Impact of community public health care on treatment effect,health cognition,and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes

BACKGROUND At present,China has become the country with the largest number of individuals with diabetes mellitus(DM)in the world,with a total of approximately 140 million patients,the majority of whom have type 2 DM(T2DM).Based on conven-tional nursing methods,community home care has important clinical significance in controlling blood sugar and disease progression.AIM To explore the impact of community public health nursing on treatment effect,health cognition,and self-management in patients with T2DM.METHODS One hundred patients with T2DM were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into either a conventional nursing group or community nursing(CN)group using the random number table method.The conventional nursing group(50 cases)received routine care,while the CN group(50 cases)received community public health care in addition to routine care as that for the conventional nursing group.The rate of excellent and good blood glucose control,fasting blood glucose before and after care,2-h postprandial blood glucose,health cognition,and self-management ability,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The CN group had a higher rate of excellent blood sugar control than the conventional nursing group(88%vs 70%,P<0.05).Before care,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose or 2-h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose and 2-h postprandial blood glucose were reduced to varying degrees in both groups,and both blood glucose levels in the CN group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Compared with the scores before care,the cognitive level score for diabetes and self-management ability score improved after care in both groups.The cognitive level and self-management ability of patients in the CN group were higher than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the CN group was better than that of the conventional nursing group(98%vs 86%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Community public health care based on conventional care of T2DM can achieve better blood sugar control,and improve patients’health cognitive level and self-management ability.

An Analysis of Japanese Economy and Labor Market From Disparities by Gender and Employment Types of Lifetime and Annual Income,Public Pension Benefit and Redistribution

The purpose of this study is the maintenance of Japan’s economy by labor economics and public finance.I analyze(1)considering differences by gender and employment type by labor economics of applied microeconomics,and also(2)considering income,tax and social insurance obligations,and public pension benefits by public finance.1.In Japan,a regular employee has more men than women,and an irregular employee has more women than men.2.Japan’s current significant economic issues are rapidly decreasing population and other.3.All people from 20 years old pay the public pension insurance every month,and all people about from 70 years old can receive public pension benefit every month.4.The average lifespan is 100 years old,and a woman is higher than a man.Using individual data from the Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications'"National Survey of Income and Expenditure",I conducted an analysis on both an annual and lifetime basis of male and female workers from their 20s to 60s who are regular or irregular employees in the labor market.Furthermore,I studied men and women in from their 70s to 100 years old who receive public pension benefits.

Globalization and Public Goods:Too Big to Tackle?

The massive Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 will have unforeseeable effects on the themes addressed here,from international regime change to infra-structural re-orientation to value changes.Here we concentrate on the positive cycle of effects globalization has brought about before the new war in Europe,mainly economic growth and(some)pressures for democratic development,as well as the negative cycle that originates in(relative)economic decline,elite dissent,even failed states and regime change,often in the direction of counter-democracy.The causal links between 13 independent and intervening variables and public goods as the dependent variable are specified in this explanatory sketch.There is need for broadening the view in explaining causal paths between globalization factors and the production of public goods.In doing that we focus in particular on variables like elite dissent,immigration,and new minorities,all three weakening the capacities of states to respond.Further we state that all four:ecological challenges,economic and social inequality and polarization,regime change,and international terrorism can be viewed as to their joint effects on the production of public goods.Selectorate theory is crucial.It explains political regimes on the base of the size of the selectorate with large(s)electorates producing public goods,as in democracies,and small ones only private ones,as in sultanist regimes and dictatorships.

Globalization Under the Spells of Breakdowns in Supply Chains, Regime Change, Regime Formation, and Alliance Restructuring: How Much Is Left for Public Goods?

In a paper conceived about five years ago(“Globalization and Public Goods:Too Big to Tackle?”)roughly a dozen factors were linked to explain important causal paths from globalization to the potential output of public goods.The Russian invasion of Ukraine,the corona epidemic,and the increased hegemonic rivalry between China and the U.S.interrupted or even destroyed many of the linkages between globalization and potential public good production.About five important detrimental paths involved in the meantime.In the present article we aim at linking what is left from the previous level of globalization or emerging to form a new and simplified causal model for likely linkages between truncated or(re-)emerging globalization,and the deadly needed output of public goods.These linkages refer to rules of climate control,go to trade linkages and arbitrary tariffs and trade interventions.Regime change,regime formation,and alliance restructuring address aspects of domestic rule and international stability.Selectorate theory,regime type,and exit options for political elites provide key explanatory factors in explaining globalization and public goods productions,or their decay.Where possible we use some data and transformation experiences corroborating our arguments.In other instances need for further empirical macro research will become clear.

