How can technology and efficiency alleviate the dilemma of economic growth and carbon emissions in China's industrial economy? A metafrontier decoupling decomposition analysis

This paper attempts to explore the decoupling relationship and its drivers between industrial economic increase and energy-related CO_(2) emissions(ICE). Firstly, the decoupling relationship was evaluated by Tapio index. Then, based on the DEA meta-frontier theory framework which taking into account the regional and industrial heterogeneity and index decomposition method, the driving factors of decoupling process were explored mainly from the view of technology and efficiency. The results show that during2000-2019, weak decoupling was the primary state. Investment scale expansion was the largest reason hindering decoupling process of industrial increase from ICE. Both energy saving and production technology achieved significant progress, which facilitated the decoupling process. Simultaneously, the energy technology gap and production technology gap among regions have been narrowed, and played a role in promoting decoupling process. On the contrary, both scale economy efficiency and pure technical efficiency have inhibiting effects on decoupling process. The former indicates that the scale economy of China's industry was not conducive to improve energy efficiency and production efficiency, while the latter indicates that resource misallocation problem may exist in both energy market and product market. 展开更多

Multi-scenario Simulation and Spatial-temporal Analysis of LUCC in China's Coastal Zone Based on Coupled SD-FLUS Model

Increased human activities in China's coastal zone have resulted in the depletion of ecological land resources.Thus,conducting current and future multi-scenario simulation research on land use and land cover change(LUCC)is crucial for guiding the healthy and sustainable development of coastal zones.System dynamic(SD)-future land use simulation(FLUS)model,a coupled simulation model,was developed to analyze land use dynamics in China's coastal zone.This model encompasses five scenarios,namely,SSP1-RCP2.6(A),SSP2-RCP4.5(B),SSP3-RCP4.5(C),SSP4-RCP4.5(D),and SSP5-RCP8.5(E).The SD model simulates land use demand on an annual basis up to the year 2100.Subsequently,the FLUS model determines the spatial distribution of land use for the near term(2035),medium term(2050),and long term(2100).Results reveal a slowing trend in land use changes in China's coastal zone from 2000–2020.Among these changes,the expansion rate of construction land was the highest and exhibited an annual decrease.By 2100,land use predictions exhibit high accuracy,and notable differences are observed in trends across scenarios.In summary,the expansion of production,living,and ecological spaces toward the sea remains prominent.Scenario A emphasizes reduced land resource dependence,benefiting ecological land protection.Scenario B witnesses an intensified expansion of artificial wetlands.Scenario C sees substantial land needs for living and production,while Scenario D shows coastal forest and grassland shrinkage.Lastly,in Scenario E,the conflict between humans and land intensifies.This study presents pertinent recommendations for the future development,utilization,and management of coastal areas in China.The research contributes valuable scientific support for informed,long-term strategic decision making within coastal regions. 展开更多

Sea area is an important area of oil and gas exploration in China.It has been found that China's sea area mainly consists of coal type oil and gas,and the exploration of coal-bearing series source rocks has become an important part of oil and gas exploration there.Through years of comprehensive geological research in China's sea area,it has been revealed that it has undergone multiple occurrences of tectonic opening and closing movements in varying degrees in the Paleogene,forming 26 Cenozoic sedimentary basins of various types,such as active continental margin,passive continental margin,transitional continental margin and drift rift basins.In the present study,it is observed for the first time that coal type source rocks are mainly developed in 14 continental margin basins in China's sea area,revealing that a very large C-shaped coal-bearing basin group developed there in the Cenozoic.Next,based on the coupling analysis of paleoclimate,paleobotany,paleogeography and paleostructure,it is observed that there are five coal-forming periods in China's sea area,namely the Paleocene,Eocene,early Oligocene,late Oligocene and Miocene-Pliocene,and the coal-forming age is gradually new from north to south.It is also found that the coal seams in the sea area are mainly developed in three coal-forming environments in Cenozoic,namely delta,fan delta and tidal flat-lagoon.The coal seams developed in different environments are characterized by thin thickness,many layers and poor stability.However,the coal-bearing series source rocks in China's sea area have a wide distribution range,very high thickness and large amount,thus forming a material basis for the formation of rich coal type oil and gas. 展开更多

The establishment of the territorial spatial plan system is an important space reform act to meet the new era in China.The reform of territorial spatial plans according to classification is in line with the characteristics of China’s current territorial spatial administration and urban development.At present,China’s provincial and municipal territorial spatial plans have been publicized,and county-level territorial spatial plans are being approved one after another,while the compilation of township-level territorial spatial plans is being carried out in an orderly manner.In this paper,based on the historical background of the establishment of territorial spatial plan system integrating“multiple plans”,the background of territorial spatial plans and the important role of county-level territorial spatial plans were first elaborated,and then the progress of the compilation of county-level territorial spatial plans in Jiangxi Province was sorted out.Finally,the problems existing in the compilation were discussed,and corresponding suggestions were put forward to provide a certain reference for the construction of a scientific and reasonable territorial spatial plan system. 展开更多

