Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine:A nursing perspective

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic nonspecific intestinal inflammatory disease of unclear etiology,characterized by continuous and diffuse inflammatory changes of colorectal mucosa.In recent years,the incidence rate of UC in China has increased year by year,but there is no effective cure method in Western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation has the unique advantages of simplicity,convenience,effectiveness,and low cost.Therefore,integration of Chinese and Western medicine has become an important strategy for UC diagnosis and treatment,and has made significant progress in UC.On the basis of learning from a number of consensuses at home and abroad,combined with Chinese research results and the actual clinical situation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the UC group of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine has formulated the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of UC with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In this consensus,the pathogenesis,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,and chronic disease management with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for UC were recommended by experts.This article interprets the consensus from the perspective of nursing in order to provide reference basis for clinical nursing workers.

Treatment of postpartum depression with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing and electrical stimulation

BACKGROUND Postpartum depression(PPD)is a common psychological disease among puerperal women,and postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction is a common disease among pregnant women.The occurrence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction will increase the incidence of PPD.AIM To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles and the rectus abdominis on PPD.METHODS From April 2020 to January 2022,100 parturients with a rectus abdominis muscle separation distance>2.0 cm who underwent reexamination 6 wk after delivery at our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into either an observation group(n=50)or a control group(n=50).There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups were treated by electrical stimulation.The observation group was additionally treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.A self-designed Depression Knowledge Questionnaire was used to evaluate the awareness of knowledge on depression in all patients 3 wk after intervention.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the depression before intervention and 1 wk and 3 wk after intervention,and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)was used to evaluate the medication compliance.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analyses.RESULTS The rate of awareness of knowledge on depression in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MMAS-8 were comparable between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group at 1 wk and 3 wk after intervention(P<0.05).The HAMD scores were comparable between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 wk and 3 wk after intervention(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles and the rectus abdominis is effective in the treatment of postpartum depression and worthy of clinical promotion.

Nursing perspective of expert consensus for diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Gastric cancer is a common and highly malignant tumor of the digestive system,which seriously threatens human health.The benefit of surgical treatment is limited.The effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not significant,and the toxic and side effects are large.Although the diagnosis and treatment modes of molecular targeting and multidisciplinary cooperation have also been further developed and applied,a relatively unified comprehensive treatment standard scheme has not been formed.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as complementary and alternative medicine,has unique advantages in the development of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in China.Therefore,the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine formed“Expert Consensus for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Cancer with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine”on the basis of clinical practice and experience.In this article,the consensus is interpreted from the perspective of nursing,focusing on the pathogenesis,high‑risk factors,characteristic therapies of TCM,and nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for gastric cancer,to provide a reference for front‑line medical personnel in the roots in the future nursing care of gastric cancer.

Nursing perspective of Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Gout is a common rheumatism and its long-term recurrent attacks can cause joint destruction and deformity,even disability,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Chinese medicine plays a unique advantage in the treatment and rehabilitation of gout.To further standardize the diagnosis and treatment of gout with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine issued the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in August 2021.Expert recommendations were made on the etiology and pathogenesis;diagnosis and classification standards;patient health management;and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,prevention,and nursing of gout.This article interprets the guidelines from the nursing point of view,focusing on the detailed explanation of diet care,functional exercise,and appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine for gout,in order to provide better clinical reference for high-quality nursing services for gout patients.

As one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,colorectal cancer(CRC)is accompanied by a variety of symptoms in the process of disease development and treatment,which seriously affect the functional state and quality of life of patients.In China,comprehensive intervention measures of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)play an indispensable role in the treatment and rehabilitation of CRC.In order to further standardize and improve the treatment and management of CRC by medical staff,the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine issued the“Expert Consensus for Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine”in August 2021.This paper interprets this consensus in detail from the perspective of nursing,focusing on the common understanding of the pathogenesis of CRC,TCM diagnosis and syndrome differentiation,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing,TCM characteristic therapies,etc.,with a view to deepening the understanding and practical application of the consensus among clinical doctors and nurses and improving the level of diagnosis,treatment,and nursing of CRC.

Nursing perspective of expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Cerebral infarction(CI)is also known as ischemic stroke.It is one of the most common cerebrovascular diseases,with high mortality and disability rate,which has seriously threatened human health.To better apply the diagnosis and treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to the treatment of patients with CI,the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine issued the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 2021.It involves etiology and pathogenesis of CI,diagnosis and treatment standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine,syndrome elements of TCM,as well as rehabilitation nursing of CI with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine during acute period and recovery period.This study interprets the consensus from routine nursing,dietary nursing,emotional nursing,complication nursing,rehabilitation nursing,and continuous nursing,aiming to provide evidence-based support for clinical TCM nursing practice.