Current Status and Analysis on Space Service in East China Public Libraries: A Case Study

This paper provides references for the space service of public libraries in China. 51 public libraries in East China were investigated in terms of space type, space facilities and space service reconstruction;the current situation of space service was analyzed and some problems were revealed. Based on the investigation, the characteristics of public libraries’ space service in East China are summarized from the perspective of space type, space service concept and space service mode. And the problems in the aspects of new space service level, space service facility construction and space service evaluation mechanism are pointed out. Through the analysis, space service strategies of public libraries in China are proposed: libraries’ overall quality should be strengthened;space service based on information technology should be promoted;users’ needs should be respected and evaluation mechanism should be developed.

Type 2 Diabetes Wellness Program in a Faith-Based Organization

In this practicum, the program objective is to improve the health of Joseph’s Storehouse food bank recipients’ community in the Blessing Center (New Hope Free Clinic and Joseph’s food bank), Redlands, California. The approach is to implement primary prevention and secondary prevention activity to increase knowledge and skills of the clients and their families of how to prevent and control type 2 diabetes through a wellness program in the clinic. The practicum began January 2015 and ended April 2015. 53 food bank recipients (non-diabetic and diabetic) were recruited. A quasi-experimental study design, pre-test/posttest, was used for the study. The impact of the program targeted diverse audience, high risk ethnic groups, and improved knowledge, awareness, management, and positive behavioral change. The study implication for public health promotion specialists is to narrow venues targeting the most vulnerable populations to promote and reduce type 2 diabetes.

中国特色城市新型公共文化空间的景观叙事

“新型公共文化空间”是我国公共文化服务迈向高质量发展的重要特征和发展趋势。自2021年文化和旅游部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合发布《关于推动公共文化服务高质量发展的意见》,提出“创新拓展城乡公共文化空间”以来,全国各地掀起了大范围的新型公共文化空间建设热潮。在建设取得突出成效的同时,新型公共文化空间也产生了趋同化、形式化、格式化、过度设计与设计不足等问题。从景观叙事视角探讨新型公共文化空间建设,提出从“本体向度”“时间向度”“空间向度”三重景观叙事向度建设中国特色城市新型公共文化空间,以期延展新型公共文化空间研究视角,促进新时代中国公共文化服务体系的现代化建设与高质量发展。

公众价值观与政策类型目标一致性对垃圾分类行为的影响:基于响应面分析

实施垃圾分类是破解当前“垃圾围城”困境的关键。已有理论研究探索了公众价值观和政策类型对垃圾分类行为的影响,但鲜有研究探讨二者目标一致性对私人和公共领域垃圾分类行为的影响。本文基于A-B-C理论分析框架,结合二元价值观与环境政策干预理论,将公众价值观与政策类型按照目标一致和不一致构建了四种不同的组合,并运用多项式回归和响应面分析,对全国31个省份收集的1 588份问卷进行研究。结果发现:(1)目标一致的个人利益-结构型政策和集体利益-信息型政策组合均对私人和公共领域垃圾分类行为产生积极影响;(2)集体利益-信息型政策组合效果更优;(3)目标不一致的集体利益-结构型政策和个人利益-信息型政策组合对私人和公共领域垃圾分类行为有积极作用时,集体利益和信息型政策分别起主导作用;(4)公共领域垃圾分类行为在公众价值观与政策类型目标一致性组合与私人领域垃圾分类行为之间起中介作用。本研究提出的垃圾分类政策建议有助于构建垃圾分类的长效机制。

论网络舆论反转及其引导

互联网为传统舆论场带来近乎颠覆式的改变,网络舆论的不稳定性和不确定性因素明显增加,网络舆论反转已成为一种常态化现象。网络舆论反转实质上是网络舆论受众在对网络舆论事件真假甄别基础上价值判断和情绪表达的转变,不同的价值判断和情绪表达相互交织、相互作用,推动网络舆论出现不同类型的反转。个人情感先于事实、众声喧哗消解事实、利益至上解构事实、片面认知曲解事实、复杂流程延误事实均导致事实真相不能及时登场、完整亮相,网络舆论必定再三跌宕变更。网络舆论反转乱象严重损害网络舆论场稳定、网络生态和谐和网络舆论影响力,亟须对其进行及时正确有效的引导,这已成为新时代思想政治教育的重大课题。

