Current status of medical support in military operations other than war in domestic and overseas

Objective: To investigate the current status of medical support in military operations other than war (MOOTW) in domestic and overseas. Methods: This paper mainly adopts the descriptive, comparative and induction research methods. The current status of medical support in MOOTW in China, America, Russia, Israel, Canada, had been studied through some official papers, and series of professional books by analysis the precise date in various kinds of emergency event. Results: The contrast shows that there is still a quite huge development in medical support in MOOTW, no matter in China, or in other countries. Conclusion: In order to strengthen the forces, besides building professional rescue teams, it is necessary to take a regular revise of plans, according to missions` needs.

Study on Military Equipment Support Modeling and Simulation

In order to estimate the readiness, sustainability and support capability of the operational unit, an support simulation concept model of the military equipment is given as viewed from the system engineering modeling and simulation. Simulation test of military aircraft is analyzed in detail, it is composed of the operational mission, function maintenance process and resource modeling.

Relationship between acute stress and sleep disorder in grass-root military personnel:Mediating effect of social support

Background: To explore the relationship between acute stress, social support and sleep disorder in grass-root military personnel, and construct the relational model through structural equation modeling. Methods: A total of 2,411 grass-root military personnel were randomly selected by cluster sampling, and administered the Chinese Military Personnel Sleep Disorder Scale, Military Acute Stress Scale and Social Support Rating Scale.Results: The total score of acute stress scale was positively correlated with the total score and factor scores of sleep disorder scale(r=0.209~0.465, P【0.01); The total score of social support scale was positively correlated with the total score of acute stress scale and the total score and factor scores of sleep disorder scale(r=0.356~0.537, P【0.01). The analysis of mediating effects showed that lack of social support partially mediated between acute stress and the factors of sleep disorder. The analysis of structural equation model showed that acute stress not only had a direct effect on sleep disorder(the path coefficient was 0.29, P=0.000), but also on lack of social support(the path coefficient was 0.39, P=0.000); lack of social support had a direct effect on sleep disorder(the path coefficient was 0.48, P=0.000).Conclusions: Acute stress and lack of social support are two significant factors of sleep disorder in grass-root military personnel. Well-established social support could alleviate sleep disorder induced by acute stress. Lack of social support was a partial mediator between acute stress and sleep disorder.

Construction Technology of Deep Foundation Pit Support in Municipal Civil Engineering Foundation Construction

Municipal civil engineering is the key content of municipal construction,and the construction scale is usually large.The quality of the project plays an important role in the development of urban economy.Due to the rapid increase of high-rise buildings,skyscrapers and underground buildings,the construction technology of deep foundation pit support has gradually become an indispensable construction technology.Therefore,the selection of foundation pit support construction technology is crucial in ensuring that whether the foundation is firm and stable,and whether the subsequent construction activities can be carried out smoothly.In view of this,the article discusses the application of deep foundation pit support construction technology in municipal civil engineering,aiming to provide reference for subsequent projects.

Methods of Classification of Ordnance Materials Military-Civilian Joint Support Categories Based on Multiple Attribute Decision

Ordnance material is the physical basis of ordnance equipment maintenance and support. With the increase of technology content and the enhancement of structural complexity of ordnance equipment,the traditional way of military self-independent support is unable to meet the troops' requirements. It has become an inevitable trend to integrate ordnance materials with the militarycivilian joint support. However, there is a problem demanding prompt solution,that is,to distinguish the categories of ordnance material that can be supported by civilian source. Based on the inherent properties of ordnance material, a method to classify ordnance materials military-civilian joint support categories based on multiple attribute decision was proposed. The effectiveness was validated through practical cases.

Performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation during prolonged basic life support in military medical university students: A manikin study

BACKGROUND: The quality of chest compressions can be significantly improved after training of rescuers according to the latest national guidelines of China. However, rescuers may be unable to maintain adequate compression or ventilation throughout a response of average emergency medical services because of increased rescuer fatigue. In the present study, we evaluated the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in training of military medical university students during a prolonged basic life support(BLS).METHODS: A 3-hour BLS training was given to 120 military medical university students. Six months after the training, 115 students performed single rescuer BLS on a manikin for 8 minutes. The qualities of chest compressions as well as ventilations were assessed.RESULTS: The average compression depth and rate were 53.7±5.3 mm and 135.1±15.7 compressions per minute respectively. The proportion of chest compressions with appropriate depth was 71.7%±28.4%. The average ventilation volume was 847.2±260.4 m L and the proportion of students with adequate ventilation was 63.5%. Compared with male students, significantly lower compression depth(46.7±4.8 vs. 54.6±4.8 mm, P<0.001) and adequate compression rate(35.5%±26.5% vs. 76.1%±25.1%, P<0.001) were observed in female students.CONCLUSIONS: CPR was found to be related to gender, body weight, and body mass index of students in this study. The quality of chest compressions was well maintained in male students during 8 minutes of conventional CPR but declined rapidly in female students after 2 minutes according to the latest national guidelines. Physical fitness and rescuer fatigue did not affect the quality of ventilation.