Construction of nursing standard of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with COVID‑19 (mild and common) in Beijing based on Delphi method

Objective:The objective of this study is to establish a nursing standard of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with COVID‑19(mild and common)in Beijing,to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with COVID‑19(mild and common).Methods:Through online communication meeting with nurses who are in the frontline of anti‑epidemic,clinical investigation,literature research,and expert demonstration meeting are carried out to prepare the draft of the standard,and the Delphi method is applied to determine the standard of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine care for patients with COVID‑19(mild and common)in Beijing.Results:The nursing standard of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with COVID‑19(mild and common)was established,which included 5 first‑level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 60 third‑level indicators.After two rounds of Delphi method,the positive coefficients of experts were 96%and 83%,the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.89 and 0.91,and the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance(W)of experts were 0.12,0.09,0.10,0.13(P<0.05)and 0.44,0.43,0.37,0.39(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standard of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for patients with COVID‑19(mild and common)in Beijing constructed by the Delphi method is scientific and practical,which provides a reference for clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing to fight against COVID‑19 infection.

Prevention of violence risk and interventions of Chinese and western medicine nursing on emotion

Accumulation of bad emotion with patients and their relations added violence risk.Workplace violence of nursing is an acute injury to nurse,and long-term threats and challenges to their physical and mental health and professional values. It also has an potential problem on parties negotiate the settlement of medical disputes,as well as boosting reform of national health system.Identifying and managing patients' emotion has positive impact on doubts and resentments elimination,anger escalation avoidance,violence prevention. This study proposed emotional intervention program in terms of traditional Chinese medicine and modern nursing care,which based on introducing the research status on nursing workplace violence. The purpose is to culture the ability of patients' self-identification and emotions regulation,take effective protective measure. The research provides the reference on perfecting the medical security system and related policy research.

Progress in Traditional Chinese and Weste rn Medicine Treatments and Nursing Care of Knee Osteoarthritis

This paper reviews the causes of knee osteoarthritis, traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapies and nursing research progress and indicates that traditional Chinese and Western medicine have gradually recognized the cause of knee osteoarthritis. Knee osteoarthritis has been treated with various treatments and nursing care planning, and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has constantly been improved. Nurses should instruct the discharged patient to correctly treat their disease, adopt the health education, and, via the establishment of a healthy lifestyle, insist on a functional exercise to relieve the pain, delay disease progression, and improve quality of life.

Nursing perspective of the expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in lung cancer

Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest incidence and mortality in China,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays a unique advantage in the treatment and rehabilitation of lung cancer.In order to standardize TCM diagnosis and treatment and disease management of clinical medical workers,the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine issued the“Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine”in August 2021.Experts’recommendations were made on the clinical staging and syndrome differentiation and classification of lung cancer,characteristic TCM therapies,and nursing care of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This article interpreted the Consensus on the above aspects from a nursing perspective,hoping to provide references for clinical medical workers in the treatment and nursing care of lung cancer.

TCM has played an important role in the treatment of COVID-19.TCM nursing is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,and TCM nursing has unique advantages in clinical care of COVID-19.This paper,from the perspective of TCM nursing,interprets the application of TCM nursing techniques in COVID-19,and provides a reference for further research.

基于大黄散穴位贴敷的中西医结合便秘防治护理在肛肠术后的应用观察

目的比较对肛肠术后患者采取大黄散穴位贴敷的中西医结合护理与传统一般护理对预防便秘的疗效差异。方法回顾性研究2021年1月至2022年2月福建中医药大学附属人民医院肛肠科150例肛肠手术后患者预防便秘的方法,按照治疗方式不同分为大黄散穴位贴敷观察组和传统对照组,每组各75例。观察组在一般护理方法基础上采用大黄散穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用一般护理方法。比较干预前后两组患者排便积分、Bristol大便性状分型、便秘发生情况、便秘相关不良事件发生等情况。结果干预前,两组患者排便积分对比差异无统计学意义(P=0.987)。干预后,观察组患者排便积分低于对照组(P=0.034);与对照组相比,观察组患者大便性状改善,便秘发生率降低,灌肠率降低,腹痛减少,肠道出血比例降低,肛门疼痛减少,预防便秘的总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肛肠术后患者采用大黄散穴位贴敷的中西医结合护理的便秘防护护理,与传统一般护理方法比较,能更好改善患者便秘情况。

