Aims and scope of the Journal. Medical Journal of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (Med J Chin PLA) is a multiple-subjects medical periodical published by the People’s Military Medical Press, under the auspice of Department of Health, General Logistics Department of PLA, and it is issued domestically and abroad. Med J Chin PLA has become one of the source journals of statistics in Chinese Scientific Thesis and Chinese Scientific Quotation Database, the key periodical of multiple-subject medical journals, and is a prize journal of National Periodical Award and one of the Top Hundred Periodicals in China. Med J Chin PLA is issued monthly. Its permanent sections include Expert Forum, Research on Special Topics, Medical Treatises, Experimental Research, Clinical Research, Technology and Methodology, Discussion of Knotty Cases (Pathology), Reviews, Military Medical Sciences, News in Medicine etc. Manuscripts sent by both domestic and overseas writers are welcome. Contribution of reviews is usually invited by the Editors, but recommendations for topics and authors are welcomed.

Women's Liberation during the Initial Stage of P. R. China: A Human Rights Perspective

The liberation of women is the historical process in which women have striven for gender equality, freedom from oppression, confinement and discrimination, and are becoming the masters of the society and their own destinies. According to the diversity in history and the state, the process can be divided into a serial of correlated phases, with each phase focusing on different issues. Sexism order in China had remained stable in the traditional society for centuries through a set of institutions. Women had believed in a sexual order and the rules of propriety, which advocated that men were superior to women. After the People’s Republic of China was founded in 1949, women’s rights in politics, economy, society, and even family were recognized and secured by the Constitution and laws just as men’s during a short period. Women’s liberation in China has made a significant progress.

Tibet's Peaceful Liberation Is a Just Cause of the Chinese People

The State Council Information Office released the document ＂Sixty Years Since Tibet＇s Peaceful Liberation＂ on July11, 2011 to mark the event. It is the ninth white paper on Tibet the Chinese government has issued. The white pa- per reviews the 60 years of history since Tibet was peacefully liberated in 1951, highlighting the extraordinary achieve- ments that Tibet has scored thanks to democratic reform, establishment of the autonomous region, socialist devel- opment and the economic reform and opening-up policies.

历史逻辑与时代视野:中国共产党人精神谱系中的具体精神论析——以老区精神为例

中国共产党人精神谱系研究中存在着整体精神研究与具体精神研究之间不够圆融的问题,立足于宏大叙事层面,选择节点性精神进行系统化研究,有助于打通具体精神同精神谱系整体研究之间的区隔。老区精神是中央宣传部公布的第一批伟大精神之一,其形成所属的空间范围广、时间跨度长,与中国革命道路的探索并行不悖,具有节点性精神的意义和价值。作为老区精神的生发地,革命老区具体指涉的是土地革命战争时期和抗日战争时期中国共产党领导创建的革命根据地以及解放战争时期的东北解放区。老区精神作为一种独立的伟大精神被列入中国共产党人精神谱系,旨在涵盖尚未凝练出革命精神的革命老区。老区精神区别于新民主主义革命时期革命老区具体革命精神,它们不是简单的整体与部分之间的关系,而是共性与个性的关系。老区精神的主要内容包括坚定信念跟党走、无私奉献顾大局、团结一心渡难关、艰苦奋斗换新天四个方面,它是新时代党的政治建设的生动教材、培育时代新人的红色资源,也是革命老区乡村振兴的内生动力。老区精神的研究启示我们立足大历史观审视历史个案,并以小见大,构建中国共产党人精神谱系研究的整体图景。

基于全人发展的“新中文”专业人才结构模型及课程体系建构

新文科背景下,中国语言文学专业应根据OBE理念厘清培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系之逻辑关系,从全人发展理念出发提出“新文科”背景下“新中文”专业人才结构模型,据此精准描述毕业要求内涵,建构全面支撑培养目标和毕业要求的课程体系培养方案,积极探索既有专业特色又有时代气息的新时代中文专业创新人才培养模式及途径。

中国特色认知传播研究的四维度分析框架

中国特色认知传播研究是在传播学及认知科学等交叉学科领域中构建中国自主知识体系的理论创新与实践探索。为系统阐释认知传播研究的“中国特色”,从价值系统、动力系统、知识生产系统和应用系统构建四维度分析框架。研究认为,认知传播需要在中国特色哲学社会科学的建构方向下明确价值内涵、属性特征和目标指向,在实践动力、学科动力和工具动力的作用机制下形塑认知传播研究的“中国特色”,从确立马克思主义指导地位、整合与创新多元理论体系、回应重大理论与现实问题、壮大认知传播研究的中国学派等方面彰显学术研究、理论建构与问题导向的中国特色,最终在洞察认知规律、剖析认知机制、创新认知工具中推动认知传播研究成果的应用性转化。四维度分析框架阐释了认知传播研究“中国特色”的具体要求,尝试性探索认知传播的在地研究进路,以期使未来的认知传播研究能够在构建原创理论、紧跟本土实践、回应现实问题中逐步确立学科地位。

新文科建设背景下汉语国际教育人才培养路径研究——以跨文化交际课程思政示范课程建设为例

新文科建设是要培育能够讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音的人才。跨文化交际课程中融入思政元素有利于培养学生的国际视野,增强文化自信,厚植爱国情怀与责任担当意识,从而更好地在海外教授汉语、传播中国文化。该文从教学理念、教学内容、学方式和育人效果等多个层面探究课程思政理念下跨文化交际课程建设及汉语国际教育人才培养路径,以期为培养有理想信念、有文化自信、有跨文化交际意识与能力和有跨文化传播能力的国际化、复合型汉语国际教育人才提供借鉴和启示。

史沫特莱之《中国革命中的妇女》中的女性解放思想分析

史沫特莱是美国著名的女记者、女作家、女社会活动家,也是著名的女权主义者。她先后在中国生活13年,当时正值中国革命艰难发展之际。在中国,史沫特莱撰写了大量报道,关注了许多问题,其中关于女性解放的内容集中收集在《中国革命中的妇女》一书中。在书中,史沫特莱看到了革命中的中国妇女在价值立场的两极分化,也在叙述过程中探讨过这种分化的原因,讴歌了那些为了自身和民族解放而英勇斗争的妇女,同时批判了那些不敢参与、不敢反抗,每天过着如同行尸走肉般生活的妇女,婉转表达了妇女解放应与国家民族解放相统一的立场。这启示我们,妇女要想获得解放,需要推翻旧制度,营造和逐步完善有利于妇女发展的制度环境,需要努力加强妇女教育,同时妇女自身也要注意自信自尊,努力实现经济独立。
