Structural and functional characteristics of microbiota in oropharynx of sub-healthy children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To explore the structural and functional characteristics of microbiota in oropharynx of subhealthy children with gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome(GHRS)differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine,and screen the biometric operational taxonomic units(OTUs)to assist the clinical diagnosis.Methods:We recruited children according to the“GHRS diagnostic scale”,collected their oropharyngeal swabs,and sequenced the 16 SrDNA V4 region.We described the bacterial structure with alpha-indexes,beta-distances,and relative abundances;moreover,we screened the differential genera/OTUs with Wilcoxon rank-sum test,Metagenome Seq analysis,and linear discriminant analysis effect size(LEf Se)analysis,in which biometric OTUs were selected to construct the receiver operating characteristic curve to verify the diagnostic value.The bacterial function was predicted with Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways according to 16S rDNA gene by using Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States.Results:The study population was composed of 10 children with GHRS and 10 healthy control children.GHRS children were more likely to overeat(gluttony,P=.033).Alpha-indexes,such as Sobs,abundancebased coverage estimator,Bootstrap,and Qstat,were significantly higher in the GHRS group,while betadistances did not exhibit any significant intergroup differences.There were 9 differently distributed nonpredominant genera between the groups in Wilcoxon rank-sum test,as well as 13 non-predominant genera in Metagenome Seq analysis and 3 non-predominant OTUs in LEfSe analysis.OTU44 and OTU196 were used to construct the receiver operating characteristic curve,and the area under curve was 0.92.Predicted functions showed that pathways related to oxidative phosphorylation and carbon metabolism were enriched in healthy control samples,while the pathway related to renin secretion was remarkably enriched in GHRS samples.Conclusion:Unique oropharyngeal microbial structure and function were identified in GHRS children.OTU44 and OTU196 were specific OTUs,which could be used as biomarkers of GHRS to assist clinical diagnosis.

Identifying the Cultural Shifts and Societal Changes That Facilitated the Rise in Box Office Performance of Chinese Women’s Cinema in the 21st Century

With the gradual improvement of Chinese women’s status in the 21st century,gender studies and gender relations have become one of the hottest topics in Chinese society,which consequently prompted Chinese Women’s Cinema to attract the attention of larger audiences.With regard to the box office performance of Chinese Women’s Cinema,there seems to be a gap in research in finding an association between women’s status and the relevant films’box office performance.The purpose of this research is to outline the underlying reasons for the changes in gender roles and gender representation in the Chinese film industry over the past few decades in order to better understand this expansive social change in the 21st century.This study provides a comprehensive analysis through the use of questionnaires to better understand society’s attitude towards gender representation within the film industry.The questionnaire findings indicate that there is a direct correlation between people’s awareness of women’s changing status and gender equality and their acceptance of materials produced by Chinese Women’s Cinema.At the some time,it highlights that the Chinese government’s support and initiatives for gender equality have had a significant impact on the general popularity of Chinese Women’s Cinema.The significance of this research is to effectively popularize Chinese Women’s Cinema culture and the box office growth by understanding the social attitude towards gender representation in the Chinese film industry and to provide relevant information about the development direction and trend of Chinese Women’s Cinema.Furthermore,this research aims to provide foundational support for gender equality and help to understand the underlying factors that society needs to promote gender equality.

Clinical practices s of Traditional Chinese Medicine for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children

OBJECTIVE:To develop Clinical practice s of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) for acute upper respiratory tract infection(AURI) in children;TCM is usedalone or administered together with antibiotics.METHODS:Under the guidance of evidence-based medicine concept,in strict accordance with the rules of international s development,as well as on the basis of evidence of clinical research of TCM,the s solicited opinions from clinical experts and methodologists in TCM and Western Medicine.GRADE standard was applied to form experts' consensus.RESULTS:The s standardized classification of TCM patterns and TCM treatments in children with AURI,including prescription,Chinese patent medicine,non-drug treatment and prevention.CONCLUSION:Follows the principle of "evidence based,consensus supplemented,and experience referred",these s were formulated,but the quality of evidence of included studies were relatively low.Further refinement of the s should be needed as deeper clinical studies as available in future.

Clinically Controlled Study on Children's Infectious Mononucleosis Treated by Chinese Medicine

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese drugs for the treatment of children＇s infectious mononucleosis （CIM）. Methods： Sixty CIM patients were assigned into the treated group and the control group, patients in the treated group were administered with Chinese herbal decoction, and those in the control group were treated with intravenous dripping of ganciclovir 10 mg/kg per day, for a treatment course of 14 days. Results： The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treated group and 97.1% in the control group, showing insignificant difference between groups. The efficacy in the treated group was superior to that in the control group on the fever clearance time （3.0 ± 1.5 days vs 4.9 ± 3.9 days ） and the disappearance time of cervical lymph node swelling （0.8 ± 1.0 score vs 1.5 ± 1.2 score）, showing statistical significance （all P〈0.05）. T-cell subsets were markedly improved in both groups after treatment. Adverse reaction occurred in four cases of the control group. Conclusion： Using Chinese herbs for clearing heat, removing toxin, activating blood circulation, and dissolving stasis is effective and safe for the treatment of CIM. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shows a certain effect on immune regulation.

