Effect of comprehensive management combined with cognitive intervention on patient cooperation and complications during digestive endoscopy

BACKGROUND As lifestyles continue to change worldwide,the incidence of digestive tract carcinoma has gradually increased.Digestive endoscopy is an important tool that can assist in the diagnosis,treatment,and surgical intervention for this disease.However,the examination process is affected by many factors,and patient cooperation is often poor,which can increase the risk of complications.AIM To explore the effects of integrated management and cognitive intervention on cooperation and complications in patients undergoing endoscopy for early gastrointestinal neoplasms.METHODS A total of 354 patients with early stage gastrointestinal cancer who underwent digestive endoscopy procedures between January and December 2023 at our hospital were divided into observation and control groups(177 patients in each group)in a randomized controlled blind trial.The control group received routine interventions,while the observation group received comprehensive integrated management combined with cognitive interventions.We compared the changes in adverse mood,discomfort,examination time,cooperation with the examination,and complications before and after the intervention between the two groups.RESULTS The self-rated anxiety and depression scale scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analog scale scores for discomfort during intubation and examination were also lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the examination time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of cooperation(94.35%)was higher in the observation group than in the control group(84.75%;P<0.05).Lastly,the incidence rates of gastrointestinal adverse reactions(10.17%vs 20.34%),choking agitation(14.69%vs 24.86%),abdominal pain(8.47%vs 18.08%),and muscle tension(5.08%vs 14.12%)were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Integrated management and cognitive intervention in early gastrointestinal neoplasm endoscopy alleviate mood,reduce discomfort,shorten examinations,improve cooperation,and reduce complications.

China-ASEAN Cooperative Diplomacy within a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

Since the official establishment of the China-Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)dialog 31 years ago,the relationship between China and ASEAN has achieved fruitful results.The establishment of the China-ASEAN Comprehensive Strategic Partnership comes in a timely manner.Within this partnership,both China and ASEAN will face opportunities and challenges.Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership,public health governance,and the Belt and Road Initiative are important directions for cooperation between China and ASEAN in this new stage,and they are priorities for deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two entities.Changes in the international situation,the interference of states outside the region,and the idea of vaccine diplomacy,together with other propaganda that stigmatizes China,have led to a certain negative impact on China-ASEAN relations.On the whole,China-ASEAN relations are a model of regional cooperation for East Asia,showing strong vitality and development potential.Promoting regional cooperation through openness and inclusiveness,handling regional affairs through building consensus,and properly resolving differences by seeking common ground while shelving differences remain the guiding principles of China-ASEAN cooperation diplomacy.

Comprehensive Evaluation on Demonstration Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives on the Basis of AHP Model

On the basis of AHP method,this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation model of demonstration farmers' specialized cooperatives,uses the Delphi method and AHP software to assign scientific and objective weight to 7 criteria in criteria layer and 27 indices in index layer,and evaluate the overall level of 153 farmers' specialized cooperatives whose main business is fruits and vegetables in Region R.The results show that the overall operation level of farmers' specialized cooperatives is common;democratic and financial management is open;the information-based level and social sensation are not insufficient;the marking results of questionnaire is basically scientific and objective.This paper discusses the new way to evaluate operation level of farmers' specialized cooperatives,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions as follows:promote the information-based level of demonstration cooperatives;strengthen the service capacity of demonstration cooperatives;use means of science and technology to promote product quality;amplify social sensation of farmers' specialized cooperatives.