1例肾阳虚型高血压患者的“双心护理”体会

本文总结了1例肾阳虚型高血压患者的“双心护理”体会。护理要点包括病情观察、血压监测、用药护理、中医特色护理等,并在此基础上给予心理评估、“双心”教育等干预措施。基于“双心护理”模式开展中西医结合护理,有助于改善患者症状,缓解心理压力,提高治疗依从性,促进患者康复。

中西医结合护理对糖尿病肾病患者血糖水平和心理状态的影响

目的探讨中西医结合护理对糖尿病肾病患者血糖水平和心理状态的改善效果。方法将2021年1月至2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者纳入研究,并回顾性分析其一般资料,按护理方法的不同,将患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患者和观察组患者分别接受2周的常规护理和中西医结合护理。对比2组患者的血糖控制情况、心理状态及生活质量。结果护理前,2组间空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,以及世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分经对比,均无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。经过2周的护理,与对照组相比,观察组的上述血糖指标水平以及SAS评分和SDS评分均更低,同时观察组的WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均更高(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可降低糖尿病肾病患者的血糖水平,改善其心理状态和生活质量。

干燥综合征(SS)是一种以泪腺和唾液腺的淋巴细胞浸润,伴有干燥性角膜结膜炎及口腔干燥为主要临床表现的免疫反应介导疾病,临床上分为原发性和继发性。本文主要对SS相关中西医结合护理进行总结,主要包括各器官、皮肤、呼吸道护理、饮食干预等,对SS患者给予心理指导,保证护理措施的正确性、系统性,提高SS患者及家属对疾病的认知,建立患者治疗信心,临床中医护人员需积极主动配合,保证治疗、护理工作顺利开展,最终改善患者生命质量。

重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系构建

目的:构建重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系,为传染病护理人才培养提供依据。方法:基于文献研究、灾害护理核心胜任力框架、研究小组讨论拟定重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法对31名专家进行2轮函询完善指标体系。结果:2轮专家函询回收率为93.5%、93.1%;专家权威系数为0.8465、0.887;专家意见协调系数为0.378、0.403,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终形成重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系包括公共卫生防控能力、职业防护能力、传染性疾病护理能力、急危重症护理能力、中医护理能力、应急应变能力、护理人文素养7个一级指标,18个二级指标,69个三级指标。结论:构建的重大突发公共卫生事件下中西医结合传染病护理核心能力指标体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性,可为传染病护理人才培养提供重要参考。

中西医结合护理干预应用于初产妇剖宫产术后护理的效果研究

分析中西医结合护理干预应用于初产妇剖宫产术后护理的效果。选取2022年6月—2023年6月青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院收治的90例行剖宫产的初产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组和试验组两组,每组各45例。常规组采用常规护理,试验组采用中西医结合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果显示,试验组整体护理效果优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在初产妇剖宫产术后护理中应用中西医结合护理干预,可缩短产妇泌乳始动时间,增加产妇泌乳量,加速产妇产后恢复,提高产妇满意度,值得推广。

中西医结合延续性护理对心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响

目的:探讨中西医结合的延续性护理模式对心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择37例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组17例和对照组20例,观察组患者采用中西医结合的延续性护理模式进行干预,对照组采用常规的护理模式干预。两组患者均干预4个月,所有患者在4个月后填写《中西医结合心力衰竭生活质量问卷表》,评价两组在生活质量、心功能情况,同时记录两组心血管不良事件、再住院发生情况。结果:观察组干预4个月后生活质量评分(生理功能、活力)、心功能(6 min步行试验距离)优于同期对照组,再住院发生率低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合的延续护理模式能改善心力衰竭患者的心功能,降低患者再住院率,提高患者生活质量。

溃疡性结肠炎中西医治疗及护理研究进展

溃疡性结肠炎是由免疫介导的炎症性肠病,临床症状为反复发作的腹泻、腹痛及黏液脓血便。中西医诊疗各有所长,探索行之有效的中西医结合治疗和护理方法对提高溃疡性结肠炎疗效有着积极意义。本研究总结中西医诊疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究现况及临床护理进展,以期为临床进一步提升溃疡性结肠炎的诊疗质量提供一定的理论依据。