It must effectively meet the practical needs of military operation,and of course,emphasize the promotion and maintenance of combat effectiveness.However,after the world war II,the military justice became more similar to the judicial system,more specifically,the military justice tended to be independent from the military power,and became more and more civilian and neutral. According to the Constitution of PRC,the military judicial system is a part of the national justice system. The military judicial system must first satisfy the requirement of the national justice system,and meet the needs of the reality of the military activities,realizing the coordinated unification of military system and national system.

System dynamics simulation of the civil-military integrated innovation system of military enterprises

Civil-military inosculation of military enterprises benefits national defense industries by promoting the building of civil-military inosculation innovation system. To analyze the operation mechanism of the civil-military integrated innovation system of the military enterprises under the new situation, the system dynamics method is used to study the feedback relations among the factors and structure of the system and the Anylogic software is used to establish the simulation model . The simulation results indicate that： the degree of enthusiasm of private enterprises to participate in the defense industry, the degree of information sharing and the degree of cooperation between the mili- tary enterprises and universities and research institutions are extremely important in the civil-military integrated innovation system. According to the simulation results, some targeted suggestions are put forward to strengthen the innovational civil-military integrated system building of the military enter- prises.

Planning of R & D Industrial Parks Under the Civil-Military Integration Strategy

The construction of industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is based on the combination of military technology and civil technology. Such an industrial park is a new urban functional area produced in the context of civil-military integration. Compared with industrial parks in the usual sense, it pays more attenteon to scientific research, innovation, cooperation and communication. In this paper, through in-depth analyses of relevant literature and domestic actual situation, the industrial park's basic advantages and external environmental policies were interpreted, and the application prospect and practical significance of the current civil-military integration policy were analyzed based on the platform strategy of the civil-military integration industrial park. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.

科塞功能冲突论可为以古代军事遗存及行为为主要研究对象的军事考古学研究,提供不同的视角和思路。在简要梳理其主要观点的基础上,从先秦冲突的原因、影响和调控诸方面切入,探讨其对军事考古学研究的启示,以期深化古史研究及认识当今面临的问题。先秦冲突爆发的原因可主要分为物质性和非物质性两大类,其中物质性原因主要与各方对资源占有和(或)使用的规则存在异议有关,不同的异议可能会影响冲突的模式和新规则的制定,神权因素在早期社会和国家形态的冲突中也占有重要位置。先秦时期冲突和角逐对华夏文化圈、早期文化共同体以及早期国家的形成和初步发展在某种意义上有着较显著的激发作用,但其形式上的暴力性、残酷性和复杂性也在日益增长,春秋战国以降尤其如此。冲突双方的会盟誓诅、和亲、质物交换等敌意替代、转移或释放机制可一定程度地调控冲突,但往往因未彻底解决核心矛盾难以取得稳定长效,特别在神权和王权逐渐淡出盟誓核心后。而一些对外冲突的原因中,不排除存在因统治者不愿或不敢直面自身内部矛盾,试图将敌对情绪转移至外部的可能,属于激进极端的敌意替代举措,未及矛盾根本。在军事考古学研究中,应始终坚持和平导向,以史为鉴,为促进社会和谐稳定发展,推动人类命运共同体构建提供学科支持。

基于物流无人机的应急食物仓配发一体化模型

食物应急物流是指为应对突发事件而组织的满足受灾民众饮食需求的特殊物流保障过程。文章以食物应急物流的需求分析为出发点,将物流无人机和仓配发一体化引入食物应急物流中。以政府、军队、企业、慈善机构等组织为主体,以事先储备与演练、事后配送与派发等活动为过程,以军民深度融合为机制,以物流无人机为手段,以无人机通航物流、低空空域管控和军民融合物流为平台,构建了基于物流无人机的应急食物仓配发一体化模型。目的是提高食物应急物流的效率,为我国突发事件下的食物应急物流提供理论基础和政策建议。

