By selecting flexible polycrystalline Ag as the metallic substrates, highly c axis (001) textured YBCO thin films were fabricated by using a modified magnetron sputtering equipment which can accomplish dynamic deposition and in-situ anneal treatment. The textures of Ag substrates have important effects on forming YBCO films with high critical current densities. Research on the textures of cold rolling Ag at different deformation degrees and recrystallization textures of Ag at different temperatures shows that in plane alignment of YBCO films is difficult to be obtained directly on cold rolling Ag substrates, because of the texture change of Ag during deposition heating of substrates and the strong dependence of J c of YBCO films on grain boundary misorientation angle of substrates. The recrystallization textures with cube (001) and rotated cube (001) in Ag were obtained. Experiments offer a possible prospect for the further research of fabricating sharp biaxially texture in Ag and the following deposition of high J c YBCO films directly on it. 展开更多

To deposit TiO2 films through plasma CVD, the partial pressure ratio of O2 to TIC14 should be greater than the stoichiometric ratio (PO2/PTiCl4 〉 1). However, this may lead to the formation of powder instead of film on the substrate when using volume dielectric barrier discharge (volume-DBD) at atmospheric pressure. In this study, by adding N2 into the working gas Ar, TiO2 photocatalytic films were successfully fabricated in the presence of excess O2 (PO2/PTiC14 = 2.6) by using a wire-to-plate atmospheric-pressure volume-DBD. The tuning effect of N2 on the deposition of TiO2 film was studied in detail. The results showed that by increasing the N2 content, the deposition rate and particle size of the TiO2 film were reduced, and its photocatalytic activity was enhanced. The tuning mechanism of N2 is further discussed. 展开更多

银薄膜作为高新技术领域极具潜力的新材料,在现代工业中得到了广泛的应用。以银靶为源材料的磁控溅射已成为制备银薄膜的常用方法。本研究比较了冷轧状态和退火状态下Ag靶的溅射性能,探讨了Ag靶与Ag薄膜之间的关系。结果表明:冷轧变形量... 银薄膜作为高新技术领域极具潜力的新材料,在现代工业中得到了广泛的应用。以银靶为源材料的磁控溅射已成为制备银薄膜的常用方法。本研究比较了冷轧状态和退火状态下Ag靶的溅射性能,探讨了Ag靶与Ag薄膜之间的关系。结果表明:冷轧变形量为83.33%后进行600℃退火可以有效提高Ag{110}的织构密度。冷轧态和退火态Ag靶具有相似的沉积速率。两种Ag薄膜的电阻率均随溅射时间的延长而降低。在溅射时间相同的情况下,退火态Ag靶溅射的Ag薄膜电阻率低于冷轧态Ag靶溅射的Ag薄膜。退火态Ag靶组织均匀,溅射后溅射跑道较浅。 展开更多

苍夷明目汤内服联合眼部冷湿敷治疗过敏性结膜炎临床研究

目的:观察苍夷明目汤内服联合眼部冷湿敷对过敏性结膜炎患者临床症状及泪液因子的影响。方法:选取68例过敏性结膜炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组各34例,对照组给予0.05%氮卓斯汀滴眼液治疗,研究组给予苍夷明目汤内... 目的:观察苍夷明目汤内服联合眼部冷湿敷对过敏性结膜炎患者临床症状及泪液因子的影响。方法:选取68例过敏性结膜炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组各34例,对照组给予0.05%氮卓斯汀滴眼液治疗,研究组给予苍夷明目汤内服联合眼部冷湿敷治疗。2组均治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率,比较2组治疗前后症状体征积分、泪液生化因子[嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、组胺(HA)、白三烯B4(LTB4)]、泪膜稳定性指标值[泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)]、泪河参数、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的变化。结果:治疗2周后,2组症状积分、体征积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),研究组症状积分、体征积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效总有效率为94.12%,对照组为76.47%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组ECP、HA、LTB4水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),研究组上述3项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组SIT、BUT指标值均较治疗前增加,研究组SIT、BUT指标值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组泪河高度、泪河深度、泪河横截面面积均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),血清IgE水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);研究组泪河高度、泪河深度、泪河横截面面积均高于对照组,血清IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.82%,对照组为14.71%,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苍夷明目汤内服联合眼部冷湿敷治疗过敏性结膜炎可改善症状及体征,提升泪膜稳定性,降低泪液炎性介质水平,缓解过敏反应,促进泪膜功能恢复,用药安全性高。 展开更多