中国特色新型智库的国际传播能力建设探析——以浙江师范大学非洲研究院为例

[目的/意义]世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,迫切需要发挥中国特色新型智库在公共外交和文化互鉴中的重要作用,助力讲好中国故事,积极引导国际舆论,提升我国的国际形象,增强我国的国际影响力、感召力和塑造力。[方法/过程]中国特色新型智库是我国国家软实力的重要载体,在传播中国好声音、展现中国好形象等方面责无旁贷。本文以浙江师范大学非洲研究院作为研究对象,通过梳理该院对非话语创新与战略传播的探索实践,分析总结其加强和改进国际传播能力建设的路径与策略。[结果/结论]本文从建构话语体系、传播平台、人才队伍、传播路径等四方面,就新时期中国特色新型智库如何加强我国国际传播效能、改进国际舆论引导、提升国际话语权提出建议。

作为古代社会中极具重要性和文化象征意义的物质表现,国家主持建造的公共纪念空间一直为传统礼制制度重要的组成部分。但自辛亥革命推翻古代帝制后,由皇权主导的封建礼制体系逐渐消隐,承载着新的民族共同记忆的“革命纪念”活动,在近代民族国家中应运而生。导致以往象征着古代礼制制度的传统公共纪念空间,因不能满足新时代社会、文化、政治需要,也于同期开始转型与重构之路。该文从传统公共纪念空间出发,剖析其转型与重构原因的同时,并聚焦于探究近代公共纪念空间形成后的类型及其特征表现。

[目的/意义]从多层维度揭示我国新型公共文化空间发展现状,为“十五五”时期新型公共文化空间高质量发展提供理论参考。[研究设计/方法]采用实地调研、宏观数据与案例文本作为数据源,提取建设方式、空间营造、运营模式、管理模式、服务内容信息,形成概念和类型,归纳存在的问题。[结论/发现]我国以公共图书馆和文化馆为主体,在总分馆制基础上开展新型公共文化空间建设。新建、改造和嵌入是新型公共文化空间的主要建设方式,空间价值是核心价值,空间的变革带动了运营、管理和服务的变革。未来,新型公共文化空间要与已有公共文化设施体系深入衔接,同时形成错位发展;加强乡村新型公共文化空间建设;提升服务专业化水平;增强可持续发展能力。[创新/价值]采用多源数据从宏观上揭示我国新型公共文化空间发展现状,提出面向“十五五”的发展建议。

公平偏好下公共产品技术创新委托联合研发策略

为厘清公共产品技术创新中双重依赖下分包商横向公平偏好对公共部门契约设计和期望收益的影响,构建基于公平偏好的单委托人–双代理人的模型.求解发现,随机依赖和分包商公平偏好对间接激励系数具有相反的影响,孰强孰弱影响了最优合同类型;而调整后的奖励分配更偏袒公平偏好较强的一方,导致其获得团队绩效合同的优势逐渐明显;公共部门针对分包商公平偏好进行的激励调整可以使自己获益,但不能忽视分包商的相对贡献,否则激励效果适得其反.因此,公共部门若想从激励强度调整中获益必须协调好双方的公平偏好与贡献大小.

基于提升人居环境的城市公共空间类型化研究——以热带滨海公共空间为例

为推进海南自由贸易港建设,营造和谐绿色的人居环境,有针对性地处理空间环境与所在地气候特征和谐共生的问题,使用现场航拍、实测和聚类分析的方法,对热带海岛城市滨海公共空间进行类型化研究。研究得出三边高尽端空间、两高一矮岔路空间、一高一矮通路、单高开敞广场、无界面草地通路和地标开敞广场等6种典型空间类型,为滨海公共空间进行有针对性的理论研究和设计应用提供空间类型基础。

基于Polar码的ElGamal型公钥密码体制

在量子计算技术飞速发展的时代背景下,为了满足密码应用的安全需求,提出了一种基于Polar码的ElGamal型公钥密码体制。采用Polar码为基于纠错码ElGamal型公钥密码体制中的公开码,利用SC译码算法进行译码,并对方案的译码失败概率和安全性进行了分析。结果表明算法具有较高的传信率,选取的参数满足信息集译码复杂度和译码失败概率的要求,且算法满足IND-CPA安全性。
