Firstly, the decoupling relationship was evaluated by Tapio index. Then, based on the DEA meta-frontier theory framework which taking into account the regional and industrial heterogeneity and index decomposition method, the driving factors of decoupling process were explored mainly from the view of technology and efficiency. The results show that during2000-2019, weak decoupling was the primary state. Investment scale expansion was the largest reason hindering decoupling process of industrial increase from ICE. Both energy saving and production technology achieved significant progress, which facilitated the decoupling process. Simultaneously, the energy technology gap and production technology gap among regions have been narrowed, and played a role in promoting decoupling process. On the contrary, both scale economy efficiency and pure technical efficiency have inhibiting effects on decoupling process. The former indicates that the scale economy of China's industry was not conducive to improve energy efficiency and production efficiency, while the latter indicates that resource misallocation problem may exist in both energy market and product market.展开更多

The lean product development process that changes the shell, defined under the light of the variables created by the competitive conditions, is today measured by the value flow efficiency and the global market spread of the final product. Consequently, the lean product development approach, which aims to identify and purify all the wastes that do none value or create value to the system or cause burdens in the new product development process, is shaped by step-by-step approvals in the flow. Therefore, step by step, each design verification phase definition in the flow contains important phase transition measurements or approval tolerances that ensure the simplicity and continuity of vehicle development processes. In addition, classification of design verification stages within the framework of this study or evaluation in two classes (static and dynamic) is a new approach, but it is a synthesis with the analysis of the new product development process. The vehicle’s basic structure, which constitutes the ergonomic and functional requirements of the vehicle in a static environment, takes into account the dynamic environment variables with crash or accident tests. Increasing new technology adaptations in the automotive industry have changed the new product development process that performs this function structurally and created the concept of design verification under consecutive or simultaneous process simplicity. From the autonomous driving to the use of alternative energy, possible accident scenarios and design verification phase transitions in the integration of parts and systems of the newly developed vehicle create a new structure that models and directs the lean product development process especially in the automotive industry in the coming days. In the lean product development process that takes place in the automotive industry, the design verification transition steps or the approval-control analysis of the development stages, which form a new and effective approach, are re-modeling the entire flow. Therefore, successful execution of design verification steps used in the control of new interdisciplinary product development phase transitions provides value creation.?Within the scope of this study, the effectiveness of the static and dynamic design verification steps, which are carried out in 5 global automotive companies included in the research, which constitute the stage transitions of the new product development process, has been measured. Apart from the design verification transition stages, the process variables that differ among the automotive companies involved in the research are excluded from the scope of this study. In other words, in field researches in the automotive industry, new vehicle design steps or basic engineering steps in the new product development process steps, while creating independent fixed variables, interdisciplinary collaborations, static and dynamic design verification transition stages they perform, or their sequence in the basic flow, is accepted as a dependent variable. Therefore, in the study, the positive effect of the automotive companies that included the static and dynamic design verification phase transition approvals in the lean product development process was investigated. Under the comparative analysis structure of the research, the effect of automotive companies, which accept international vehicle specifications as static design verification input, on market performance has been examined in depth. The detailed depth in the comparison analysis conducted under the second field studies of the study is due to the prediction of dynamic design verification stages to provide a high impact on the market performance, according to the static verification analysis. The new product development stages of the dependent variables were fixed and the flow-oriented?“effect”?of the independent variables in the basic process influenced by the design verification activities was analyzed under the new automotive industry company comparisons. In addition, the impact of the automotive design activities that make up the comparison analysis of the research on the scope of the lean product development stage and its effect on the basic process flow has been demonstrated competition-oriented. Therefore, sub-variables, options, criteria, results, which form a defined comparison problem, create basic test values that affect the problem.展开更多

The current status and new challenges in terms of market mechanism reform, supply-consumption balance and key technology innovation in China's oil and gas industry are reviewed in the present study, and new strategies and roadmaps are proposed to cope with the challenges. The study found that (i) the oil and gas market faces challenges such as incomplete pricing mechanisms, unclear subject rights, and the lack of recognition and trading of carbon assets. (ii) the trade-off between short-term supply security and long-term low-carbon supply is the most critical issue. (iii) in addition to typical challenges such as immature technology and lack of funding support, the unclear multiple technology coupling development mode also poses problems for the low-carbon transformation of the oil and gas industry. To address these new challenges, comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for China's oil and gas industry towards carbon neutrality are proposed and discussed in the aspects of participating in market transactions, restructuring production and consumption, deploying key technology innovations, and planning enterprise strategies. The present study is expected to provide a blueprint for the future development of China's oil and gas industry towards carbon neutrality.展开更多