A Study on English Reading Teaching With Cooperative Learning By Means of Task-Based Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

Higher Vocational Education(HVE) is an important component of higher education in our country.The English Curriculum Standard of HVE considers promoting the students' reading comprehension as one of the most important goals in English teaching.Task-based CL emphasizes the importance of education as a vehicle for teaching citizens to live cooperatively in a social democracy and teachers are not the only sources of knowledge and students should be able to help each other and learn in an interdependent way.The heart of cooperative learning is student-centered.Therefore,task-based CL can overcome the shortcomings in traditional teaching models,and the goal of improving reading comprehension can be achieved for the teachers of reading by realizing the mental process of reading comprehension and how prior knowledge can enhance a reader's interaction with the text through CL.This thesis consists of five parts.Part one,two and three briefly introduces the background and significance of the study,definitions and models of cooperative learning and reading comprehension.Part four and five are the key sections of the thesis,which introduces the hypotheses,subjects,instrument,procedure of the study and the analysis of the results of the study.Part five draws the conclusion of the study.

新时代中国供销合作社综合改革研究:变迁逻辑与共时场域

当前,以为农服务为宗旨的供销社面临重新定位和再发展问题。文本立足“新时代供销社何去何从”主题,基于注意力变迁视角及制度分析与发展(IAD)框架的整合,在系统梳理供销社演化脉络和变迁逻辑的基础上,分析现阶段供销社的综合改革场域。研究认为:鉴于不同时期国家对乡村建设中供销社的角色呼唤有其时态语境,新时代的供销社应遵循注意力变迁逻辑并由此呈现渐变性特征。从长期看,供销社要把握历时演化的内在逻辑,释放作为“四不像”组织的灵活性,服务党和国家战略;从短期看,要以治理注意力为导向,从国家层面与供销系统两大角度探索改革方向与举措,助力供销社综合改革有效服务乡村振兴战略。

计及电-碳交易与综合贡献率的多微网合作运行优化策略

多微网协同互联能够提高系统运行的稳定性与可靠性。针对多微网(multi-microgrids,MMG)系统合作运行过程中由于各微网分属于不同的利益主体而产生的微电网之间的电能交易问题、碳交易问题与利益分配问题,提出一种计及电-碳交易与综合贡献率的多微网合作运行优化策略。首先,分析了含点对点(peer-to-peer,P2P)电-碳交易的多微网合作运行架构,并引入碳捕集系统(carbon capture system,CCS)与电转气(power to gas,P2G)装置,建立了微电网系统及设备模型。其次,在单微网模型构建之后,基于纳什议价理论,构建了含P2P电-碳交易的多微网系统合作运行模型,并将非凸非线性的纳什议价问题转化为易于求解的MMG合作成本最小化与支付收益最大化两个子问题。然后,在合作后的利益分配过程中,量化各微电网对MMG的综合贡献程度并计算出各自的综合贡献率,通过综合贡献率来分配各微网的收益。最后,采用交替方向乘子法(alternating direction multiplier method,ADMM)求解,有效保护了各微网隐私。算例分析与方案对比结果表明,所提策略能够实现微网间的P2P电-碳交易,有效降低MMG总运行成本,减少系统的碳排放量,并且采用的利益分配策略公平合理,能够有效提升各微网参与合作运行的积极性。

胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌手术护理配合的效果分析

目的探讨胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌手术的护理配合效果。方法回顾性收集2018年2月—2022年3月在厦门大学附属第一医院接受胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌手术的210例患者临床病历资料,所有患者均应用胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌手术治疗。依据护理方案分为对照组(n=125)与观察组(n=85)。对照组应用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期综合护理。对比2组患者的术中出血量、肺部感染发生率、术后住院天数和护理满意率。结果观察组患者术中出血量为(139.56±79.65)mL,低于对照组的(220.12±123.57)mL;肺部感染发生率为10.6%,低于对照组的28.0%;术后住院天数为(8.56±1.51)d,短于对照组的(15.81±2.67)d;护理满意率为94.1%,高于对照组的83.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌手术联合围手术期综合护理具有显著手术治疗效果,并发症少。

