利用GleebIe-1500热模拟实验机研究23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo超高强钢高温变形道次间隔时间内的静态软化行为,讨论变形温度、应变速率、变形程度、间隔时间及初始奥氏体晶粒尺寸等对其静态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明:变形程度对23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo... 利用GleebIe-1500热模拟实验机研究23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo超高强钢高温变形道次间隔时间内的静态软化行为,讨论变形温度、应变速率、变形程度、间隔时间及初始奥氏体晶粒尺寸等对其静态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明:变形程度对23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo钢的静态再结晶影响最大,增大变形量可获得均匀细小的晶粒组织;变形温度和间隔时间次之;应变速率及初始奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响较小。根据实验结果,建立23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo钢静态再结晶晶粒尺寸模型,定量分析起落架在锤锻压机上整体模锻成形过程的组织演化,发现在变形不充分的条件下静态再结晶是导致起落架锻件晶粒不合格的原因。模型预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。 展开更多

A modified cellular automaton(CA) program was developed to simulate the process of dynamic recrystallization(DRX) for 23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo ultrahigh strength steel.In this model,influences of deformation parameters on hardening rate and solute drag effect were considered.Moreover,an inverse analysis method was proposed for parameters identification of dislocation model and solute drag effect based on the results of isothermal compression tests on Gleeble-1500.Then,simulated microstructures under different deformation conditions were compared with those of experiments.A good agreement is achieved.Furthermore,influences of deformation parameters on microstructure evolution for 23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo steel were investigated in details.High strain is an effective measure to refine grain and improve homogeneity.Meanwhile,the desired deformation parameters are temperature of 1000-1050 °C and strain rate of 0.008-0.01 s-1 for obtaining grains smaller than 22.5 μm. 展开更多

在Gleeble 1500热模拟机上进行大变形等温压缩实验,研究了23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo钢的高温变形行为。结果表明:流变应力随着变形温度的降低和应变速率的升高而增大,在高温、低应变速率下动态再结晶软化效应显著,在温度为1000℃、应变速率为0.00... 在Gleeble 1500热模拟机上进行大变形等温压缩实验,研究了23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo钢的高温变形行为。结果表明:流变应力随着变形温度的降低和应变速率的升高而增大,在高温、低应变速率下动态再结晶软化效应显著,在温度为1000℃、应变速率为0.001 s^(-1)时流变应力下降29.6%。23Co13Ni11Cr3Mo钢在温度为1000-1100℃、应变速率为0.01-1 s^(-1)范围内锻造,其动态再结晶充分发生,晶粒细小,随变形参数波动变化平缓。根据实验结果建立了峰值流变应力模型及稳态晶粒尺寸模型,其预测值与实验值吻合得比较好。 展开更多

Magnetism of Co<sub>13</sub>-Filled Carbon Nanotubes of Diverse Chiral Symmetry

The attempt to study magnetism in (n,m) chiral space of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) with embedded metal cluster is presented. Co13 metallic cluster inside zigzag and chiral single-walled nanotubes was investigated using density functional theory (DFT). Magnetic properties of the endohedral nanotubes with the various chiral index (n,m) were characterized by calculation of the total spin magnetic moment (S). The dependence of S on the chiral symmetry of nanotubes, as well as the orientation of Co13 cluster within nanotubes was found. Longitudinal orientation of icosahedral Co13 cluster was preferable for magnetization in general. However, it was shown that the magnetic landscape M = f(n,m) of endohedral nanotubes is very complex and sharp. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of auricular point sticking plus Western medicine for moderate gastric cancer pain.Methods:A total of 80 patients were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received Western medicine treatment,while patients in the observation group received additional auricular point sticking.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Numeric rating scale(NRS)and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)were adopted before and after treatment.The total time and times of flare-up pain in 24 h were recorded.The cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were detected.The clinical efficacy of both groups was evaluated after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,NRS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(both P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);KPS scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(both P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total time and flare-up times of pain during 24 h of both groups were significantly reduced(all P<0.05),and those of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After treatment,the COX-2 and TNF-αlevels of both groups were significantly reduced(all P<0.05),and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking plus Western medicine for moderate gastric cancer pain is valid.This combined treatment can alleviate cancer pain and improve patients'quality of life,which may be related to its ability to reduce COX-2 and TNF-αlevels. 展开更多
