Discussion on the mechanism of TCM treatment of climacteric syndrome based on TCM inheritance assistance system and network pharmacology

Background:To explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,and to study the potential mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Methods:For the relevant prescriptions collected from Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang medical network,PubMed and EMBASE were transferred to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system(TCMISSV2.5)to conduct the nucleocentric drug group analysis.In this study,we used BATMAN-TCM(http://bionet.ncpsb.org/batman-tcm/)online analysis tool to analyze Therapeutic Target Database disease enrichment and Kyoto Gene and Genome Encyclopedia(KEGG)pathway enrichment,and Cytoscape(3.7.1)software was used to construct disease-target and KEGG pathway-target networks for visualization.Results:Among the 103 prescriptions,3 pairs of core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions were selected by data mining.In the KEGG pathway of Zhimu(Anemarrhenae rhizoma)and Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis cortex),the most potential targets were found in the neural active ligand receptor interaction pathway.Conclusion:The compatibility of Anemarrhenae rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis cortex may play a role in the treatment of nervous system symptoms in patients with climacteric syndrome by interfering the neuroactive ligand receptor interaction signaling pathway.

Mining the rules of acupoint selection and manipulation scheme of massage in reducing or substituting drug treatment of simple obesity based on association rules and entropy cluster analysis

Based on the data mining of clinical literature,we analyzed the characteristics of Acupoint Selection and manipulation in the clinical treatment of“simple obesity”,in order to optimize the compatibility of clinical acupoints,simplify the manipulation,and summarize the core prescription of Massage in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods:First we search and screen the clinical literature of Chinese Massage therapy for“simple obesity”by scholars at home and abroad.Then we analyze the Acupoint Selection and manipulation rules of Chinese Massage therapy for“simple obesity”by using data mining technology and traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system.Finally we obtain the optimal new prescription based on complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis.Results:Fifty-seven prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,including TIANSHU(ST25)(36),ZHONGWAN(RN12)(32),GUANYUAN(RN4)(30),ZUSANLI(ST36)(27),QIHAI(RN6)(23),“Stomach Meridians”(10),“Spleen Meridians”(8),Renmai(7),Abdomen(36),Umbilicus(8),Pressing(33),Holding(27),Pressing(26),and get 4 core Prescriptions like ST25-RN12-Renmai-Stomach Meridians-Abdominal Rub-Rubbing-Pushing thumb-Rubbing-Palm Pushing-Thumb Point Acupuncture-Palm Vibration and 4 new prescription of Massage manipulation for the treatment of simple obesity.Conclusion:The results of clinical diagnosis and treatment data are mined and analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system.The acupoint compatibility,manipulation rules and core prescriptions obtained can provide statistical basis and references for clinical Massage manipulation in the treatment of simple obesity.

Administration Rule of Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis Based on Data Mining

Objective:To excavate the medical pattern of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis based on Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform software,hope to offer ideas for the treatment of the disease.Methods:Inpatient cases admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for HLAP from September 2013 to June 2020 were collected,information on evidence patterns and formulations was extracted,an Excel database was established and professional terms were standardized,and data mining methods such as association rules and entropy clustering of complex systems were used to analyze medical patterns.Results:The main symbols of HLAP include abdominal pain,abdominal distinction,vomiting,fever,etc.The common used drags include Immature Orange Fruit,Baical Skullcap Root,Rhubarb and Chinese Thorowax Root,etc.The main drug pairs based on association rule analysis are"Baical Skullcap Root,Immature Orange Fruit","Rhubarb,Immature Orange Fruit","Baical Skullcap Root,Rhubarb,Immature Orange Fruit",etc,and 14 drug core combinations and 7 new formulations were extracted.Conclusion:The main synthesis of HLAP are solid-heat knots in the internal organs and dam-heat in the liver and gallbladder,and the formula is based on Da-chai-hu Decoction,the clinical treatment is based on attacking stagnation,activating blood circulation and removing dampness,which can offer reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