Introduction: Radiation therapy after breast surgery is an integral part of the treatment of early breast cancer. The goal of radiation therapy is to achieve the best possible coverage of the planning target volume (PTV), while reducing the dose to organs at risk (OARs) which are normal tissues whose sensitivity to irradiation could cause damage that can lead to modification of the treatment plan. In the last decade, radiation oncologist started to use the Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) and Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) for irradiating the breast, in order to achieve better dose distribution and target dose to the PTV and OAR. The aim of this study is to compare 2 external radiotherapy techniques (VMAT vs 3D) for patients with node-positive left breast cancer. Patients and Methods: We randomly selected 10 cases of postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer in our hospital. The patients are all female, the average age was 45.4 years old, and the primary lesions are left breast. The ANOVA test was used to compare the mean difference between subgroups, and the p value Results: Dose volume histogram (DVH) was used to analyze each evaluation dose of clinical target volume (CTV) and organs at risk (OARs). Compared to 3DCRT plans, VMAT provided more uniform coverage to the breast and regional lymph nodes. The max point dose for tVMAT was lower on average (106.4% for VMAT versus 109% for 3DCRT). OAR sparing was improved with tVMAT, with a lower average V17Gy for the left lung (27.91% for VMAT versus 30.04% for 3DCRT, p and lower for V28Gy (13.75% for VMAT versus 22.34% for 3DCRT, p = 0.01). We also found a lower V35Gy for the heart on VMAT plan (p = 0.02). On the contrary, dose of contralateral breast was lower in 3DCRT than VMAT (0.59 Gy vs 3.65 Gy, p = 0.00). Conclusion: The both types of plans can meet the clinical dosimetry demands of postoperative radiotherapy for left breast cancer. The VMAT plan has a better conformity, but 3CDRT can provide a lower dose to the contralateral organs (breast and lung) to avoid the risk of secondary cancers. 展开更多

2013年颁布实施的《大气污染防治行动计划》是我国首个针对环境突出问题开展综合治理的行动计划;为巩固治理效果,应对动态变化的环境问题,2018年国务院进一步发布了《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》。研究利用中国258个城市2013年1月至2... 2013年颁布实施的《大气污染防治行动计划》是我国首个针对环境突出问题开展综合治理的行动计划;为巩固治理效果,应对动态变化的环境问题,2018年国务院进一步发布了《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》。研究利用中国258个城市2013年1月至2020年9月日度空气污染数据,实证检验了上述两阶段政策对空气质量的影响,并从不同污染物治理效果、时间和区域异质性等角度分析了政策效应的差异。结果指出:第一,“大气十条”和“蓝天保卫战”均显著降低了AQI、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、SO_(2)、NO_(2)、CO;第二,相比“大气十条”,“蓝天保卫战”对NO_(2)的减排效应更高,且实现对O_(3)的协同治理;第三,“大气十条”和“蓝天保卫战”对各污染物的减排效应因供暖时期、地区能源资源禀赋呈现出较强的异质性特征。 展开更多

为使机械臂在障碍物环境下快速规划较优路径,提出了一种基于动态区域采样的改进RRT^(*)-DR路径规划算法,将整个规划过程分为快速探索路径和优化初始路径两个步骤。首先利用半目标导向扩展快速探索,找到连接起始点和目标点的路径。随后... 为使机械臂在障碍物环境下快速规划较优路径,提出了一种基于动态区域采样的改进RRT^(*)-DR路径规划算法,将整个规划过程分为快速探索路径和优化初始路径两个步骤。首先利用半目标导向扩展快速探索,找到连接起始点和目标点的路径。随后利用动态区域采样方法,始终在当前最优路径的周边范围内采样,优先密化当前最优路径附近的节点树,节省计算资源,使初始路径经过迭代快速向渐进最优路径收敛。同时,提出一种近障碍节点变步长机制,有选择性地缩短靠近障碍节点的扩展步长,可有效减少碰撞检测失败次数,提高算法效率。最后,在MATLAB和ROS系统下进行路径规划算法仿真,结果表明RRT^(*)-DR算法可在更短时间内实现路径规划,同时有效缩小路径代价。进一步通过实体机器人路径规划避障实验,验证了该算法的实用性和有效性。 展开更多

面对日益严峻的全球生态危机,“去增长”作为重要的政治经济学方法,拒斥将无限制的经济增长视为人类进步的唯一准绳,提出了转向零净资本的可持续发展理念,为生态社会主义注入了新的活力。这种发展理念把可持续的人类发展置于破坏性的经... 面对日益严峻的全球生态危机,“去增长”作为重要的政治经济学方法,拒斥将无限制的经济增长视为人类进步的唯一准绳,提出了转向零净资本的可持续发展理念,为生态社会主义注入了新的活力。这种发展理念把可持续的人类发展置于破坏性的经济增长模式之上,一定程度上凸显了社会计划和经济计划对于实现实质性平等和生态可持续性的目标的重要性。在马克思主义“去增长共产主义”中,资本积累将为社会的高质量发展所取代,资本将致力于生产满足人们需求的使用价值。具体表现为两个方面:一是强调社会计划对于生产资料再生产和资源分配的突出作用;二是彻底变革社会关系,摆脱垄断资本、浪费和积累的旧体系,转向满足人类社会基本需求、同时维持人与自然可持续发展的新体系。“去增长”方法显示出社会主义制度在推进生态环境保护、实现人与自然和谐共生目标的独特优势。 展开更多

内容是教材的灵魂。采用内容分析法,从教材设计理念、教材结构、教材设计、纸数融合四个维度,对财经商贸大类“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材内容特征进行分析。研究发现:认可能力本位教材设计理念,与标准对接不足;“章—节”式目录结... 内容是教材的灵魂。采用内容分析法,从教材设计理念、教材结构、教材设计、纸数融合四个维度,对财经商贸大类“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材内容特征进行分析。研究发现:认可能力本位教材设计理念,与标准对接不足;“章—节”式目录结构仍占较大比重,教材内容主题分歧明显;标题式项目、理实叠加现象突出;数字资源以二维码融入微课视频为主,存在不一致、使用率不高问题。据此,提出提升高职专业教学标准适应性、内容描述详尽度和时效性,重视专业核心课程教材的技术理论知识开发,以实践性问题为纽带整合理论与实践知识,结合课程内容特性与学习者需求开发教材配套的数字化资源等优化对策。 展开更多
