CHMA薄膜治疗口腔疡溃疗效观察

口腔溃疡治疗,目前有多种制剂作局部用药,疗效均不理想。作者用CHMA制成密植薄膜治疗口腔溃疡104例,有随访资料88例。结果:显效36.36%;有效45.45%;无变化18.19%,与对照组用谷固醇口溃薄膜治疗50例(有随访资料)比较,疗效有明显提高(P&... 口腔溃疡治疗,目前有多种制剂作局部用药,疗效均不理想。作者用CHMA制成密植薄膜治疗口腔溃疡104例,有随访资料88例。结果:显效36.36%;有效45.45%;无变化18.19%,与对照组用谷固醇口溃薄膜治疗50例(有随访资料)比较,疗效有明显提高(P<0.05)。显效和有效的治疗时间4~6天。经体外抗菌作用测定表明,CHMA抗菌力强,抗菌谱广;动物试验表明无毒无副作用。作者认为CHMA是一种治疗口腔溃疡较好的局部贴敷剂。 展开更多

面向复杂电磁环境的互补码跳变通信技术

传统直接序列扩频技术的抗干扰能力已不足以应对复杂电磁环境下多种电磁干扰的影响,跳码多址接入(Code-Hopping Multiple Access,CHMA)技术在自组网中表现出良好的抗截获、抗干扰性能,但使用伪随机生成的跳码图案存在严重的码碰撞问题,... 传统直接序列扩频技术的抗干扰能力已不足以应对复杂电磁环境下多种电磁干扰的影响,跳码多址接入(Code-Hopping Multiple Access,CHMA)技术在自组网中表现出良好的抗截获、抗干扰性能,但使用伪随机生成的跳码图案存在严重的码碰撞问题,且因不理想相关性易受多址干扰、多径干扰及有意干扰的影响。此外,面对多种干扰类型不同信道编码和映射方式展示出不同的性能,亟需联合考虑传统跳码技术与信道编码和映射方式的跳变。互补码获取多维度分集增益具有理想相关特性,因此文中采用互补码作为扩频码提出了一种面向复杂电磁环境包含信道编码和映射方式跳变的广义跳码技术。文中首先详细介绍了同步和异步互补码编码的CHMA(Complementary Coded Code-Hopping Multiple Access,CC-CHMA)技术原理与流程;然后,针对同步和异步通信的不同特性分别提出了分组跳码图案和自适应跳码图案,前者通过跳码图案的分组设计以均分可用互补码从而缓解同步CC-CHMA中的码碰撞,后者由基于碰撞检测和强化学习的跳码图案生成算法生成并能够有效减少异步多径信道中的码碰撞。仿真结果表明,相比典型的伪随机跳码图案,所提出的跳码图案能够显著缓解CHMA的码碰撞问题,为通信承载能力和抗干扰能力提供可观的性能增益。 展开更多

伴随我国工业化进程和城市化进程的不断加快,中国已进入快速城市化发展时期,快速城市化进程中衍生出了一系列区域剥夺行为,这种行为主要是指强势群体和强势区域基于区域与区域之间的空间位置关系,借助政策空洞和行政强制手段掠夺弱势群... 伴随我国工业化进程和城市化进程的不断加快,中国已进入快速城市化发展时期,快速城市化进程中衍生出了一系列区域剥夺行为,这种行为主要是指强势群体和强势区域基于区域与区域之间的空间位置关系,借助政策空洞和行政强制手段掠夺弱势群体和弱势区域的资源、资金、技术、人才、项目、政策偏好、生态、环境容量,转嫁各种污染等的一系列不公平、非合理的经济社会活动行为;这些区域剥夺行为具有强制性、垄断性、层次性、等级性和貌似合理性等基本特征;区域剥夺的内容包括对土地、水、资源、生态环境容量、资金、人才、技术、劳动力、重大建设项目甚至政策等的剥夺;政策空洞与调控失控形成的剥夺惯性,利益驱动形成的剥夺动力和弱势群体透支形成的剥夺温床是产生区域剥夺行为的主要成因;剥夺的后果表现为空间开发失调、资源配置失衡、政策调控能力受限甚至失效以及和谐社会建设步伐延缓。最后从意识形态、政策制定、制度建设、空间扩散和和谐发展等五大方面提出了中国快速城市化进程中消减区域剥夺行为的路径选择。 展开更多

