Evaluation of Ecological Sustainable Development in the Yangtze River Delta Region Based on Ecological Footprint Theory

The ecological footprint was employed as a quantitative indicator of resource inputs,enabling a detailed account of the structure of biological resources and energy occupancy,as well as the variation of resource productivity in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)Region.From 2004 to 2018,there were notable variations in the ecological productivity of different types of land on basis of China’s equilibrium factor across the three provinces and one city in the YRD region.Jiangsu Province exhibited the highest ecological productivity of arable land,while Anhui Province exhibited the highest ecological productivity of forest land.Shanghai City exhibited the highest ecological productivity of pasture land,while Zhejiang Province exhibited the highest ecological productivity of water area.In 2018,the proportion of arable land within the total ecological carrying capacity of the YRD region reached 74.35%.Furthermore,the contribution of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces to the YRD’s total ecological carrying capacity was 41.36%and 41.26%,respectively.In the construction of a new development pattern in the YRD region,which is dominated by the domestic cycle as the main body and mutually reinforced by domestic and international double-cycle,the YRD region should combine the utilization of natural forces with innovation in science,technology and cooperation mechanisms.Furthermore,the government should guide the concentration of social capital towards green industries.It is also recommended that the moderate reduction of ecological footprints should be encouraged,and that the security of biological resources and energy,the leadership in the field of cutting-edge science and technology should be ensured in YRD region.This will facilitate the formation of a new development pattern of higher-quality integration at the national level firstly.

Transitivity Analysis of the Energy in China’s New Era

At present,with the steady development of the global economy,more and more countries begin to pay attention to the impact of ecological environment on economic development and human society,so the ecological environment has become a global issue that cannot be ignored in today’s era.Therefore,from the perspective of the ecological philosophy of Diversity&Harmony as well as Interaction&Co-existence,this paper will conduct ecological discourse analysis on the Energy in China’s New Era based on the transitivity system of systemic-functional grammar,and use the Corpus analysis software UAM Corpus Tool 3.3x to label and make statistics on the transitivity system,aiming to explore the distribution characteristics of the transitivity system in this white paper.Through the transitivity analysis of the white paper,this study helps readers to have a deeper understanding of the positive significance contained in the white paper.To a certain extent,it enables readers at home and abroad to understand China’s stance on energy issues and the positive image of China in energy ecology.It also awaken readers’awareness of environmental protection and acquire good habits of resource conservation to be in harmony between human and nature for sustainable development.

Intelligent and ecological coal mining as well as clean utilization technology in China: Review and prospects

Coal is an essential fossil fuel in China; however, coal mining and its utilization are being under the increasing pressure from ecological and environmental protection. Therefore, the consulting project "Technical Revolution in Ecological and Efficient Coal Mining and Utilization & Intelligence and Diverse Coordination of Coal-based Energy System," initiated by Chinese Academy of Engineering, puts forward three stages(3.0, 4.0 and 5.0) of China's coal industry development strategy. Aimed at "reduced staff,ultra-low ecological damage, and emission level near to natural gas," breakthroughs should be achieved in the following three key technologies during the China Coal Industry 3.0 stage(2016–2025): including intelligent coal mining, ecological mining, ultra-low emission and environmental protection. This paper focuses on the development trends of the China Coal Industry 3.0 and its support for China Coal Industry 4.0 and 5.0 is analyzed and prospected as well, which may offer technical assistance and strategy orientation for realizing the transformation from traditional coal energy to clean energy.

Strategies for Prioritizing Ecological Construction with Consideration of Agricultural Industry Development in Northern China’s Agro- pastoral Ecotone : A Perspective of Opportunity Cost

In northern China’s agro-pastoral ecotone,there are conflicts between agricultural industry and ecological construction resource competition,and also problems urgently to be solved for economic growth and sustainable ecological improvement.Taking the development concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains being mountains of gold and silver"as the guiding principle of prioritizing ecological and green development,this paper studied the strategies for prioritizing ecological construction with consideration of economic development of agricultural industry from the perspective of opportunity cost.Through the analysis of opportunity cost,externality,and Pareto optimal theory,and using the calculation method of the unit equivalent factor value of terrestrial ecological service function,this paper calculated the ecological service value of forest,grassland,and farmland.It found that the ecological value of forest and grassland per unit area was greater than the ecological value of agricultural industry.This indicates that the opportunity cost of farmland for ecological construction was less than that of agricultural industry.Based on the theoretical and quantitative analysis,it came up with recommendations for establishing a comprehensive system for prioritizing ecological construction with consideration of agricultural industry development and establishing and improving the incentive mechanism of ecological construction.

Analysis of the Harmonious Discourse of Publicity Documentary Seasons of China Based on Transitivity System

Publicity documentaries play an important role in shaping the image of one country during the international communication.Seasons of China is a publicity documentary introducing the traditional Chinese culture 24 solar terms.Under the guidance of the framework of Harmonious Discourse Analysis,this thesis uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the harmonious discourse of this documentary based on the transitivity system.The research finds that the discourse of Seasons of China conveys the China’s ecological concept of respecting,following and protecting the nature,while telling the stories of Chinese traditional culture 24 solar terms,highlighting the image of China as a responsible country for ecological civilization construction.

