Rural Tourism Development in China:Principles,Models and the Future

Rural tourism in China,has undergone a rapid development in the last three decades.It is an emerging and effective catalyst that promotes industrial restructuring,agricultural development and the upgrading of rural areas.However,there remains little understanding about the core issues of rural tourism in China:the exact connotation,the principles,the development models and the future directions.This review paper identifies the key issues based on literature analysis,national statistics and press reports to form a general picture of the past,the current and the future prospects of China's rural tourism.The paper firstly addresses the definition,content and principles of rural tourism,and then provides an overview and brief evaluation of the progress and the current development models in China.Finally,based on the analysis of the experiences and problems,the authors sum up with five pathways of the future development of China's rural tourism from the perspective of rural tourism resources,product,market and promotion.

New and Renewable Energy Development in China's Rural and Remote Area

This paper analyses the present situation of new and renewable energy development in China’s rural and remote areas and gives the development objectives and tasks which could be fulfilled in the future. At last, it is summed up that exploiting new and renewable energy is the national key strategy for rural economic development.

Plights and Countermeasures for the Development of Rural Labor Broker——Based on the Investigation of Rural Labor Brokers in Chongqing Munitipality

Based on the investigation into the rural labor brokers in Chongqing Municipality,the developmental momentum of rural labor brokers in Chongqing Municipality is introduced.The valid questionnaires show that the main factors which limit the development of rural labor brokers in Chongqing Municipality are the scant effective information,low quality,insufficient education and training,absent of specialized policies and regulations,low degree of organization,and low social recognition.The requirements for the healthy development of rural labor brokers are concluded,which include healthy policies and regulations,healthy social culture and the external support from the government.Besides,the rural labor brokers should have high competence,high professional ethnics,strong awareness of law and relatively high educational level.At last,the targeted countermeasures are put forward,which cover strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure;perfecting the information platform;enhancing training efforts and improving the competence of labor brokers;establishing and consolidating laws and regulations,and fostering well legal atmosphere;paying attention to the construction of organization and trying to famous the famous brands of rural labors;intensifying the promotion and creating favorable cultural environment.These countermeasures aim at enhancing the capability of attracting rural surplus labors,accelerating the structure of income distribution and coordinating the urban and rural development.

Progress of research on urban-rural transformation and rural development in China in the past decade and future prospects

Urban-rural transformation and rural development are issues at the forefront of research on the topic of the urban-rural relationship in the field of geography, as well as important practical problems facing China＇s new urbanization and overall planning of urban and rural development. The Center for Regional Agricultural and Rural Development, part of the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was established in 2005. The Center has laid solid foundations for integrating research in the areas of agricultural geography and rural development in China over the past decade. The paper aims to review the major achievements in rural geographical research in China during the past decade, analyze innovative developments in relevant theories and methods, and suggest prospects and countermeasures for promoting comprehensive studies of urban-rural transformation and rural geography. The research shows that innovative achievements have been made in rural geography studies of China in the past decade as major national policy development, outputs of result and decision making support; new breakthroughs have been achieved in such major research projects as geographical integrated theory, land remediation projects and technology demonstration projects, new urbanization and urban-rural integration; significant progress has been made in actively expanding the frontiers of rural geography and pushing forward theoretical innovations in land and resource projects; and, with China＇s development goals of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieving modernization in mind, future innovative developments in agricultural and rural geography should aim to make research more strategic, systematic, scientific and security-oriented, with attention given to promoting systematic scientific research on international cooperation and global rural geography.

西部大开发地区农村区域经济的综合评价

基于2019年西部大开发地区12个省、自治区、直辖市农村区域经济发展指标的面板数据,选取15个评价指标,利用因子分析法对其农村区域经济发展进行综合评分和排名。结果表明,综合得分从高到低排名依次是新疆、内蒙古、陕西、广西、四川,这5个地区的综合得分均为正数,是西部大开发中农村区域经济发展水平较高的地区;其他地区(宁夏、云南、重庆、贵州、甘肃、青海、西藏)综合得分为负数,是农村区域经济发展水平较低的地区;西部大开发地区12个省、自治区、直辖市2019年农村区域经济发展存在明显的差异。依托西部大开发地区农村区域经济发展水平现状,提出促进西部大开发地区农村区域经济发展的建议,包括在政策构建层面上要注重梯度分类、在乡村产业层面上要推进多元培育、在资源要素层面上要加大保障力度。

