A simple and homogeneous system of ascending chromatography on paper is described, allowing varying only one of the factors constituting it. This method made it possible to determine constants by means of a simple equation. The effect of concentration of acids and/or salts upon R_f has been investigated.According to the re- sults of R_f values for a given rare earth element in various acids,the order of extraction ability is HCl>HNO_3>H_2SO_4.A tetrad effect is clearly observed.for the R_f value of rare earth elements.The effects of other parameters on the R_f value,such as the quantities of extractant retained by the paper and the temperature are also examined.Based on the determination of the molar ratio of MPA to rare earth elements and the number of H^+ ions released in extraction reaction,a reasonable mechanism is proposed.The mutual separation of heavy rare earth elements will be better than that of the light rare earth group because of the larger separation coefficient of the former.A mixture of Ho-Er-Tm-Lu is successfully separated by the present method.展开更多

The method is based on the formation of color from the reaction of stannous chloride （SnCI2） and ninhydrin reagents. The procedure has been successfully applied to the assay of the standard amino acid preparation after TLC separation, and the results of the studied compounds were clear and favorable, comparing to the official methods. However, the improved TLC is much more efficient for the detection of amino acid. The main advantage of this method is that the detection of amino acids can be preformed visually.展开更多

For tracing the change in scientific research at Shanghai Ocean University, make use of Bibliometric analysis to get the image and table of highly cited papers and hot papers. In this study, the scientific aspects in highly cited papers and hot papers, published in the last year in the core collection of Web of Science, were taken as objects, and office software was used as the main tool to carry out bibliometric and figure analysis. From the four aspects to find the difference in these fields, the production of specific fields and cited times is inconsistent. And suggest the department and management adjust the policy and method via elastic personnel and rewards to prompt the advancement of the research fields.展开更多
[Objectives]This study was conducted to purify mutton samples by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).[Methods]Fourteen organophosphorus pesticide residues in samples were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by ga...[Objectives]This study was conducted to purify mutton samples by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).[Methods]Fourteen organophosphorus pesticide residues in samples were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in selective ion scanning mode(SIM).[Results]The organophosphorus pesticide standard solutions showed good linearity in the mass concentration range of 0.1-10.0μg/ml with correlation coefficients(r)not lower than 0.999,and the detection limits(S=3 N)ranged from 0.01 to 0.05 mg/kg.The average recovery values were in the range of 80.2%-99.7%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=3)in the range of 1.8%-6.3%,at the addition levels of 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in mutton.展开更多
