Discussion on the Origin of Chinese Modernization from the Perspective of Classical Marxist Theory

Chinese modernization is socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and it is the contemporary form of Chinese socialist modernization under the grand historical vision,which has considerable research value.This paper mainly combines the theoretical vision with the historical vision,studies and discusses the origin of Chinese modernization,from China’s“Oriental society,”a modern prehistoric social form,to modern China stepping on the socialist road under the basic circumstances of world history,and takes the initiative to master the relevant logic of the historical trend.This paper also presents the research and discussion on why it is possible for modern China to realize Chinese modernization,and to solve the problem of the origin of Chinese modernization in theory and historical logic.

MODERNIZATION PROCESS IN HISTORICAL ASIAN CITIES AND THEIR CHARACTERISTICS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON SEOUL,TOKYO AND BEIJING

As ancien capitals, Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo share many commoncharacteristics, but Beijing and Seoul lagged much behind Tokyo from wid19th century to mid-20th century in terms of development level. During thepast four decades Seoul and Beijing have devoted every theft to aeceleratetheir modernization process. This paper intends to make a brief review and tosummerize some similarities of the basic feaures in respects ofindustrialization and urbanization.

The Impact of the Processing and Foreign Trade of Agricultural Products on Agricultural Modernization: An Empirical Analysis Based on Cointegration and VEC Model

Based on the data related to the Chinese and world agricultural production and trade from 1986 to 2011,this paper uses the principal component analysis,cointegration and vector error correction model to perform the empirical analysis of the impact of processing,import and export of agricultural products on the agricultural modernization in China. The results show that the processing and export of agricultural products play a role in promoting the agricultural modernization in China,while the import of agricultural products has some negative effects on the agricultural modernization in China. The negative effects of the import of agricultural products are from the limitations of farmers' small-scale operation and foreign trading partners' protectionism. China should further develop the processing industry of agricultural products,and strengthen the role of downstream industries in promoting the agricultural modernization; improve the level of large-scale and intensive operation,and make good use of WTO rules,in order to provide the necessary market conditions for the agricultural modernization.

The Evolution of Mass Media and Shanghai-Style Suzhou Pingtan in Modern Shanghai

With the development of urban culture in modern Shanghai,Shanghai style(海派Haipai)has gradually formed its own features.As a crucial component of urban culture,modern mass media reflects the essence of Shanghai-style culture in its development.Its modernity,commerciality,openness,and innovation display the cultural trait of keeping up with the times.During the Xianfeng and Tongzhi periods of the Qing Dynasty(1851-1875),Suzhou Pingtan(苏州评弹)was introduced to Shanghai due to the influence of the Taiping Rebellion(太平天国战争),and began its Shanghai-style evolution in the context of modern mass media.On the one hand,modern newspapers and electronic media became crucial tools for the promotion of Suzhou Pingtan performers;on the other hand,the daily lives,performing careers,and public images of these performers became focal points of media attention.Mass media facilitated the Shanghai-style development of Suzhou Pingtan,and through it,changes in commercial awareness,performance styles,artistic expressions,musical innovation,and the celebrity-like performers all reflected the process of Shanghai-style development in Pingtan art.

The Late Quaternary Coastal Geo-Environment Evolution and Modern Process of Bohai Bay,China

Paleoenvironmental reconstruction is fundamental to understand the modern environmental changes and to predict future environment, which is especially critical to understand the evolution of land and sea during geological periods. However, the basic geological research on China＇s muddy coastal zone is not enough to provide quantitative data to compare with global changes. Therefore, in 2011, China Geological Survey deployed the ＂Late Quaternary geo-environmental evolution and modern process of China＂ project, and focused on the muddy coastal zones of the Liaodong Bay, Bohai Bay, the Yellow River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta （Fig. 1）. Next we will briefly introduce our latest results in the Bohai Bay.

