Performance Evaluation of Low-Carbon and Clean Transformation of China’s Coal Economy

In China,the oversupply of coal occurred in 2009,and from that year onwards,China’s coal economy began a low-carbon and clean transformation.Evaluating transformation performance is the research goal of this paper.The data collection for this paper includes data on deep processing of Chinese coal products from 2009 to 2020,as well as data on asset structure evolution and financial performance of 34 listed companies in the Chinese coal mining.Entropy value method is used to calculate the entropy value of low-carbon transformation,and the regression analysis is used to study the performance of cleaner transformation,the conclusion is as follows:(1)From 2009 to 2020,in China’s total energy consumption,coal consumption accounted for 71.6%in 2009 and 56.8%in 2020,the goals set by the state have been achieved.(2)The national goal of reducing the proportion of coal consumption and reducing carbon emissions has forced the transformation of deep processing of coal products.The transformation of coal enterprises towards low-carbon and clean production has achieved remarkable results.(3)From 2009 to 2020,the non coal industry income of 34 listed companies in China’s coal mining industry increased by 8.21%annually.At the same time,the asset structure was adjusted,and nearly 80%of the asset structure evolution showed an orderly development trend.(4)The regression analysis results show that the entropy value of coal deep processing products and the entropy value of asset structure adjustment are significantly related to transformation performance.The paper proposes to summarize the successful experience of China’s coal energy economic transformation,lay a foundation for achieving the carbon peak and carbon neutral goals in the future,further increase the intensity of coal deep processing,increase the proportion of clean energy in total energy consumption,and strive to control asset operation towards the goal of increasing the proportion of non coal industry income. 展开更多

While the content of rare earths were proper, the nucleation of pre-eutectoid ferrite on the grain boundary of austenite was accelerated and the incubation period of pre-eutectoid transformation was shortened. But while rare earths were excessive, opposite actions appeared. Rare earths decreased transformation velocity constant in the process of transformation from austenite to ferrite, which meant that the growth of per-eutectoid ferrite became slow. The reason above varieties was related to effect of rare earth on grain boundary constitution of austenite and diffusion of carbon element. 展开更多

The microstructure evolution during strain induced ferrite transformation was followed in thermal-simulation tests of clean 08 and 20Mn steels. The influences of carbon equivalence and initial austenite grain size on ferrite grain refinement and the volume fraction of ferrite during straining were inspected. The results revealed that the accelerating effect of ferrite transformation by strain was increased as the carbon equivalence decreased. However, finer ferrite grains were obtained at higher carbon content. At strain of similar to1.5 ferrite grains less than 3 mum and 2 mum can be obtained in 08 and 20Mn steels respectively. Whereas the ferrite grain refinement in 08 steel was due to both effects of strain induced transformation and ferrite dynamic recrystallization, that in 20Mn was mainly due to strain induced transformation. Heavy strain can produce fine ferrite grains in coarse austenite grained 08 steel, but it would lead to band microstructure in coarse austenite grained 20Mn. 展开更多

在数字经济时代,数字化转型是企业实现高质量发展的内生要求,而企业的数字化转型离不开政府的引导和支持。基于此,分析检验当前亲清政商关系构建会如何影响微观企业的数字化转型,有助于企业实现高质量发展。利用2016—2020年中国A股传... 在数字经济时代,数字化转型是企业实现高质量发展的内生要求,而企业的数字化转型离不开政府的引导和支持。基于此,分析检验当前亲清政商关系构建会如何影响微观企业的数字化转型,有助于企业实现高质量发展。利用2016—2020年中国A股传统行业上市公司的年度观察数据研究发现,亲清政商关系对企业数字化转型具有显著的正向影响,即在政商关系越亲清的地区,企业的数字化水平越高,并且这种正向影响在非国有企业中表现得更强。进一步的机制检验表明,亲清政商关系主要通过“市场导向效应”和“资源供给效应”对企业数字化转型发挥积极的促进作用。更具有启发意义的是,主要是政商关系的“亲近化”而不是政商关系的“清白化”助力了企业的数字化转型,而且亲清政商关系能够降低传统政治关联的相关影响。 展开更多

