化脓隐秘杆菌CmlA和FloR外排泵抑制剂的筛选

为了筛选出效果较好的外排泵抑制剂,对化脓隐秘杆菌进行了耐药基因检测、药敏试验、联合药敏试验和尼罗红外排试验。结果显示,cfr、cmlA、floR、fexA、catI、catB基因的检出率分别为9.8%、39.22%、41.18%、11.76%、13.73%和31.37%,未检出optrA、poxtA、fexB、pexA基因;槲皮素、木犀草素、黄芩苷、川陈皮素、芹菜素等5种黄酮类化合物对化脓隐秘杆菌均具有良好的抗菌效果;其中木犀草素与3种酰胺醇类药物联用后均有相加作用,FICI=1;5种黄酮类化合物均可以抑制CmlA和FloR外排蛋白对尼罗红的外排,其中木犀草素的外排抑制能力最强。耐药消除试验发现,木犀草素可以不同程度的消减化脓隐秘杆菌对酰胺醇类药物的耐药性。结果表明,木犀草素可通过抑制CmlA和FloR的外排作用,逆转化脓隐秘杆菌对酰胺醇类药物的耐药性,为木犀草素作为天然外排泵抑制剂的临床开发利用奠定了基础。

基于异步消息记录(CMLA)的卷回恢复算法

为了最大限度地减小检测点设置和卷回恢复的时间、空间开销 ,提出了基于异步消息记录的卷回恢复算法。同以前的算法相比较 ,该算法一方面节省了用于进程之间同步的时间开销 ,另一方面检测点设置及卷回过程中只涉及少量的相关进程 ,并且减少了保存检测点的空间开销。文中对算法的正确性进行了证明 ,并通过模拟实验给出了算法的开销。

圈养虎源大肠杆菌中氯霉素类药物耐药基因的调查

采用K—B法检测30株虎源大肠杆菌对氯霉素类药物的耐药性。根据耐药表型和耐药基因的流行情况,指导临床合理用药。结果表明:30株虎源大肠杆菌对氯霉素的耐药率为85%,对氟苯尼考的耐药率为78%。cmlA基因的阳性率为70%,floR基因的阳性率为23.3%。

一种具有成员限制的移动自组网络簇生成算法

在移动自组网络中,许多应用都依赖层次结构的支持.簇结构是移动自组网络中应用最为广泛的层次结构.然而,由于受节点的资源限制,当节点密度较高时,簇首不可能服务所有邻居节点.基于max-degree算法提出一种具有成员限制的簇生成算法CMLA,根据簇首节点选择成员的方式不同,提出了最小权值、最大权值以及随机簇成员选择策略.模拟实验表明,在节点密度较高的移动自组网络中,采用最小权值簇成员选择策略的CMLA算法在簇首节点数量以及负载均衡度等方面均优于其他策略和算法.

Comments and amendment proposals on the CMI Second Working Draft of Instrument on Recognition of Foreign Judicial Sales of Ships

This paper introduces the attitude of China Maritime Law Association( CMLA) towards the CMI’s drafting of the Instrument on Recognition of Foreign Judicial Sales of Ships,i. e. CMLA supports the drafting the Instrument,expounds the basic principles to be followed in the Instrument, i. e., facilitating the international harmonization and unification of law,protecting the interests of the bona fide purchaser and protecting the interests of the interested persons. Some specific amendment proposals are put forward on the Second Working Draft of the Instrument on Recognition of Foreign Judicial Sales of Ships regarding improvement of definitions,notice of judicial sale,effect of judicial sale,deregistration and registration of ship, recognition of judicial sale,circumstances in which recognition of judicial sale may be refused,and restricted recognition of judicial sale.