Ecological Security Assessment in County Area Based on P-S-R Model——A Case Study of Ningwu County,Shanxi Province

To further understand the status quo and change tendency of ecological security in county area, we took the example of Ningwu County, the headstream of Fenhe River, confronting serious eco-environment problem and considerable human impacts. Taking Ningwu as the study area and using variation coefficient method to determine the weights of the indices, we built ecological security pattern based on Pressure-State-Response （P-S-R） Model of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The ecological security status was evaluated by calculating eco-security index （ESI） with socio-economic statistical data of Ningwu during 2001 -2010. The results showed that the situation of eco-security had been improved from heavy alarm to relative safety during 2001 -2010. It reflected that the ecological economic system in Ningwu County tended to be relaxed constantly after experienced a sharp conflict between ecological environment and economic growth. The ecological safety awareness was growing, however, by force of the objective requirements of population growth and economic development, the situation of ecological security was still unstable.

我国对外交流中频频出现的“中国崛起/China’s rise”一说,究竟在国际受众中产生了什么效果,又是如何产生这些效果的？长期以来,国内学术界对此缺乏应有的关注.作为一个典型的话语构筑,“崛起/rise”投射出实力日益强大、地位日渐上升的中国形象,无疑极大地增强了国内受众的民族自豪感和凝聚力;然而对于多数国际受众而言,传达的则是格局变动、利益洗牌的信号,是对既得利益的威胁.本文通过对“崛起”和“rise”在各自文化中的含义进行修辞分析,结合当代西方主流媒体对“China’s rise”的报道,指出二者的不对称性.鉴于“rise”在国际话语中已具有明显负面联想,且对“中国威胁论”起着推波助澜的作用,我国对外交流有必要实行语言上的韬光养晦,慎言“崛起”,多谈“发展”.

基于MSB二维标记的加密图像可逆数据隐藏

针对基于标记编码的加密图像可逆数据隐藏存在图像冗余未充分利用和信息泄露问题,提出一种基于MSB(Most Significant Bit)二维标记的加密图像可逆数据隐藏(Reversible Data Hiding in Encrypted Image,RDH-EI)算法.为提高算法的嵌入容量,在二维标记图生成阶段,根据原始与预测像素值构造出差异序列,生成MSB二维标记(l1,l2).第一维l1和第二维l2分别记录原始与预测像素值初始连续相同MSBs位数和后继连续相反MSBs(Subsequent Consecutive Opposite MSBs,SCO-MSBs)位数.SCO-MSBs的使用提高像素冗余的利用率,结合范式哈夫曼编码实现嵌入容量的提升.为提高算法的安全性,在伪标记图与加密图像构造阶段,将二维标记图生成的编码流与保存所有辅助信息的额外数据流进行有效信息合并生成原始流后加密,同时在构造加密图像过程中生成用于标识可嵌入位置的伪标记图.原始流加密能有效防止图像信息泄露,伪标记图则用于确定嵌入的预留空间位置.实验结果表明,与现有同类算法相比,本文算法能防止标记图泄露并抵抗唯密文攻击,嵌入容量提高0.208 bpp以上,且算法实现完全可逆的同时,运行时间将近现有算法的1/4.

Research on the Characteristics of Collective Impression of China in the Perspective of Modern Western Peregrinators

Since modern times,western countries had influenced the formulation of rules for travelling China through a series of gunboat diplomacy and a series of unequal treaties,and promoted the formation of three major peregrination routes,namely south China centered on Guangzhou and Shanghai,southwest China centered on the Yangtze River and Chengdu,and north China centered on Beijing and the Great Wall.Overpopulation,lack of curiosity and knowledge,difficulties in board and lodging,good onlookers,beauty of exotic scenery,and intensive farming were the common perceptions of the collective impression of China by the three types of peregrinators coming to China.These perceptions were the historical map for the west to construct the image of modern China,and had a profound influence on the formation of China’s image of “the inferior other”.

Globalization of China’s film industry through “telling China’s stories”

As is known to all,the globalization of China’s film industry plays as one important means in enhancing China’s national image and international voice.During the process of exporting externally,there exist some problems in its content production and marketing system.However,due to the"Belt and Road",the present film industry has ushered in new opportunities.In the essay,according to the author,only with strategies of ecological marketing in global market,China’s film industry could strengthen China’s cultural confidence through telling China’s stories,as so to shape China’s national image in the world.