基于改进YOLOv8n-seg的蟹塘水草区域分割与定位方法

目前蟹塘内水草清理以人工作业为主,劳动强度大,作业效率低,自动水草清理船能大幅降低劳动强度,提高作业效率,而确定蟹塘水草分布是规划水草清理船高效作业路径的关键基础。针对无人机采集的蟹塘水草图像中水草与岸边植被相似性高、难... 目前蟹塘内水草清理以人工作业为主,劳动强度大,作业效率低,自动水草清理船能大幅降低劳动强度,提高作业效率,而确定蟹塘水草分布是规划水草清理船高效作业路径的关键基础。针对无人机采集的蟹塘水草图像中水草与岸边植被相似性高、难以准确区分等问题,该研究提出一种基于改进YOLOv8n-seg的蟹塘水草区域分割与定位方法。改进模型从降低模型大小和提高召回率的角度出发,首先基于RT-DETR(real-timedetectiontransformer)的HGNetv2(hierarchical graph network)轻量化网络结构重设主干特征提取网络,缩减模型体积;其次以Efficient Rep轻量化结构为基准重构颈部网络,在降低参数量的同时增强模型的多尺度特征融合能力;接着在特征提取层引入SegNext注意力机制,加强模型对蟹塘水草区域的敏感度。为了消除模型在识别过程中产生的冗余区域,进一步提高分割精度,采用二值化处理对分割结果进行优化,并结合图像处理算法对水草区域进行面积筛选;经过坐标转换后得到精确水草轮廓经纬度坐标。试验结果表明:改进模型对蟹塘水草具有良好的区分度和分割效果,其参数量和计算量分别为1.49 M和8.4 GFLOPs,召回率和平均精度均值分别为91.5%和95.6%,与原YOLOv8n-seg模型相比,模型体积减小了49.7%,分割速度提升了32.3%。在坐标转换试验中,水草定位精度平均误差为0.22 m,验证了改进模型能够满足蟹塘水草区域分割与定位要求。研究结果为后续水草清理船自动作业路径规划研究提供参考。 展开更多

中国经济社会零碳转型策略:增量式改进还是反推式变革

面对全球气候变化引致的生态危机,加快零碳转型进程势在必行。大力发展清洁能源产业,推动化石能源有序减退是零碳转型策略的核心本质,相关工作仍处于起步阶段。文本在论述零碳转型策略的基础上,研判中国经济社会可行的零碳转型策略。研... 面对全球气候变化引致的生态危机,加快零碳转型进程势在必行。大力发展清洁能源产业,推动化石能源有序减退是零碳转型策略的核心本质,相关工作仍处于起步阶段。文本在论述零碳转型策略的基础上,研判中国经济社会可行的零碳转型策略。研究发现:首先,零碳转型路径在清洁能源供需体系构建的“源、网、荷、储”等方面呈现多元化特征,目标本质是推动清洁能源实现高效地供需匹配。其次,现阶段各界对中国经济社会零碳转型策略的主张,大体可分为基于现有能源供需体系的增量式改进和直接颠覆现有能源供需体系的反推式变革,两者各有利弊,面临的挑战也存在差异。再次,决策者应理性看待零碳转型过程,既不能仅基于传统能源供需体系“缝缝补补”,也不能急于求成,毕其功于一役地推动变革。鉴于当前相关探索仍处于起步阶段,确定转型的具体方向为时尚早,各地需因地制宜,结合多元转型路径发展竞争情况制定零碳转型策略,遵循由量变到质变的客观规律,经历由预期不稳定、多元化的探索向预期稳定、目标确定的变革演变。最后,从长远看,各界应将零碳转型策略纳入经济社会整体性变革中加以思考,以生态文明发展范式变革推进零碳转型,以零碳转型助力生态文明发展范式变革,力求为推动碳中和能源革命提供启示与参考。 展开更多