NEW PROGRESS IN MINERAL PROCESSING——REPORT ON FIRST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MODERN PROCESS MINERALOGY AND MINERAL PROCESSING

The first International Conference on Modern Process Mineralogy and Mineral Processing, organized by the Nonferrous Metals Society of China and hosted by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy,was held on September 22-25,1992,in Beijing,China.About 350 scholars and experts from 25 countries and regions showed up at the conference and 130 papers were presented,among them 98 papers are of mineral processing.Some of the papers given in mineral processing are summed up as follows.

The science and technology development of agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei Province is analyzed.From the perspective of modern marketing,problems in the research and development work of agricultural products processing enterprises are analyzed from the aspects of market,personal training and technology radiation,which are mainly the lack of close connection with market.Countermeasures for the technological innovation of agricultural products processing enterprises are put forward,such as establishing modern enterprise culture with innovative features,strengthening the market benefits of brand,constructing a comprehensive customer orientation information platform,scientifically predicting and developing the market,doing well in market positioning of enterprise,selecting corresponding technology innovation strategy,taking technological innovation strategy as the basis,realizing the transformation from "4P" marketing combination to "4C",cultivating technical personnel,and realizing the integration of professional skill and marketing ability.

A Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Sports Modernization Based on AHP

In order to improve the modernization level of sports comprehensive evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation method of sports modernization based on analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is proposed. An index analysis model for constructing the comprehensive evaluation of sports modernization is constructed, spatial modeling of information feature distribution is taken based on nonlinear time series analysis method for comprehensive evaluation of sports modernization, control objective function of comprehensive evaluation of sports modernization is constructed by analytic hierarchy process, optimal control parameters is obtained and comprehensive evaluation and optimization of sports modernization are realized. The simulation results show that the method is applied in comprehensive evaluation modem sports, it has performance of high reliability and good accuracy.

全过程人民民主:中国式现代化的显著标志与本质要求

民主是衡量现代化水平的重要指标,现代化是推进民主发展的必要保障。全过程人民民主作为中国民主发展的时代升华,以最广泛、最真实、最管用为其特色和优势。它基于中国国情和历史文化,吸收借鉴世界民主发展的有益经验,开创了人类政治文明新形态。全过程人民民主是中国式现代化的重要构成部分,充分契合中国式现代化的中国特色,并在促进中国式现代化良政善治和弘扬全人类民主共同价值的过程中,展现出了民主的治理效能,成为中国式现代化超越西方现代化的显著标志。发展全过程人民民主是中国式现代化的本质要求。这就需要以人民逻辑统领全过程人民民主的发展,以人民代表大会和人民政协为组织载体推进全过程人民民主的实践运行。同时,中国式现代化进程中的全过程人民民主,在民主话语建构、民主形象塑造以及推动政治文明交流互鉴等方面,将为后发型现代化国家进行现代化建设和推进民主发展提供全新选择。

中国式现代化进程中国际话语权提升的影响因素和实现路径

国际话语权是国际关系较量和博弈的重要指向,在中国式现代化进程中提升国际话语权有利于破除中国式现代化议题在国际舆论场域的话语困境,彰显中国式现代化发展模式的世界意义。国际话语权是内在因素和外部因素共同作用、交织叠加的结果,从内生机理来看,遵循话语供给—话语传播—话语认同—话语运用的递进逻辑;从外部机理来看,以综合国力、国家治理能力、文化自信为保障。在中国式现代化进程中探索国际话语权提升路径,坚持理论指导与文化传承,丰富话语供给内容;多方协作与多点互动,增强话语传播能力;立足中国现代化建设实践,夯实话语认同;关注人类现代化全球性难题,树立话语运用示范,形成与中国大国身份和地位相匹配的国际话语权。

