The spatial agglomeration of agricultural production is conducive to reducing planting costs, increasing production efficiency and improving product quality. It is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrad of tea industry and realize the modernization of China's tea industry. This study used Gini coefficient and spatial autocorrelation analysis to explore the characteristics of tea spatial agglomeration in China from three geographical scales: regional level, provincial level and prefecture level from the year 2005 to 2015. The results indicated that there was a significant scale effect on the tea spatial agglomeration. The agglomeration degree increased from the regional level, provincial level to prefecture level. The types of spatial agglomeration evolution of the three scales were Ushaped, continuous diffusion, and continuous agglomeration. The spatial autocorrelation of tea production could only be found at the prefecture level. Meanwhile, at the prefecture scale, we could not only reveal the pattern changes at the regional and provincial levels, but also identify tea production agglomeration regions. Compared with the large scale, the small scale could reveal the characteristics of tea spatial agglomeration in more details. Factors such as natural resource endowments, cost factor, technological advancement, agglomeration economy, and agricultural policy influenced the evolution of tea spatial agglomeration from different geographical scales. Finally, from the perspectives of spatial transfer of tea production, promoting spatial agglomeration, building tea production bases, and breaking administrative boundaries, we proposed several policy suggestions for optimizing the spatial layout of tea production. 展开更多

江南华南茶树高温热害等级指标及分布特征

利用1961—2022年江南和华南茶区510个气象站的日最高气温数据和历史茶树高温热害灾情数据,采用灾情反演和K-Means聚类分析方法,构建并验证江南和华南茶区茶树高温热害等级指标,分析茶树高温热害时空分布特征。结果表明:江南和华南茶区... 利用1961—2022年江南和华南茶区510个气象站的日最高气温数据和历史茶树高温热害灾情数据,采用灾情反演和K-Means聚类分析方法,构建并验证江南和华南茶区茶树高温热害等级指标,分析茶树高温热害时空分布特征。结果表明:江南和华南茶区茶树轻度、中度、重度高温热害指标为连续14 d日最高气温的滑动平均值T14≥34.5℃的持续日数分别为1~17 d、18~38 d和超过38 d,验证样本完全符合的准确率为73.9%,基本符合的准确率为91.3%;江南和华南茶区茶树高温热害总次数呈波动变化,分别在1999年和1997年达到最低值,并在2021年达到最高值;华南茶区相对于江南茶区高温热害次数更多,尤其是轻度茶树高温热害,且近62年华南茶区茶树高温热害次数增加趋势显著。 展开更多

近代中国外销茶主要分为红茶、绿茶、砖茶。各种茶的输出数量呈现动态性,并有不同的国际市场。红茶是最主要的外销茶。鸦片战争后,红茶产销迅速发展,19世纪60年代至1895年,年输出数量均超过100万担,占茶叶出口总量60%以上。嗣后,出口数... 近代中国外销茶主要分为红茶、绿茶、砖茶。各种茶的输出数量呈现动态性,并有不同的国际市场。红茶是最主要的外销茶。鸦片战争后,红茶产销迅速发展,19世纪60年代至1895年,年输出数量均超过100万担,占茶叶出口总量60%以上。嗣后,出口数量基本呈下跌趋势。绿茶贸易虽有起伏,但变化不大,一般年出口数量为20-30万担,19世纪70年代前后及20世纪20-30年代是绿茶出口兴盛、繁荣时期,出口数量、在茶叶出口总量中的占比达到新高。1917年前,砖茶出口数量持续增加,最多时年出口量超过60万担,在茶叶出口总量中的占比最高时达42%。红茶出口主市场为英国、美国、俄国,销量大体占红茶总销量的75%。绿茶出口主市场为美国、英国。19世纪末至1917年,俄国绿茶市场得到发展,20世纪30年代是绿茶销往非洲的繁荣时期。砖茶主要销往俄国,销俄数量大体占砖茶外销总量的90%以上。 展开更多

