNSCC中的临床应用现状做一综述,为临床治疗策略提供参考。

腹膜纤维化与血浆/腹透液中分泌型PDL1水平的相关性研究

目的探讨免疫检查点程序性细胞死亡配体1(PDL1)的分泌形式可溶性细胞程序性死亡配体1(sPDL1)与腹膜纤维化(PF)进展的相关性。方法对不同腹膜透析(PD)时长、不同PF程度的PD患者进行观察,检测PD脱落细胞PDL1表达、血浆和PD液中的sPDL1分泌情况;使用腹膜间皮细胞(HPMC)建立高糖纤维化模型并用慢病毒进行PDL1下调处理,评估PDL1/sPDL1与间皮细胞转分化的相关性。结果PD治疗之后sPDL1显著上调;与PD液sPDL1相比,血浆sPDL1与原发疾病等因素具有相关性;PD液sPDL1与PF水平呈正相关;高水平sPDL1患者更易进入腹膜功能下一阶段;PD液sPDL1与脱落细胞PDL1表达呈正相关;在高糖刺激下,PDL1及sPDL1在HPMC中的表达显著升高,随后α-SMA和snail的表达上调;慢病毒下调PDL1及sPDL1后,间皮细胞α-SMA及snail相应下调。结论PD液sPDL1与PD治疗的相关性较高;PD液sPDL1的增高可能为纤维化的早期征兆,提示腹膜溶质转运功能的升高;高糖诱导下,sPDL1在HPMC中过表达,促进细胞转分化,诱导PF的进展。

基于PDL模型的我国省域城市化水平预测研究——以甘肃省为例

以往的研究中,当实际应用经济因素相关分析法对城市化水平进行预测时,往往仅考虑了当期经济发展水平对城市化发展的影响,由此必然会因为遗漏掉重要信息而严重影响预测结果的可信性及其精度。本文以甘肃省为例,以计量经济学中的PDL(多项式分布滞后)模型为依据,尝试通过ARIMA模型及CPPS软件的运用对其2010年城市化水平做出预测。

湿性医疗技术在PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗早期红色瘢痕术后创面修复中的应用研究

目的:探究湿性医疗技术在PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗早期红色瘢痕术后创面修复中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者科室2018年1月-2019年10月收治的120例早期红色瘢痕患者为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组在此基础上实施湿润烧伤膏进行创面护理,比较两组患者愈合效果、创面愈合时间、数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后,创面愈合时间、NRS评分以及VSS评分均少于或低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:PDL联合CO2点阵激光治疗早期红色瘢痕术后创面修复,采用湿性医疗技术效果明显,可促进创面愈合速度,减轻创面疼痛,安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。

基于PDL模型的海西州地区脑出血发病情况研究

基于PDL模型的理论,通过建立不同的PDL模型研究脑出血月发病率和平均气压之间的关系.利用EViews软件对青海海西州地区脑出血发病例监测登记资料进行统计分析,并利用原数据建立不同的PDL模型,通过比较分析,从中选择出了最优的PDL模型.在达到一定的滞后期时,平均气压对脑出血月发病率的作用本身已衰减接近于零.

基于PLC的PMD补偿器中PDL效应的分析

应用穆勒(Müller)矩阵对硅基平面光波导线路(Planar lightwave circuit PLC)补偿器中PDL对差分群时延(Differential group delay DGD)分布的影响进行了分析,在不同的PDL值下对各种不同级次的PLC单元级联情况的DGD值分布进行了讨论,并与Maxwell分布进行了比较,得到了在特定PDL值情况下最为优化的PLC级次.

我国发明专利申请的待审期与授权率——基于PDL模型的实证分析

专利申请的待审期和授权率是专利实践的组成部分,也是创新主体最为关心的问题.由于专利授权的滞后性及相关数据获得的困难,目前对这一领域的研究仍十分有限.本文利用PDL模型对1985—2008年间,我国居民与非居民发明专利申请的待审期和授权率进行比较分析.研究发现:在我国,非本国居民发明专利申请的待审期比本国居民发明专利申请的待审期要长,而其授权率则较高.

基于PDL模型的城市化水平预测

In the previous research,when the economic factor forecasting solution of Urbanization was used into practice,the users almost always ignored the effects of the lagged economic development factors.The accuracy of the forecasting should be decreased seriously by this way.In this paper,taking Gansu province as an example,the authors try to improve the forecasting accuracy on the basis of the unrestricted PDL(Polynomial Distributed Lag)Models.In the context,the ARIMA Models and CPPS software are also applied to finish the forecasting more accurately.

基于PDL模型的城市化水平预测方法研究

在城市化水平预测领域,经济因素相关分析法因其在预测时充分考虑了经济发展对城市化水平的影响而得到广泛使用。然而,在以往研究中,当实际应用经济因素相关分析法对城市化水平进行预测时,往往并未从动态发展的角度出发,将既往历年的经济发展水平作为解释变量引入回归方程中去,在此基础上进行实际预测时必然会因为遗漏掉重要信息而使预测结果的可信性大打折扣。在对混合有限PDL模型应用于我国城市化水平预测领域的必要性进行阐述的基础之上,以PDL及ARMA模型的组合应用为例,对于经济因素相关分析法在我国城市化水平预测领域的应用进行了尝试性的探讨分析。结果表明,与仅考虑了当期经济发展水平对城市化发展的影响所建立的传统线性预测模型相比,PDL模型的预测效果更为理想。