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to explore the experience of the weight of a backpack as represented in typical Chinese children’s songs through a kind of phenomenological approach.Design/Approach/Methods-The core issue pertaining to Chinese children’s songs about backpacks is how the weight sense of backpacks is generated and developed in the field of song phenomenology.Findings-The“whatness”of a backpack in typical songs has varied over the past six decades,meanwhile,the backpack and its songs conceal not only the secrets of childhood but also those of China’s educational system.Originality/Value-The originality of this paper embodies the unique perspective to provide a new insight into the current scholarship of the micro-politics of song-singing and the weight sense of backpack.

中药敷贴辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果

目的探讨中药敷贴辅助治疗小轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月至2023年2月平邑县平邑卫生院收治的84例轮状病毒肠炎患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为两组,接受常规治疗的纳入对照组(42例),在常规治疗基础上接受中药敷贴辅助治疗的纳入观察组(42例)。比较两组临床症状消失时间、大便次数以及临床治疗效果。结果观察组呕吐、腹泻、脱水、发热消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大便次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。结论中药敷贴辅助治疗小轮状病毒肠炎可缓解症状,临床效果显著,值得推广。

修订版儿童事件影响量表在地震灾区初中学生中的信效度

目的:研究修订版儿童事件影响量表(Children's Revised Impact of Event Scale,CRIES)在中国地震灾区初中生中应用的信效度。方法:在汶川地震发生6.5个月后,在一般地震灾区方便选取428名11～16岁的初中学生,统一填写了CRIES和儿童抑郁量表(Children's Depression Inventory,CDI)。使用SPSS13.0和AMOS4.0分析量表信效度,并且对四种假设的结构模型进行验证性因素分析。结果:修订版CRIES内部一致性Cronbachα系数为0.724,2周后的重测信度为0.88,各条目与总分之间的相关为0.36～0.58。验证性因素分析结果发现,包含侵入、回避和高唤醒3个相关因素的模型拟合度最高(χ2/df=1.927)。其中侵入和回避2个因素的条目载荷较高(0.40～0.67),高唤醒因子部分条目载荷水平一般(<0.40),且其与侵入因素的相关较高(r=0.70)。受试的侵入得分(1.78±1.16)最高,其次为高唤醒(1.63±1.02),回避得分(1.20±1.13)最低。结论:修订版儿童事件影响量表具有良好的信效度,是评估儿童创伤后应激障碍症状的一种较好工具。

中药治疗配合感觉统合训练治疗儿童多动症的有效性

目的：观察和分析中药治疗配合感觉统合训练治疗儿童多动症的有效性。方法：随机选取本院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的儿童多动症患者共88例,作为本次研究观察的主要对象,对这些患儿实施随机分组处理,将患儿分为研究组和对比组两组,每组多动症患儿共44例,在对两组患者实施治疗的时候,对比组患儿进行感觉统合训练实施治疗,研究组患儿在对比组患儿治疗的基础上对患儿进行中药汤剂治疗,对两组患儿治疗的效果加以观察和对比分析。结果：治疗之后,研究组患儿治疗痊愈比例为32.2%,显效比例为41.3%,有效比例为23.2%,无效比例为3.2%,研究组的治疗总有效率为96.8%。对比组治疗痊愈比例为29.0%,显效比例为19.4%,治疗有效比例为22.9%,无效比例为19.7%,对比组的治疗总有效率为70.3%。研究组的治疗效果明显要比对比组明显,其对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：儿童多动症疾病在进行治疗的时候,单一的感觉统合训练治疗方式的治疗效果相对不够显著,而使用中药治疗的方式配合感觉统合训练的方式对多动症患儿加以治疗的时候,其治疗效果比较突出,这一治疗方式的见效也比较快,属于对儿童多动症疾病加以治疗比较理想的治疗方式。

儿童支原体肺炎的中医治疗进展

针对我国儿童文学图书出版繁荣背后存在的危机和挑战,寻找相应解决对策,以促进我国儿童文学图书可持续健康发展。以北京开卷信息技术有限公司提供的2009—2014年上半年少儿书业数据为依据,对近年来国内儿童文学图书出版现状进行分析,并对儿童文学出版业存在的问题提出建议和对策。在文学市场化进程不可避免的历史趋势下,有必要提倡儿童文学创作和出版的儿童本位理念,以保持文学自身的品位和格调;出版社还应充分利用公共出版文化资源,多维开发循环利用;还要有大胆"走出去"的魄力和理性"拿来主义"的胆识,以稳步推进我国儿童文学图书出版的可持续健康发展。
