Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in treating adolescent ankle sports injuries.Methods:From December 2020 to December 2022,adolescent patients with ankle joint spo...Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in treating adolescent ankle sports injuries.Methods:From December 2020 to December 2022,adolescent patients with ankle joint sports injuries admitted to our hospital were selected as observation objects,and 67 patients were divided into a control group(n=33,routine rehabilitation treatment)and an experimental group(n=34,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment)according to the computer grouping method.Compare the treatment results.Results:(i)The treatment received in the experimental group had an efficacy of 94.11%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.75%),and statistical significance was established(P<0.05).(ii)Before treatment,there was no difference in ankle joint pain,ankle joint activity,and ankle joint function scores between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05);after treatment,the ankle joint pain,ankle joint activity,and ankle joint function scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(iii)The experimental group had higher scores on physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation is effective in treating ankle injuries caused by sports in adolescents and improve their quality of life.Therefore,it should be popularized.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)(based on modern rehabilitation training)on the spasticity and motor function in stroke patients with hemiple...Objective:To analyze the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)(based on modern rehabilitation training)on the spasticity and motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Seventy-nine stroke and hemiplegia patients admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(39 cases)using modern rehabilitation training,and an observation group combined with comprehensive TCM rehabilitation therapy(40 cases),over 1 month.The clinical index data of the two groups were compared.Results:There were differences in the clinical index data between the two groups.The total effective rate after 2 treatment in the observation group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(74.36%)(χ^(2)=4.727,P<0.05).All central sensitization inventory(CSI)and stroke quality of life(PRO)scores in both groups were lower after treatment,with the observation group having lower scores as compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of FMA(upper limbs,lower limbs),Barthel index scores,and Functional Ambulation Categories(FAC)scores of both groups increased after treatment,with the observation group having higher scores as compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive TCM rehabilitation therapy had a significant therapeutic effect on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.It improved the patient’s spasticity,limb movement,and walking function.Their daily living abilities and quality of life were also enhanced.展开更多
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common,chronic,frequently occurring,and difficult disease of the respiratory system and is a huge disease burden.Pulmonary rehabilitation is an important part of clinica...Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common,chronic,frequently occurring,and difficult disease of the respiratory system and is a huge disease burden.Pulmonary rehabilitation is an important part of clinical treatment.Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation(CMLR),which is based on Chinese medicine theory and practice,is a comprehensive rehabilitation measure that can prevent and treat pulmonary diseases and preserve physical and mental functions.Its aim is to promote the return of patients to society as soon as possible.To better guide the clinical practice of COPD rehabilitation,the Specialty Committee of Pulmonary Rehabilitation of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies established a panel for formulating guidelines,systematically retrieved domestic and foreign literature,performed systematic evaluation after expert consultation and on-site discussion,and finally,formed the guidelines in accordance with the development standard of international evidence-based guidelines.The guideline has seven parts,which are the preface,introduction,scope,normative references,terms and definitions,types of disease syndromes,diseases assessment,CMLR techniques,and annex.The techniques of CMLR include 11 techniques in seven species,such as Simplified Taijiquan,Baduanjin,and Liuzijue.The guideline defines the technical points(time,frequency,course,etc.),optimal applicable population,use of drugs,common acupoints,operation methods,and so on for each technique.The release of the guidelines is helpful to improve the rehabilitation technique standardization and to improve the curative effect and level of rehabilitation.展开更多
