The October 1994 happened to be the 20th anniversary of scientific cooperation and academic exchange between the CAS and MPG. On the occasion, both sides would hold commemorative activities in Munich to celebrate this collaborative partnership in a bid to review their past experiences and explore the possibilities of broadening their current joint endeavours as well as reveal their achieved cooperative results to the German public.

孟中友谊八桥主桥结构及桥梁景观设计

马尔代夫中马友谊大桥耐久性设计

马尔代夫中马友谊大桥是“一带一路”重点工程,主桥为六跨叠合混合梁V形墩刚构桥。为了确保大桥100年设计使用寿命,调研了马尔代夫既有建筑结构的腐蚀现状,分析了项目所处环境的腐蚀介质,对混凝土结构及钢结构所处腐蚀环境及类型进行了划分。确定了混凝土结构采用海工高性能混凝土和适当增加混凝土保护层厚度的基本防腐措施,并针对不同结构部位增加附加防腐措施;钢结构采用重防腐体系的耐久性设计原则。腐蚀重点关注的构件布置了阳极梯系统。对桥梁混凝土构件的耐久性进行监测与评估,并针对相应腐蚀情况提出防护措施,确保大桥耐久性满足全寿命期要求。

克拉玛依友谊大桥主跨静载试验与分析

本文通过对新疆克拉玛依友谊桥主桥进行静载试验,了解桥跨结构的静力特性,判断其能否继续安全正常运营。新疆克拉玛依友谊桥主桥为单塔双索面斜拉桥,通过对主桥第4跨进行静载试验,获得了桥梁在不同荷载工况下的主梁静应力、挠度、塔顶水平变位、斜拉索拉力等参数。结果表明在设计等效的试验荷载作用下,桥梁纵梁及横梁的应变及挠度校验系数均较大,虽未超过1的限值,但基本在0.85-0.98之间,接近限值,说明桥梁在设计荷载作用下结构安全储备偏低。

对外援助成套项目公路工程造价编制方法研究

在"一带一路"倡议背景下,我国援外事业稳步发展,进入了新阶段,成果斐然。然而援外成套项目造价文件的编制与国内项目有着较大不同。为了更加准确地确定工程造价,降低项目决策及实施过程中的风险,本文分析了对外援助成套项目公路工程造价的编制方法。并结合援孟加拉国孟中友谊八桥工程项目设计文件及当地实际情况,详细论述了各部分费用的取定原则和依据。通过同行评审出具的独立第三方咨询报告和施工招标结果来看,该项目的造价文件较好的反应了孟加拉市场的实际价格水平。