我国农村发展型最低生活保障制度指标体系的构建

我国农村发展型最低生活保障制度是一个与反贫困理念发展相伴随的概念,是具有发展型社会政策特征的农村最低生活保障制度。该制度通过对农村贫困人口的资源再分配,使其自我发展能力得到提升,以达到真正的脱贫。该制度具有使我国农村最低生活保障资源得到最优配置的效益性特征,使我国农村贫困人口具有抗击贫困风险的内生性特征。同时,该项制度具有持久发展动力的可持续特征。这些特征扩展了农村最低生活保障制度的内涵。本文提出农村发展型最低生活保障制度的概念,并构建一套体系对我国农村发展型最低生活保障制度所产生的效果进行客观的度量,可以为我国农村最低生活保障制度的优化提供借鉴。

西部贫困山区农村家庭经济发展模式研究——以陕西商洛地区为例

以陕西省商洛地区农村为例,采用实地调查和问卷分析相结合的方法,对农村家庭经济在退耕还林前后的变化以及目前存在的主要问题进行了分析。研究结果表明:退耕还林以来,农村家庭收入有所增长,家庭主要收入来源由以种植业为主变为以外出打工收入为主;家庭生产经营仍然是分散的个体方式,市场率和生产效益较低;传统的副业生产多为零散经营;山区农村家庭经济发展面临的问题具有普遍性。最后,从当地贫困山区自然环境资源和经济社会发展条件的实际出发,提出了几种农村家庭经济发展模式。

新农村建设进程中的中国邮政发展策略研究

基于社会主义新农村建设与中国邮政改革的背景,本文从社会福利角度考察邮政运营效率与战略问题,提出了中国邮政的相应农村发展策略。结果表明:保障农村邮政普遍服务,与农村经济发展和新农村建设相适应,采取满足农民需求的邮政农村发展战略,提高邮政运营效率,有利于提高广大农村地区的社会福利,减少社会矛盾,体现社会公平并促进邮政发展。

西部大开发与西部地区农村体育发展模式的研究

运用文献资料法、调查访问法,分析了西部地区农村体育的发展现状、制约因素以及所面临的机遇与优势,在此基础上提出了西部地区农村体育的发展模式为:1)农村学校体育发展模式;2)小城镇体育发展模式;3)民族体育发展模式;4)体育旅游发展模式;5)体育扶贫发展模式;6异地民工体育发展模式。

农村3岁以下儿童心理行为发育问题预警征象筛查发育偏异及影响因素

目的探查农村3岁以下儿童心理行为发育现况及影响因素,了解潜在转诊和干预需求,为制定相关防治策略提供证据支持。方法本研究采用以社区为基础的横断面调查设计,2016年7-9月在贵州和山西各1个贫困县中以村为单位整群抽样,样本村中所有3岁以下且满3月龄儿童为研究对象,采用相适应年龄组的儿童心理行为发育问题预警征象(预警征)分别进行发育筛查。χ2检验和Logistic回归分别用于发育偏异发生的单因素和多因素分析。结果本研究共纳入1298名儿童,其中89例(6.9%)早产儿,341例(26.3%)家庭贫困,559例(43.1%)留守儿童。调查儿童中有126例(9.7%)预警征筛查阳性,即发育偏异。但其中大部分偏异程度较轻,71.4%发育偏异儿童只出现4项中的1项预警征象异常。单因素和多因素分析均表明,早产儿发育偏异风险高于非早产儿(校正OR=2.193,95%CI:1.225~3.927),而且发育偏异发生与预警征问卷年龄组内细微月龄差距有关,组内月龄增大,发育偏异风险降低(校正OR=0.823,95%CI:0.701~0.967)。结论儿童心理行为发育问题预警征象筛查可以在农村地区3岁以下儿童健康体检时发现发育偏异。发育偏异的发生与早产有关,且对同一预警征问卷组内月龄差异敏感。

多元城镇化道路与中国农村发展(英文)

要推动农村的进一步发展,需要跳出农村,从城镇化进程中去谋求农村发展之路。作为现代化的重要内容,城镇化将促进农村实现质的飞跃和发展,因而是农村发展的根本出路。中国的城镇化可以选择多元化的城镇化道路,其中主要包括通过新农村建设而推进的乡村生活方式城市化和乡村集镇化,以及通过制度创新而推进的农村劳动力城市化和城乡一体化。多元城镇化将促进城镇化水平的不断提高,为农村发展提供动力。
