Accurately estimating blasting vibration during rock blasting is the foundation of blasting vibration management.In this study,Tuna Swarm Optimization(TSO),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),and Cuckoo Search(CS)were u...Accurately estimating blasting vibration during rock blasting is the foundation of blasting vibration management.In this study,Tuna Swarm Optimization(TSO),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),and Cuckoo Search(CS)were used to optimize two hyperparameters in support vector regression(SVR).Based on these methods,three hybrid models to predict peak particle velocity(PPV)for bench blasting were developed.Eighty-eight samples were collected to establish the PPV database,eight initial blasting parameters were chosen as input parameters for the predictionmodel,and the PPV was the output parameter.As predictive performance evaluation indicators,the coefficient of determination(R2),rootmean square error(RMSE),mean absolute error(MAE),and a10-index were selected.The normalizedmutual information value is then used to evaluate the impact of various input parameters on the PPV prediction outcomes.According to the research findings,TSO,WOA,and CS can all enhance the predictive performance of the SVR model.The TSO-SVR model provides the most accurate predictions.The performances of the optimized hybrid SVR models are superior to the unoptimized traditional prediction model.The maximum charge per delay impacts the PPV prediction value the most.展开更多

By improving the measurement accuracy of larger axis accessories, it is useful to raise axis and hole's industry produce level. Because of the influence of complex environment in locale and some influential factors which are hard excluded from the large diameter measurement with multi-rolling-wheels method, the measurement results may not support or even contradict each other. To the situation, this paper puts forward a mutual support deviation distinguish data fusion method, including mutual support deviation detection and weight data fusion. The mutual support deviation detection part can effectively remove or weaken the unexpected impact on the measurement results and the weight data fusion part can get more accurate estimate result to the detected data. So the method can further improve the reliability of measurement results and increase the accuracy of the measurement system. By using the weight data fusion based on the mutual support (DFMS) to the simulation and experiment data, both simulation results and experiment results show that the method can effectively distinguish the data influenced by unexpected impact and improve the stability and reliability of measurement results. The new provided mutual support deviation distinguish method can be used to single sensor measurement and multi-sensor measurement, and can be used as a reference in the data distinguish of other area. The DFMS is helpful to realize the diameter measurement expanded uncertainty in 5 ×10^-6D or even higher when the measured axis workpiece's diameter is 1-5 m ( 1 m ≤ D ≤5 m ).展开更多
Background:Teamwork is essential to provide the highest quality of care for patients.Feeling supported within a nursing unit is a significant factor in nursing satisfaction,intention to remain in the job,and the capac...Background:Teamwork is essential to provide the highest quality of care for patients.Feeling supported within a nursing unit is a significant factor in nursing satisfaction,intention to remain in the job,and the capacity to provide safe patient care by Aiken et al[1].Purpose:This study examined mutual support among a nursing team to measure the influence of an educational intervention focusing on Mutual Support from the Team STEPPS curriculum by Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality,AHRQ[2].Methods:The study design used a Likert scale survey,the Nursing Teamwork Survey,before and following an education intervention adapted from the Team STEPPS curriculum on Mutual Support.Demographic data from the 41 participants were analyzed for impact on educational background,roles and responsibilities,age,and other factors.Results:Pre-Post education intervention results varied among the survey items,although scores demonstrated heightened awareness of teamwork following the educational intervention.The subscale of Backup illustrated the strongest improvement.Conclusion:The study demonstrates that education can have an impact on perceptions and awareness of mutual support among nursing team members.The survey instrument can be used effectively to inform leadership areas for improvement and staff development in the effort to improve team coordination and mutual support.展开更多

Physicians, nurses and health promoters from public primary Health Care Centers (HCC) are responsible for providing follow-up care through MSGs. However, although the MSG program has been carried out, in the last decade Mexico presents the most alarming statistics in the prevalence and complications of Diabetes Mellitus type II (DM-II), suggesting a low impact of MSG in the strategy to support the effective control of the disease. Objetive: The aim of this work was to assess whether knowledge or benefits of effective management to control of DM-II, also to identify strengths and limitations of MSGs, in six different Health Care Centers (HCC), in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. This research provides an overview of patients’ perception, and significant issues that demand to adjust MGSs strategies, with the goal of exceed the expectations of current health statistics. Methods: A qualitative evaluation was carried out, with an ethnographic approach design. The study included 28 diabetic persons, (21 women and 7 men from ruraland urban carecenters). Semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and structured content analysis were used. Results: Support groups give patients a way to address emotional issues, and learn about their disease and self-care, although some patients consider participation an inconvenient obligation. Support group users mention barriers such as lack of continuity in support group activities, inconvenient meeting times, and the difficulty of commuting to attend group sessions. They also mention that overworked health care workers find it difficult to provide leadership to keep the group going. These issues have multiple implications for the success of strategies to control the disease. Conclusions: This study shows the need to apply a participatory model to disease support group strategies to reorganize their actions in such a way as to meet the needs and requirements of patients and to ensure their participation and help them control their disease.展开更多