Natural gas hydrates (NGH)is one of key future clean energy resources.Its industrialized development will help remit the huge demand of global natural gas,relieve the increasing pressure of the environment, and play a vital role in the green sustainable growth of human societies.Based on nearly two decades' studying on the reservoir characteristics in the South China Sea (SCS)and the knowledge of reservoir system,the China Geological Survey (CGS)conducted the first production test on an optimal target selected in Shenhu area SCS in 2017.Guided by the "three-phase control"exploitation theory which focused on formation stabilization,technologies such as formation fluid extraction,well drilling and completing, reservoir stimulating,sand controlling,environmental monitoring,monitoring and preventing of secondary formation of hydrates were applied.The test lasted for 60 days from May 10^th when starting to pump, drop pressure and ignite to well killing on July 9^th,with gas production of 3.09×10^5 m^3 in total,which is a world record with the longest continuous duration of gas production and maximal gas yield.This successful test brings a significant breakthrough on safety control of NGH production. 展开更多

The accelerated blood clearance(ABC) phenomenon which is induced by repeated injection of poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)-coated colloidal carriers gives clinical challenge to the promising drug delivery system. It is necessary to decrease this unexpected immunological response.A novel 4-arm poly(ethylene glycol-5000)4-cholesteryl methyl amide(4-arm PEG5000-CHMA)has been synthesized. The structure of 4-arm PEG5000-CHMA was confirmed by IR and 1H-NMR spectrum. The pharmacokinetics of the tocopheryl nicotinate(TN)-loaded nanoemulsions modified with 4-arm PEG5000-CHMA or/and 1, 2-distearoyl-Sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-n-[methoxy(poly-ethyleneglycol)-2000](mPEG2000-DSPE) have been studied. Furthermore, the ABC phenomenon has been detailed investigated in rats by TN-loaded nanoemulsions modified with 4-arm PEG5000-CHMA and mPEG2000-DSPE(CPNE). The plasma levels of TN and anti-PEG IgM antibody were determined by HPLC and ELISA, respectively.The circulation time of the CPNEs were comparable to the mPEG2000-DSPE coated nanoemulsions. Moreover, the ABC phenomenon can be decreased by CPNEs. This study designs a method to decrease the ABC phenomenon and develops a clinical promising nanoemulsion for therapeutic or imaging purpose. 展开更多

Carbon dioxide(CO_2) is greenhouse gas which originates primarily as a main combustion product of biogas and landfill gas. To separate this gas, an inside coated thin film composite(TFC) hollow fiber membrane was developed by interfacial polymerization between 1,3–cyclohexanebis–methylamine(CHMA) and trimesoyl chloride(TMC). ATR-FTIR, SEM and AFM were used to characterize the active thin layer formed inside the PSf hollow fiber. The separation behavior of the CHMA-TMC/PSf membrane was scrutinized by studying various effects like feed gas pressure and temperature. Furthermore, the influence of CHMA concentration and TMC concentration on membrane morphology and performance were investigated. As a result, it was found that mutually the CHMA concentration and TMC concentration play key roles in determining membrane morphology and performance. Moreover, the CHMA-TMC/PSf composite membrane showed good CO_2/CH_4 separation performance. For CO_2/CH_4 mixture gas(30/70 by volume) test, the membrane(PD1 prepared by CHMA 1.0% and TMC 0.5%) showed a CO_2 permeance of 25 GPU and the best CO_2/CH_4 selectivity of 28 at stage cut of 0.1. The high CO_2/CH_4 separation performance of CHMA-TMC/PSf thin film composite membrane was mostly accredited to the thin film thickness and the properties of binary amino groups. 展开更多