潮州凤凰单丛生长气候适宜性分析与品质气候评价

为探究潮州凤凰单丛茶种植的气候优势,以凤凰单丛为研究对象,以潮州与饶平站1991—2020年气候观测资料为基础,利用2019—2021年区域内不同高度自动气象观测站气温、湿度、降水等要素观测值和南方丘陵山区气象要素随高度变化规律,推算气... 为探究潮州凤凰单丛茶种植的气候优势,以凤凰单丛为研究对象,以潮州与饶平站1991—2020年气候观测资料为基础,利用2019—2021年区域内不同高度自动气象观测站气温、湿度、降水等要素观测值和南方丘陵山区气象要素随高度变化规律,推算气象要素气候平均值随海拔高度的变化,应用柯西分布模式阐释气候要素对茶树的影响,采用模糊数学方法计算不同海拔高度茶树生长的气候适宜度,利用气候品质评价方法评估不同高度茶园与不同采摘季节的茶叶气候品质。研究结果表明,总体而言,凤凰单丛茶种植区域的综合适宜度都比较高,该地区普遍适宜种植茶树,尤以300~900 m高度层最为适宜;凤凰单丛茶不同采摘季的气候品质排序为春1茶、春2茶、秋茶、夏茶;同时,中高山茶叶品质好于低山与平地茶叶。该研究较好揭示了凤凰单丛栽培的气候优势和茶叶品质的气候背景,可为这一重要农业文化遗产的保护和可持续利用提供科学依据。 展开更多

[ Objective] The study aimed to detect and assess metal ions in tea and soil of tea gardens in Mingshan County. [ Method] Seven metals ( including Pb, Cr, Cu, Ca, Mn, Mg and Zn) in soil and tea samples of tea gardens in Mingshan were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the pollution situation of the soil and tea by Pb, Cr and Cu were evaluated using the single factor pollution index and Nemerow pollu- tion index, finally the accumulation of heavy metals in different soils were analyzed by the enrichment factor. I-Result] There was little difference for the same heavy metals in various soils, but different heavy metals had very significant difference. The enrichment factors of metals needed by tea growing, such as Ca, Mn, Mg and Zn, were higher than heavy metals like Pb and Cr. In addition, soils and tea of the six tea gardens were not polluted by Pb, Cr and Cu, and both single factor pollution index and Nemerow pollution index were below 0.7. Effects of Lower Temperature in Spring on Tea Yield in Xuancheng Area

The results showed during 1979 -2008, the per unit area yield of tea in Xu- ancheng area fluctuated greatly in various years. The relative meteorological yield of tea changed greatly during 1979 -2008, and the decrease in tea yield occurred frequently over the past 30 years. Over the past 30 years, the probability of lower temperature in spring was 56.7%, and the probability of serious and extremely serious lower temperature in spring was 43.4%. In each off year with decrease in tea yield, medium or above lower temperature in spring occurred, showing that the impact of lower temperature in spring on tea yield was very obvious. 展开更多

[ Result] Tea tree cultivation in Hanzhong was divided into suitable, more suitable and unsuitable planting zones by using critical value of climatic zoning. [Objective] The aim was to determine the optimal technology for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of black tea was determined. [Method] Taking Black Tea as materials, the Box-Behnken response surface design method of tea polyphenols ultrasonic-assisted extraction process optimization was applied. The regression optimization model of the ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic time, and ultrasonic temperature, ethyl acetate extract stalling time and tea polyphenols was established. [Result] The influence of four factors on the black tea polyphenol solvents affecting size was as follows: ultrasonic time > ethanol volume fraction > stalling extraction time > ultrasound temperature. The best extraction process was ultrasonic time 80 min, volume fraction of 88.99% ethanol, extraction time 89.97 min, ultrasonic temperature of 80 ℃. At the optimized technical parameters, the black tea phenolic extraction yield can be as high as 73.50%. [Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the development of tea leaves and black tea. 展开更多