基于DEMATEL方法的科学基金项目绩效关键影响因素识别及实证研究——以促进海峡两岸科技合作联合基金项目为例

基础研究是应用研究和重大创新之源,联合基金作为国家基金委联合地方政府支持基础研究的主渠道之一,对提升地区原始创新能力、促进人才队伍建设发挥重要作用。为了真实反映促进海峡两岸科技合作联合基金资助项目的学术水平,从创新成果、人才培养、合作交流、项目延伸和间接影响等5个维度构建结题项目绩效评价指标体系,运用DEMATEL法分析15个二级指标之间的关联影响,结合多层次模糊综合评价法构建模型,并以某大学承担的重点支持项目为案例对影响项目绩效的关键因素进行实证分析,确定这个项目绩效评价等级。实证结果表明:DEMATEL法可以识别影响项目绩效的关键指标;模糊综合评价模型既考虑了评价对象的模糊性,也兼顾了指标体系的层次性,综合评价结果更具科学性。

校企协同育人视域下高职《物流综合实训》课程教学模式研究

校企合作是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要抓手,文中在校企协同育人视域下,对高职《物流综合实训》课程教学模式进行创新研究,提出校企协同“1+N+1”教学模式,即“1”个准备课程、“N”个实训环节、“1”个教学评价,并打造“双主体”师资保障平台。同时,在高职物流专业学生中对该教学模式进行对比实验,结果显示:校企协同“1+N+1”教学模式可有效提升学生专业技能和学习动机,可促进“双师型”教师队伍建设,是一种有效的教学创新模式。

基于节点贡献度评估的集群无人机协同导航方法

针对集群无人机协同导航中传统构型优选效率低、实时性差等问题,提出了一种基于节点贡献度评估的集群无人机协同导航方法。推导了基于测距/测角信息的协同精度因子(CDOP)计算方法。并以CDOP为指标,提出了一种节点贡献度计算方法。采用模糊综合评价法,以贡献度和测距/测角误差为因素集,提出了节点贡献度综合评估方法。该方法综合考虑节点构型、量测误差等因素,实现了最优构型下的量测信息快速筛选。将筛选后的量测信息与INS位置估计融合,实现集群无人机的协同定位。仿真结果表明,相较于快速选星经验方法,所提出的算法定位精度明显提升,定位误差小于1 m的误差累积分布由15.4%提高到了49.1%。同时,在与改进粒子群优化算法精度相当的情况下,计算效率提升了2.96倍。

中外合作办学模式下大学生创新创业能力的模糊综合评价研究

中外合作办学作为一种依托国际交流合作的办学形式,通过国内外教育资源优势互补,在创新创业人才培养和项目孵化中起到重要作用。在中外合作办学模式的实践过程中,如何客观评价大学生的创新创业能力至关重要但相关研究较少。该文围绕中外合作办学人才培养目标,提出以创新创业品质、知识技能储备、实践经历成果、科研创造潜力和环境适应潜力等要素来构建创新创业能力评价指标体系;采用模糊综合评价模型建立大学生创新创业能力的模糊评价矩阵,得到大学生创新创业能力的评价结果。结果表明,大学生在创新创业品质、科研创造潜力方面能力较弱。最后,针对评价结果提出对策建议。

整合型健康共同体背景下的新建区院全面托管模式实践与探索——以上海市嘉定区江桥医院托管模式为例

医院托管是新形势下推动优质医疗资源下沉和促进分级诊疗制度建设的重要抓手之一。以上海市嘉定区江桥医院的托管模式为例,从托管原则与目标、人员派驻、管理决策机制及信息化建设等方面的实践经验和初步成效进行总结,获得的启示有:从筹建阶段早期介入有利于对整体医院布局的规划托管;建立在整合型健康共同体的业务联合下,全面托管更有利于医疗资源整合;信息化的顶层设计是紧密型医联体成功的关键。建议:前置思考区域性医疗中心的功能定位;组织融合协同,促进医院管理与医疗服务同质化;打通人财物的困境,为新建区院在整合型健康共同体背景下的全面托管做好铺垫。