文摘Turkey’s automotive industry has begun to occur at a much earlier date compared to other developing countries, through licensing agreements to establish automotive industrial facilities,by importing a kind of technology.Attempts have been made in order to produce the domestic automobile road providing sectoral developments could enter another technology pathway. Moreover, the inventor of a very early date in the Fordist production system, such as 1929 by Ford Motor Company with the license agreement,as if he could provide for setting up production facilities in Istanbul’s company, this bad experience has refrained for years from entering as a manufacturer Ford Motor Turkey market. Thus, while Turkey is an attractive market for car production,on the other hand, sufficient improvement over time in the production of trucks and other automotive products, such as buses has not been achieved. The 1929 experience seems to have been effective in terms of Turkey.Because,it was necessary to wait until 1971 for OYAK and TOFAŞto establish automobile assembly facility with license agreements. With the start of production of two automotive industry facilities, there has been a significant increase in sectoral production figures, but this increase trend has not been sufficiently supported by the government through the incentive system and in the late 1970s the production of the automotive industry has declined. For the first time in 1961,efforts were made to produce a completely domestic automobile, although the prototype of the revolutionary car was successfully produced, mass production could not be started.Subsequently, the production of the Anadol automobile for the second time was tried by means of technology transfer from multiple sources and the serial production of this automobile continued for a while. However, since fiber glass bodywork was used instead of hair bodywork and export opportunities could not be found, production was stopped completely in the end of 1980s.In the 1980s,automobile production continued in two assembly plants and product diversification was carried out to increase the production volume. In the 1990s,three new assembly facilities,Honda,Toyota and Hyundai, were established and the number of assembly production facilities in the country increased to five and technology loyalty based on technology imports continued.Until 2014,the automotive industry continued to consist of five automobile assembly plants and other automotive products assembly plants. In 2015,it was announced to the public that a new domestic car prototype was produced. It was announced that the project will start mass production in 2019.However,it was determined that the prototype would be re-manufactured at the end of 2019 by making changes in the project and that it would be possible to start mass production in 2022.Thus,it is understood that the efforts to start mass production since 2015 can be concluded in 2022,i.e.7 years after the first prototype was produced. It can 161produce prototypes in a short period of four months in Turkey in 1961,as evidenced by an indication of the dependency on a long time wasting which is not technology importation pathway, such as five years. How to break the path of devotion demonstrates that it is a difficult job.Path dependency is thought to result from the education system.
文摘In 2018, under the guidance of President Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, China's rare earth industry has made steady progress with significant improvement in overall efficiency, a constant improvement in management system and a steady improvement in development quality.
文摘2018 marked the 40th anniversary of China’s adoption of the reform and opening-up policy. To China’s apparel industry, 2018 was a year full of challenges, changes and tests. Faced with the volatile international situ-ations and the tremendous pressure of the domestic structural adjustment, China’s apparel industry had maintained an overall steady development momentum characterized by steady performance on the domestic and foreign sales market, steady improvement of the operation quality and efficiency, improvement of transformation and upgrade effects, regardless of gathering crises and uncertainties.
文摘It is possible to say that the automotive industries of Brazil and Turkey have developed as assembly industries and show great similarities in this context. In the 1980s,in line with the development direction of the world’s automotive industry,Turkey tried to make the country’s investment environment attractive for foreign international companies to produce in the country. We can say that while Brazil created the state incentive system in order to attract foreign investments to its country since the 1950s,it tried to increase its dose with the 1990s.Although,like Turkey,Brazil has thought of producing local cars, the difference between Turkey and Brazil is that it has considered exporting and was able to export not only to South America, but also to African countries.Another difference of Brazil is that it has implemented incentive policies for the automotive sector and has been able to rearrange its incentive elements according to changing conditions.Turkey,on the other hand, has decided to return from the policy of attracting foreign investments to its country since 2006,and in 2011,it decided to produce domestic automobiles. As of December 2019,a prototype of the domestic car was produced by Turkey’s Automobile Initiative Group and work for mass production began. Thus, the problem of adaptation to electric vehicle production was tried to be overcome by moving to a new phase in the way of technology development. This approach was used by the South Korean automotive industry in the 1980s and it was successful and technology development capability was gained in a short time.In order to see the success of the application of this method in Turkey,it is thought that it is necessary to wait for the result of the domestic automobile project.Brazil,on the other hand, was able to rank high in world automotive industry production with its sectoral incentive policies that can adapt to changing conditions and its structure that considers exports from the past, while Turkey lagged behind.
文摘The article analyzes the problems of introducing electric vehicles,as well as their difference from cars with internal combustion engines. This type of transport has long been included in our everyday life.Today,in the era of the heyday of technology,a person understands that cars with an internal combustion engine(ICE)are almost on the edge of their existence. At present, the development of the production of electric vehicles should be considered as a promising direction of the Iranian automobile industry. At the moment, this market in Iran is not yet occupied by foreign companies, and therefore national companies have a chance to use the strategy of“growth together with the market”.

文摘In light of carbon-neutral pledge, the oil and gas industry has been facing several critical new challenges in China. The present study is expected to provide a blueprint for the future development of China's oil and gas industry towards carbon neutrality.