全过程人民民主与数字政府建设的交叉与共进

全过程人民民主是民主理论的新话语形态,是人类政治文明的新探索方向。数字政府建设是我国的重大战略部署,是各国政府未来的转型路径。全过程人民民主与数字政府建设均可统合于中国式现代化的背景之下,二者具有共同特征,相互促进、共同发展。数字政府建设有利于全过程人民民主的发展,全过程人民民主为数字政府建设指明方向。数字政府是技术型政府、公开型政府、扁平型政府、平台型政府,为发展全过程人民民主提供了现代技术支撑、丰富了多维信息来源、降低了制度运行成本、构建了多元参与场域。在全过程人民民主理念指引下,数字政府建设应坚持以人民为中心,加强数字法治政府建设,扩大公民参与广度和深度,提高政府回应度。针对数字技术应用对民主价值的冲击,应始终坚持以价值逻辑引领技术逻辑,推动数字政府建设与发展全过程人民民主相协调,共同致力于建设社会主义现代化国家。

百年中国现代化进程的历史反思与时代性超越——兼论“三农”问题的历史累积与乡村振兴的实现

以洋务运动为始,中国走上以工业化为主导的现代化道路。但是,中国传统文明与西方式现代化取向之间形成历史“悖论”,这种悖论关系更突出体现在城乡背离化发展态势上。如何走出具有中国特色的现代化道路,并从根本上摆脱这一困境,一直是中国共产党的历史使命之一。在总结和汲取近代以来中国现代化发展经验和教训的基础上,中国共产党领导人民成功走出中国式现代化道路。中国共产党通过乡村振兴战略的全面实施,从根本上突破近代以来百余年的“三农”困境,从而解决了中国现代化发展中的“悖论”问题。

中国式现代化进程中中华文明的创新性解密

中国式现代化是一个不断创新发展、持续推进的过程,以历次党代会报告、历次五年规划和历年政府工作报告为依据,可以将对中国式现代化认识的发展进程归结为“四个现代化”“中国式的现代化”和“中国式现代化”3个阶段。中国共产党人对每一个阶段中国式现代化均进行了不同程度的理论创新,最终探索出了具有鲜明特征的中国式现代化道路。基于中华文明的创新性视角深入探究中国式现代化各阶段的创新缘由及理论和实践成果,有助于解密中国式现代化的遗传密码,进而继续完善发展中国式现代化,最终全面建成社会主义现代化强国。

国家治理能力现代化评价指标体系及进展监测

从治理效能角度出发,构建一套全面、科学且具有中国特色的国家治理能力现代化评价指标体系,由经济、政治、文化、社会、生态、党建6个一级指标、21个二级指标和53个三级指标组成。同时,依据政府官方文件、学者预测结果和趋势预测设定2035年的目标值,测算全国2013—2021年的国家治理能力现代化进展程度。研究发现,2021年我国的国家治理现代化指数达63.65,距离2035年基本实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的目标已进程过半。此外,通过贡献分析发现在2013—2015年、2017—2019年和2019—2021年间,政治指标在所有指标中对国家治理现代化的贡献度最高。

模态分解的电能质量检测探究实验教学实践

针对“现代信号处理”课程的教学难点,以模态分解法(EMD)的电能质量扰动信号检测为例,进行了探究性实验教学仿真与实践。在教学过程中,引导学生对传统EMD电能质量检测法精度偏低的问题进行探究。然后根据探究结果,融合SVD滤波、ICEEMDAN及排列熵(PE)等多种现代信号处理技术,提出了SVD-ICEEMDAN-PE的电能质量扰动检测方法,能够提高精测精度。在此基础上,设计信号降噪、算法性能分析、扰动信号检测、实验信号检测等多个仿真对方法的有效性进行了验证。探究性实验教学是理论教学的延伸和拓展,教学过程注重以学生为中心,引导学生体会思考-探索-解决问题的科研方法,从而激发学生求学—求知—钻研的科研精神。