However, the current models of unste... The inlet film thickness directly affects film and stress distribution of rolling interfaces. Unsteady factors, such as unsteady back tension, may disturb the inlet film thickness. However, the current models of unsteady inlet film thickness lack unsteady disturbance factors and do not take surface topography into consideration. In this paper, based on the hydrodynamic analysis of inlet zone an unsteady rolling film model which concerns the direction of surface topography is built up. Considering the small fluctuation of inlet angle, absolute reduction, reduction ratio, inlet strip thickness and roll radius as the input variables and the fluctuation of inlet film thickness as the output variable, the non-linear relationship between the input and output is discussed. The discussion results show that there is 180° phase difference between the inlet film thickness and the input variables, such as the fluctuant absolute reduction, the fluctuant reduction ratio and non-uniform inlet strip thickness, but there is no phase difference between unsteady roll radius and the output. The inlet angle, the steady roll radius and the direction of surface topography have significant influence on the fluctuant amplitude of unsteady inlet film thickness. This study proposes an analysis method for unsteady inlet film thickness which takes surface topography and new disturbance factors into consideration. 展开更多

随着我国农业设施的快速发展,日光温室在西北寒冷地区的应用越来越广泛。作为我国北方地区冬季作物生产的主要农业设施,日光温室热环境对作物生长有着重要的影响。以西北寒冷地区双膜日光温室为研究对象,通过与同区位相同体量的单膜日... 随着我国农业设施的快速发展,日光温室在西北寒冷地区的应用越来越广泛。作为我国北方地区冬季作物生产的主要农业设施,日光温室热环境对作物生长有着重要的影响。以西北寒冷地区双膜日光温室为研究对象,通过与同区位相同体量的单膜日光温室对比试验分析,研究了双膜日光温室室内热环境的变化规律。结果表明:与单膜日光温室相比,双膜日光温室室内温度高于单膜日光温室,湿度小于单膜日光温室;CO_(2)浓度较单膜日光温室高出14%;土壤温度高于单膜日光温室,相对湿度小于单膜日光温室,浅层土壤温度受外部环境影响波动幅度较单膜日光温室小,双膜日光温室室内热环境更有利于西北寒冷地区作物生长。研究结果对西北地区日光温室室内热环境优化调控、温室设计以及提高作物产量具有重要意义。 展开更多

An analytical model for metal rolling in the mixed lubrication regime was developed based on Wilson and Chang’s asperity flattening model and Von Mises homogenous deformation model. A more rigorous average Reynolds equation was used to calculate the hydrodynamic pressure. The variations of the yield stress with strain were considered in the model. An efficient iteration procedure was developed to solve the contact area, film thickness and hydrodynamic pressure. The model is more practical with fewer assumption and converges quickly. It is applicable to a wider range of rolling regimes. The calculation results using the model agree well with the literature as well as with measured data from a rolling mill. 展开更多

Bi2Se3 thin films were electrochemically deposited on Ti and indium tin oxide-coated glass substrates, respectively, at room temperature, using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and SeO2 as starting materials in diluted HNO3 solution. A conventional three-electrode cell was used with a platinum sheet as a counter electrode, and a saturated calomel electrode was used as a reference electrode. The films were annealed in argon atmosphere. The influence of cold isostatic pressing before annealing on the microstructure and thermoelectric properties of the films was investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the film grown on the indium tin oxide-coated glass substrate is pure rhombohedral Bi2Se3, and the film grown on the Ti substrate consists of both rhombohedral and orthorhombic Bi2Se3. 展开更多

不同覆膜方式对冷凉山区土壤水热效应及烤烟农艺性状的影响

用田间试验方法研究不同覆膜方式对高原冷凉山区植烟土壤的水热效应、烤烟农艺性状及产质量的影响。在昭通市高原冷凉山区设置常规黑膜(RC)、反光膜(RF)、双层膜(BF)和全膜覆盖(FF) 4种方式。结果表明:烤烟大田生育前期,全膜和双层膜较... 用田间试验方法研究不同覆膜方式对高原冷凉山区植烟土壤的水热效应、烤烟农艺性状及产质量的影响。在昭通市高原冷凉山区设置常规黑膜(RC)、反光膜(RF)、双层膜(BF)和全膜覆盖(FF) 4种方式。结果表明:烤烟大田生育前期,全膜和双层膜较常规黑膜覆盖土壤温度增幅分别为0.47~0.80℃和0.23~0.34℃,反光膜较常规黑膜覆盖土壤温度降幅为0.49~0.73℃。全膜和双层膜较常规黑膜覆盖土壤湿度增幅分别为2.46%~4.76%和0.63%~2.45%,反光膜较常规黑膜覆盖土壤湿度降幅为0.01%~0.19%。还苗期土壤湿度与时间的动态模拟关系呈幂函数递减,全膜和双层膜覆盖的土壤湿度递减率小于常规黑膜覆盖。打顶期烤烟农艺性状调查结果显示,双层膜覆盖烟株的根、茎、叶生物量,株高、茎围、叶片数和叶面积系数均高于常规黑膜覆盖。双层膜较常规黑膜覆盖的产量和产值增幅分别为1.14%和17.77%。地膜覆盖显著提高土壤温度和湿度,双层膜覆盖具有较好的烤烟产质提升效果,适宜在高寒冷凉山区烤烟种植中推广应用。 展开更多

