Research on Sustainability of China’s Economic Cooperation With Africa

Africa is one of the important polars in the current political and economic pattern of the world.This paper explores the problems in China’s economic cooperation with Africa from the perspective of Chinese-funded enterprises in Africa being pioneers and barometers in the cooperation,and researches sustainable development of China’s economic cooperation with Africa focusing on connectivity and integrating African characteristic.

关于中国在非洲经济存在的国际法思考——兼驳西方“移花接木”的“新殖民主义”谰言

西方国家在非洲的存在经历了由殖民主义到新殖民主义的转变,新殖民主义原本无涉中国。随着中非经济合作的深入发展,中国经常被西方国家贴上'新殖民主义'的标签。西方各种'新殖民主义'谰言对中国在非洲的经济存在带来负面影响,损害中非双方利益,并阻碍中非经济合作的进一步发展。在论述反殖民主义、反新殖民主义国际法发展的基础上,本文论证了中国在非洲的经济存在是反新殖民主义国际法的创新实践,批驳了西方'移花接木'的'新殖民主义'谰言,揭示了中非经济合作'同舟共济''共同发展'的实质,并进而探讨了践行中非命运共同体理念下的国际法治之路。