乡村治理现代化进程中的村民自治:乡村全过程人民民主的制度实践研究

乡村治理现代化是国家治理现代化的重要组成部分,也是实现乡村振兴的基石。村民自治作为乡村治理现代化的实践产物,是乡村全过程人民民主的制度创新。村民的广泛参与要求、乡村社会结构矛盾转变以及国家与基层协同推动构成了乡村全过程人民民主制度创新的基本逻辑。在实践过程中,乡村自治存在功能悬浮化、实施形式化、发展非均衡化、“微”腐败凸显化、嵌入待融合化等现实张力,使得乡村全过程人民民主面临着挑战。今后需要从完善村民自治制度体系,协调民主选举、民主协商、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督发展,加强正式制度与乡规民约耦合,优化乡村社会的人文环境等方面完善村民自治,以促进乡村基层全过程人民民主的发展。

中国体育现代化的历史进程、经验总结与推进策略

体育现代化是中国社会经济发展的重要动力和中国现代化的重要组成部分。通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,结合中国式现代化的五个重要特征,对体育现代化特征加以分析。依据我国近现代体育现代化的历史进程,总结了我国体育现代化的历史经验,即党的领导是中国体育现代化的根本保障;“以人民为中心”是中国体育现代化的根本宗旨;全面深化改革是中国体育现代化的根本动力;继承和发展、开放和包容是中国体育现代化宝贵财富。进一步提出了我国体育现代化推进策略,即明确体育现代化内涵特征,加强顶层设计;深耕体育社会化,完善体育管理、加强体育治理;强基础、促平衡、保优势、补短板,推动体育现代化协调发展;加大体育科技创新,培育体育现代化新动能。

《现代塑料加工应用》近年高被引文献分析

主要通过对CNKI(中国知网)公布的量化数据和收录的《现代塑料加工应用》2014—2023年刊载文献被引数据进行分析,科学遴选出高被引文献,提取出前50名(TOP50)。分析了该刊文献被引数据,特别是TOP50高被引文献题目、作者、机构、被引频次、下载量、发表时间、项目基金资助等相关数据,并分析了文献涉及的学科和领域,探究了该刊高被引文献特点和规律,研究了该刊曾在《中文核心期刊要目总览》中的重大变化,旨在为读者、作者投稿及行业期刊的选题制定、约稿组稿、稿件遴选、提高办刊影响力等提供思路。

论STEM教育是科学教育的完成形态

科学教育语境下的科学是指自然科学,它属于经验科学。作为知识的科学是真理体系的一部分,它表现为与经验事实保持一致的、可证伪的精确判断的命题网络;作为方法的科学是指“接受-怀疑-猜想-检验”的认识过程;作为价值的科学是指科学精神,比如,好奇心驱动、独立自主、基于事实等,以及科学研究伦理规范。基于“知识-方法-价值”的理解框架,科学教育的宗旨是培养学生生活世界中的科学素养,即“懂科学、用科学、倡科学”。由此,科学教育的完成形态必然是STEM教育。为了STEM教育的可持续、高质量的发展,我们需要利用教育众筹机制,应对STEM现代课程开发、专业的科学教师队伍培育以及基于质的教育过程管理这三个相互关联的系统性挑战,从而将课程开发、教师专业发展以及教育过程管理融为同一个过程。这个过程同时也是教育现代转型的过程。

中国共产党领导中国式现代化的历史进程、独特优势与基本经验

中国式现代化形成于中国共产党领导人民艰苦奋斗与艰辛探索的伟大征程中。这一过程中,中国共产党以政党属性、政党使命、政党能力、政党组织、政党理论等独特优势为要素支撑成功推进现代化,形成了中国式现代化拓展的理论架构与实践样态。作为一种政党主导的现代化模式,中国式现代化创造了大党支撑和服务大国现代化建设的新典范,彰显出鲜明的政党逻辑,展现出显著的比较优势。立足新时代新征程,要在全面从严治党、坚持守正创新、站稳人民立场、坚持独立自主中持续推进中国式现代化。