天祝县是国内最适宜种植藜麦的地区之一,近年来随着覆膜栽培技术的应用,藜麦产量得到大幅提高,但土壤生态环境遭到一定程度的破坏,为筛选出适宜寒旱山区藜麦栽培应用且环保的覆盖材料。以露地种植为对照,研究了白色地膜、黑色地膜、银... 天祝县是国内最适宜种植藜麦的地区之一,近年来随着覆膜栽培技术的应用,藜麦产量得到大幅提高,但土壤生态环境遭到一定程度的破坏,为筛选出适宜寒旱山区藜麦栽培应用且环保的覆盖材料。以露地种植为对照,研究了白色地膜、黑色地膜、银灰色可降解地膜等不同地膜覆盖栽培对藜麦生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明,覆盖不同地膜均能使藜麦的生育时期提前、生育期缩短、产量提高。其中覆盖白色地膜时促使藜麦生育时期提前和生育期缩短的效果较为明显;覆盖黑色地膜、银灰色可降解地膜时灭草效果相对较好。覆盖白色地膜、黑色地膜、银灰色可降解地膜的平均折合产量分别为2748.37、3483.66、3088.24 kg/hm2,较对照露地种植分别增产7.41%、36.14%、20.69%。综上认为,银灰色可降解地膜可作为既增产又环保的藜麦覆膜栽培覆盖材料在寒旱山区应用。 展开更多

为探讨微热辅助低温等离子体杀菌技术(MH-CPS)在榨菜类发酵蔬菜产品中的适用性,该研究分析了MH-CPS处理后榨菜在贮藏过程中的膜璞腐败进程、理化、微生物以及安全性指标,并与未杀菌(对照)、巴氏杀菌、低温等离子体杀菌和微热杀菌法进行... 为探讨微热辅助低温等离子体杀菌技术(MH-CPS)在榨菜类发酵蔬菜产品中的适用性,该研究分析了MH-CPS处理后榨菜在贮藏过程中的膜璞腐败进程、理化、微生物以及安全性指标,并与未杀菌(对照)、巴氏杀菌、低温等离子体杀菌和微热杀菌法进行比较。结果表明,MH-CPS可实现与巴氏杀菌相当的杀菌效果,能够完全杀灭真菌尤其是产膜真菌,将细菌和乳酸菌数量分别降低了2.8 lg(CFU/g)和2.6 lg(CFU/g),有效抑制了膜璞腐败现象。此外,MH-CPS能够克服巴氏杀菌引起的榨菜质构软化和色泽褐变,硬度和咀嚼性比巴氏杀菌组提高了34%和44%,在保持产品pH、总酸和还原糖含量的同时,亦可将亚硝酸盐含量降低51%。结果表明,微热辅助低温等离子体杀菌技术对榨菜的品质有一定的改善作用,具有应用于榨菜类发酵蔬菜产品杀菌工艺的潜力。 展开更多

In the high-speed cold tandem rolling process of thin plate,chatter or slip instability gives rise to the deterioration of equipment and product quality.Macroscopic instability behavior is closely related to interfacial friction-lubrication con-dition which is generally characterized by the friction coefficient.However,with higher and higher speed requirements,the commonly used model of friction coefficient is no longer applicable and accurate.A novel approach is suggested to calculate the speed-dependent friction coefficient,in which the viscosity-pressure-temperature effects of the lubricant,surface roughness states of work rolls and rolled piece are comprehensively involved and the mixed flm lubrication theory is applied.Subsequently,the influences of friction coefficient on the instability of slip and chatter are investigated for a five-stand cold tandem rolling mill.On one side,the critical friction coefficient for each stand is determined by calculating the corresponding slip factor;on the other hand,the friction coefficient varying with rolling speed is combined with the model of theoretical critical rolling speed presented under constant friction coefficient,so that the speed threshold is determined.Furthermore,the stable and unstable regions corresponding to the rear three stands are individually discussed,and the technical strategies are proposed to suppress both slip and chatter frequently occurring in the actual rolling process. 展开更多

为了进一步提升日光温室的光温性能,使之能在北纬50°以北、极端温度低于-40℃的地区不进行辅助加温越冬生产蔬菜,研究创新提出了一种“双膜双被双腔”高保温日光温室。温室前屋面采光角达53.82°、前后屋面水平投影比小于1∶1... 为了进一步提升日光温室的光温性能,使之能在北纬50°以北、极端温度低于-40℃的地区不进行辅助加温越冬生产蔬菜,研究创新提出了一种“双膜双被双腔”高保温日光温室。温室前屋面采光角达53.82°、前后屋面水平投影比小于1∶1,温室的整体采光和保温能力显著提升,同时配套温室基础保温和采光面的“双膜双被双腔”保温以及后墙水柱被动储热和气水热交换地面土壤主动储放热系统,可使温室在室外极端温度低于-48℃的条件下室内温度保持在9℃以上,成功实现了在北纬52°的黑龙江省塔河县蔬菜安全越冬生产。 展开更多
