Effect of Rare Earths on the Wear Resistance and High Temperature Oxidation Resistance of H13 Steel Surface-Treated with S-N-C Co-diffusion 被引量:2

Steel H13 was put in non toxic salt bath with addition of CeO 2 for co diffusion of sulfur, nitrogen and carbon and followed by oxidation treatment. The effect of rare earths on the improvement of wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of steel H13 was studied using scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometry and X ray diffraction. The results show that compared to the surface treatment without rare earth addition, the treatment with addition of rare earths improves the wear resistance and high temperature resistance to oxidation of steel H13. Under the conditions of 30 N and 2 h, the wear weight loss was decreased by 40%, and the friction coefficient was reduced from 0 25 to 0 22; whereas for 150 N and 0 2 h, the wear weight loss was decreased by 24%, and the friction coefficient was reduced from 0 35 to 0 32. For the oxidation at 700 ℃ and 4 h, the rate of weight gain decreased to only about 1/30 of that without rare earths. 展开更多

The goal of this research is to describe and analyze women’s wear in the late Qing Dynasty andearly Republic Period(late 19th c.—early 20th c.),with an emphasis on the daily informal orsemi-formal wear,though some formal or ceremonial costumes such as wedding dress will also beincluded.This study will use Chinese costumes and textiles from many museums to fill in theblanks left by previous research and to give a more detailed and accurate description.It will alsouse historical documents to find the original names of these items and to illustrate a general conceptof their usage on different occasions.The different categories of women’s wear will be described in the following order:①robes orcoats;②jackets;③waistcoats or vests;④skirts;⑤pants and leggings;⑥shoes and socks;⑦headdresses;and⑧others.Of every category,the textiles,decoration,cut,form,style,colourand motif will be discussed.The way in which these items were combined will also be discussed.The comparison between women’s wear and men’s wear,women’s and children’s informal andformal dress will be given.Here are some tentative conclusions.First,the Manchu and Han style coexisted and mixedwith each other and were worn by both Manchu and Han women.Second,the basic silhouettesand cuts were relatively stable and conventional,while the decorations and details(openings,fasten-ings,pleats,vents,collars and hemlines)were different.The former represented accepted socialstandards while the latter could be a matter of personal taste.Third,women’s wear in that periodwere highly stylized,miscellaneous,elaborate,detailed,multicolored and multi-thematic. 展开更多

The design of experiment approach was employed to acquire data in controlled way using Taguchi method. A Pin-on-disc apparatus was used to conduct the dry sliding wear test. An orthogonal array, signal-to-noise ratio and analysis of variance were employed to investigate the wear behavior of aluminium and it’s composite. The mathematical model was obtained to determine the wear rate of the aluminium and it’s composite. The confirmation tests were conducted to verify the experimental results. The incorporation of Be3Al2(SiO3)6 as reinforcement material in aluminium matrix material improves the tribological characteristics. 展开更多

高镍钛基合金(TiNi)具有密度低、比强度高等优点,广泛应用于机械工程等领域。由于TiNi合金的耐磨性较差,限制了TiNi合金在相关领域的开发和应用。为了提高TiNi合金的减磨抗磨性能,使用激光打标机在其表面设计制备鱼鳞状表面纹理并填充... 高镍钛基合金(TiNi)具有密度低、比强度高等优点,广泛应用于机械工程等领域。由于TiNi合金的耐磨性较差,限制了TiNi合金在相关领域的开发和应用。为了提高TiNi合金的减磨抗磨性能,使用激光打标机在其表面设计制备鱼鳞状表面纹理并填充复合固体润滑剂SnAgCu-Al_(2)O_(3)(S-A/TiNi)。在表面纹理角度参数为70°的条件下,研究了不同速度对S-A/TiNi复合材料摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,当速度为0.037 m/s时,S-A/TiNi-70°的磨痕表面产生温升,提高了固体润滑剂的塑形性能。固体润滑剂在应力的作用下固体润滑剂被挤出织构,促进润滑膜产生,获得最佳的摩擦学性能。当速度较高时(>0.037 m/s),摩擦表面温升快,使得固体润滑剂塑性性能增强。润滑膜在应力的作用下产生破坏,导致摩擦学性能降低。当速度较低(<0.037 m/s)时,摩擦表面产生较多的热量,使得固体润滑剂塑性形变过大。在循环应力作用下润滑膜容易发生剥落,导致基体摩擦学性能降低。 展开更多