遗产管理人是《民法典》规定的新制度,民政部门作为兜底主体担任遗产管理人是我国法律制度上的一项创新。自《民法典》实施以来,各地都在积极探索民政部门担任遗产管理人的做法与经验,但由于缺乏配套性、操作性、实施性的具体规定,导致民政部门工作中产生许多困惑与问题,影响民政部门遗产管理职能的发挥与落地。应当通过制定立法解释,完善司法解释和相关规范性文件,从源头上解决裁判依据问题,进一步明确民政部门在遗产管理实务中独立的法律地位和诉讼主体地位,细化指定遗产管理人确认和启动程序在内的各项具体规则,制定遗产管理人工作操作指引,明确承担遗产管理职能的内设机构、职责、人员、编制和经费,并加快专业人才的培养步伐,使这一新制度能够落地落实,实现《民法典》的立法宗旨。

基于任务优先权的军民航飞行活动协同排序模型

随着空域资源需求的不断增大,军民航间飞行矛盾日益突显。为解决此问题,本文以国务院、中央军事委员会空中交通管制委员会提出的“军民航空管联合运行”为背景,引入军民航共享空域的概念,重点研究了在此类空域中军民航飞行活动协同排序(CMFCS,civil-military aviation flight activity collaborative sequencing)问题。首先,基于军民航各自飞行任务特点与差异,对军民航飞行任务的种类进行划分,并使用层次分析法确定各类飞行任务的优先权原则;其次,以军民航飞行活动总延误时间成本最小为目标,建立CMFCS模型;最后,使用遗传算法对模型进行求解,确定军民航飞行活动批准进入共享空域的时间序列。研究结果表明,与经典的先到先服务(FCFS,first come first service)策略相比,协同排序策略得到的总延误时间成本降低了72.17%,优化效果显著且更符合实际,能够实现军民航共同使用国家空域资源,保障飞行活动安全、有序、高效地运行。

军民融合政策与企业劳动力需求——来自军民结合产业基地建设的证据

基于宏观、中观和微观层面阐释军民融合影响企业劳动力需求的原理及机制,并以2007—2021年沪深A股上市公司为样本,以国家级军民结合产业示范基地的实施作为外生政策冲击,运用多时期双重差分方法探析其对于企业劳动力需求的影响。研究发现:军民结合产业示范基地试点增加了企业劳动力需求,相对于对照组企业,处于军民结合产业示范基地的企业的劳动力需求提升了10.87%,并且这一结论经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;异质性分析发现政策对军工资源禀赋丰富的三线地区企业和国有企业劳动力需求的提升作用更为显著;进一步分析发现,政策提高了国企高学历和高技能人才数量,优化了企业内部的劳动力结构。本研究致力于挖掘军民融合对于企业劳动力需求的促进作用,具有较强的现实意义和理论价值,同时也为我国军民融合促进经济高质量发展提供经验支持。

军人心理弹性与疲劳的关系:社会支持与自我效能感的多重中介作用

目的研究军人疲劳与心理弹性、社会支持及自我效能感的关系。方法采用多维疲劳量表、心理弹性量表、一般自我效能感量表和中文版社会支持问卷对812名军人进行测试。采用Pearson相关性分析探讨变量间的关系,采用分层线性回归分析心理弹性、社会支持及自我效能感对疲劳的预测性,并通过构建结构方程模型检验社会支持、自我效能感在心理弹性与疲劳之间的中介作用。结果共回收有效问卷794份,有效率为97.78%。Pearson相关性结果分析表明军人的疲劳与心理弹性、社会支持及自我效能感均呈负相关(r=-0.646、-0.460、-0.520,均P<0.01),心理弹性与社会支持、自我效能感均呈正相关(r=0.458、0.618,均P<0.01),社会支持与自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.423,P<0.01)。分层线性回归分析结果表明心理弹性可独立预测疲劳水平(P<0.01),同时社会支持和自我效能感对疲劳的回归显著(均P<0.01),三者可解释疲劳46.6%的方差变异。结构方程模型结果表明社会支持、自我效能感在心理弹性与疲劳之间的中介作用显著(P<0.001,P=0.026),同时两者的链式中介在心理弹性与疲劳之间的也存在显著中介效应(P<0.001)。结论加强军人心理弹性水平训练,提高军人社会支持水平和军人自我效能感对增强军人疲劳应对能力、降低疲劳反应、提高作业效能具有重要意义。
