目的评估浙江省精神疾病流行病学调查中功能大体评定(Global Assessment of Functioning Scale,GAF)对12项一般健康问卷(12-item General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-12)假阳性和假阴性的影响。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样在全省共抽...目的评估浙江省精神疾病流行病学调查中功能大体评定(Global Assessment of Functioning Scale,GAF)对12项一般健康问卷(12-item General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-12)假阳性和假阴性的影响。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样在全省共抽取15000人,分析其中的10%质控被测(共1510人),以GHQ-12假阳性或假阴性为结果因素,GAF≤80分为暴露因素、人口学指标、自评健康和求助状况为协变量,进行常规和复杂抽样Logistic回归分析。结果经过系列控制人口学指标、自评健康和求助状况以及抽样设计因素后,GAF≤80分与GHQ-12假阳性持续并中等程度地相关[Odds Ratio(OR)=0.35,95%CI:0.19~0.64,P<0.001],与GHQ-12假阴性率持续并强相关(OR=10.81,95%CI:6.45~18.11,P<0.001)。结论GAF≤80分是影响GHQ-12假阳性和假阴性的一个重要指标,且对假阴性影响大于假阳性。本结果可能为今后以GHQ-12为筛选工具的研究提供参考。展开更多

However, the efficiency of artificial nano-scale structures is not reliable sufficiently. Moreover, the mechanical parameters related to the nano-hair attachment are not yet revealed qualitatively. The mechanical parameters which have influence on the ability of adhesive nano-hairs were investigated through numerical simulation in which only van der Waals force was considered. For the numerical analysis, finite element method was utilized and van der Waals force, assumed as 12-6 Lennard-Jones potential, was implemented as the body force term in the finite element formulation.展开更多