Ecological Assessment of Oxygen Balance:A Case Study of China’s Natural Oxygen Bars

Ecological assessment plays a vital role in sustainable development of the environment,and thus exploration of specific and integrated ecological assessment methods has become a critical task.In this study,based on the concept of oxygen balance and by accommodating both natural factors and socioeconomic elements,we establish an oxygen(O_(2))balance index(OBI),i.e.,the ratio of the O_(2)production from the ecosystem to the O_(2)consumption by human behavior,based on the net primary productivity(NPP),fuel consumption,gross domestic production(GDP),population data,and so on.The results show that the spatial distributions of OBI in China are intimately correlated to the regional vegetation and socioeconomic development.The estimated OBI values are then validated by statistical data from 27 counties in China,and it is found that the OBI reflects the ecological environment status well.Moreover,the average OBI values derived from 190 natural oxygen bars in China reveal extreme imbalance between O_(2)production and consumption in highly developed regions,especially in the cities,in contrast to good O_(2)balance in areas with high-quality ecological status and less industrialization.The findings from this study have quantitatively captured the regional ecological quality,providing guidance for sustainable natural and socioeconomic developments in local areas of China.

论海洋自然保护地分类分区管控的中国方案

海洋自然保护地分类分区管控既有空间规划的自然科学依据,又有区域治理的社会科学依据,且与精细化建设之间具有手段与目的的关系。分类施策、分区治理,精细化建设,是我国海洋自然保护地分类分区管控的改革方向。海洋自然保护地分类分区管控以新型海洋自然保护区制度、海洋公园制度接替海洋特别保护区制度,与国土空间规划制度、生态保护红线制度等衔接,并将生态功能保护区作为我国新时代自然保护地体系中的类型之一。分类分区管控基于陆海统筹战略提出分区差异化管控、精细化建设的中国方案,并通过完善立法保障其实现。

及物性视域下的中国生态形象建构研究——以《中国的生物多样性保护》白皮书英译本为例

借助及物性视角对语篇进行生态话语分析,有助于实现利用语言中介使公众关注生态环境保护的目的。采用定量与定性相结合的方法,自建语料库对《中国的生物多样性保护》白皮书英译本进行及物性分析,研究发现:该白皮书主要使用物质过程、关系过程和心理过程小句等展现中国对生物多样性保护的积极行动和所取得的一定成效,展现了中国保护生物多样性的信心和决心;该白皮书中蕴含大量的生态信息,表明中国积极承担社会责任,为国际生物多样性保护践行自我担当,进而把中国建构成一个负责任的生态大国形象。

以绿色发展推动国家形象建构的作用机理与实现路径

国家形象代表一国的文化软实力,是主权国家参与国际事务的重要资源。绿色发展作为中国式现代化的显著特征,具有深层次的利益相关性、差异包容性和传播直观性,是推动建构生态优先、高质量发展、绿水青山东方大国形象的关键着力点。但实践中我国国家形象的建构仍面临着实现“双碳”目标的艰巨性、全球能源危机持续发酵、“中国环境威胁论”的舆论渲染、“共同但有区别的责任”分配失衡等现实挑战。为此,应在中国国家形象建构中充分激活绿色发展动能,着力塑造绿色发展形象标杆、发挥多元主体行动合力、创新立体传播技术手段、打造积极作为的国际角色,为地球增添更多“中国绿”,进而把握未来发展主动权。

基于语料库的中国生态形象演变研究——信息贡献度与主题建模的语义分析

本研究运用信息贡献度与主题建模的文本挖掘方法,对中国生态话语对外报道主题进行历时性研究,深入探索中国生态形象的发展历程。研究发现,与前一阶段(2001—2012年)相比,2012—2024年生态话语对外报道的总量显著增加,共现主题词呈现延续性与深化性特征。“生态环境保护”“城市与经济发展”“政府政策调控”是两个时期持续关注的重点,中国从生态基础建设转变为生态绿色体系战略,习近平生态文明思想的战略引领作用日益凸显。2012—2024年报道还聚焦两个特有主题,即“国际交流合作”和“生态旅游文化”,彰显了中国在全球生态文明建设中的责任担当,展示了独特的生态文化和崭新的乡村形象。研究揭示了中国生态形象动态化、多元化的发展轨迹,体现了“以人为本”的核心生态价值观。

人类命运共同体视域下的中国形象建构与创意设计研究——以世博会中国馆为例

以“人类命运共同体”视域下的“世博会中国馆设计的困境与根源”“理念指引意义”“重构国家形象设计的三组关系”“国家形象创新设计思路”四个维度为切入点,梳理形象设计的三个维度——符号生产、形象生成和传播生效,指出世博会中国馆设计长期存在“无内涵呓语”“无声息失语”“无边际妄语”等困境,根源在于设计者身陷“留恋传统、困顿当下、羡慕西方”的阈限焦虑。“人类命运共同体”为解决这一困境提供了价值坐标,有助于重新定位自身,确立新使命、塑造新形象、拓展新视野。在此基础上,需要重构“元素/系统”“现实/想象”和“我塑/他塑”三组关系。最后提出基于该理念的国家形象创意设计思路,为国家形象设计的研究与实践提供新的范式想象和学科出路。