镀铬是用于提高材料常温耐磨性的有效方法。但是,铬镀层在摩擦温升的作用下,其硬度和耐磨性却都下降,而且镀铬还会污染环境和对人体造成损害.为了克服铬镀层和镀铬工艺的这些缺点,研究了一种新型的Ni-Fe-W-S合金刷镀层,... 镀铬是用于提高材料常温耐磨性的有效方法。但是,铬镀层在摩擦温升的作用下,其硬度和耐磨性却都下降,而且镀铬还会污染环境和对人体造成损害.为了克服铬镀层和镀铬工艺的这些缺点,研究了一种新型的Ni-Fe-W-S合金刷镀层,摩擦磨损试验结果表明,在于摩擦时于高速(71m/min)和重载(80N)条件下,这种合金刷镀层的耐磨性能明显地比铬镀层的好,磨痕形貌的扫描电子显微镜观察发现,前者发生的是应变疲劳磨损,而后者已经发生了严重的粘着磨损.同时,通过对高速重载干摩擦条件下平均温度和闪温的计算,并且利用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜等对磨损前后镀层的相结构及显微组织的分析,探讨了Ni-Fe-W-S合金刷镀层在如此苛刻条件下具有较高硬度和良好耐磨性能的机理,指出这是在摩擦热的作用下合金刷镀层中部分非晶向晶态转化前发生微观结构畸变并形成了更多硬质相的结果. 展开更多

目的在AISI 300系列奥氏体不锈钢表面制备单一S相渗氮层,提高该系列不锈钢渗氮层的硬度、抗磨损性能,对比揭示渗氮前后不锈钢的磨损机制。方法采用低温辉光等离子渗氮技术(LTPNT)在AISI 300系列奥氏体不锈钢表面制备渗氮层。利用光学显... 目的在AISI 300系列奥氏体不锈钢表面制备单一S相渗氮层,提高该系列不锈钢渗氮层的硬度、抗磨损性能,对比揭示渗氮前后不锈钢的磨损机制。方法采用低温辉光等离子渗氮技术(LTPNT)在AISI 300系列奥氏体不锈钢表面制备渗氮层。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析渗氮层的截面形貌、元素分布和物相组成;通过比磨损率和磨痕形貌分析渗氮层的摩擦学性能;利用电化学实验考察渗氮前后3种不锈钢的耐蚀性。结果AISI 300系列奥氏体不锈钢经380℃、12 h处理后,其表面获得了厚度为15μm左右、与基体致密结合、组织成分均匀的渗氮层;渗氮层的相结构主要为S相,无CrN相析出;经渗氮后,该系列不锈钢表面硬度均为1100HV左右,较基体硬度提高了5倍左右;不锈钢基体的磨损机理为黏着和磨粒磨损,经渗氮后转变为氧化磨损和微切削;渗氮层的比磨损率约为不锈钢基体的1/20,抗磨损的能力得到显著提升;在25℃环境温度下渗氮后,304L、316L和321的自腐蚀电位下降,腐蚀电流密度增加,腐蚀速率加快,耐腐蚀性能稍有降低。通过对比腐蚀形貌发现,渗氮层仍具有一定的耐蚀性能。结论通过LTPNT可以获得高硬度、组织均匀致密、结合强度高的渗氮层,渗氮层中S相的存在可以显著提高AISI300系列奥氏体不锈钢的表面硬度、抗磨损能力,降低其摩擦因数和比磨损率,对延长不锈钢的服役寿命有着积极的作用。 展开更多
