A new species in the genus Lytta Fabricius(Coleoptera:Meloidae) from China

A new species ofLytta Fabricius 1775, Lytta choui sp. nov., is described from Hebei, China. Images are provided of its habitus, head, protibial spurs and aedeagus, and the antenna, pronotum, spiculum gastrale, abdominal sternite and tergite are illustrated. The type specimens are deposited in the Hebei University Museum, Baoding, China （HBUM）.

A New Species of the Genus Tachinus (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae:Tachyporinae) from China

A New,Well-Preserved Species of Glaresidae (Coleoptera:Scarabaeoidea) from the Jehol Biota of China

Glaresis orthochilus sp. nov. （Scarabaeoidea： Glaresidae）, the best preserved glaresid fossil, is described and illustrated from the Yixian Formation of western Liaoning province, north-east China. Glaresidae, the sister group of all extant Scarabaeoidea was established in the Upper Jurassic/Lower Cretaceous and contained larger species than those found today.

Anomala semicastanea Species Group (Coleoptera: Rutelidae) of China

Anomala semicastanea species group consists of five species found in China: A. semicastanea Fairmaire, A. rufithorax Ohaus, A. shimenensis sp. nov., A. insulicola sp. nov. and A. atrovirens sp. nov.. Anomala amoena Frey, 1971 is designated as a syn. nov. to A. rufithorax Ohaus, 1933. All the type specimences are deposited in the Guangdong Entomological Institute.

THE GENUS CLITOSTETHUS WEISE (COLEOPTERA: COCCINELLIDAE) OF CHINA

In this paper, four species of the genus Clitostethus Weise from China are described, among them three species are new to science: C. acutisiphonicus, C. bawanglingensis. and C. brachylobus. A key to Chinese species of the genus Clitostethus is given.

On the genus Eumyllocerus Sharp （Coleoptera： Curculionidae： Entiminae） with description of two new species from China

Two new species of the genus Eumyllocerus Sharp, 1896, of the subfamily Entiminae Schoenherr, 1823, are described from China. Eumyllocerus longisetus sp. n. may be distinguished from other species of the genus by its long bristle-like, erect setae on the intervals, each of which is longer than the width of the second interval, the setae arrangedin double rows, and its shell-like, shiny, dense, metallic green scales. Eumyllocerus rotundicorpus sp. n. may be distinguished from any other Eumyllocerus species by its oval and inflated elytral shape, short stout metepisternum, small humeri, elytral setae shorter than 0.5 times the width of the second interval, the setae arranged in double rows, and its golden copper and pearl gray scales. The taxonomy of the genus is discussed. The two new species are described and habitus photographs and figures of diagnostic characters are provided. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China (holotype and paratypes) and the Korean Entomological Institute, Korea University, Seoul, Korea (paratypes).

中国毛胫豆芫菁组分类研究(鞘翅目,芫菁科)

对中国毛胫豆芫菁组Epicauta tibialis group进行了系统研究,描述云南1新种,即疏毛豆芫菁Epicauta sparsicapilla sp.nov.;编制了中国已知种检索表,简述了种的分布和寄主。模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆。

中国豆芫菁属一新种及二雌性补充描述(鞘翅目,芫菁科)

记述云南豆芫菁属1新种,即缘毛豆芫菁,新种Epicauta seriata sp.nov.;编制了凹跗豆芫菁组Epicauta interrupta group已知种检索表;并对钩刺豆芫菁E.curvispina Kaszab和墨江豆芫菁E.mojiangensis Tan雌性进行了补充描述。模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆。

中国跳甲属一新种记述(鞘翅目,叶甲科,跳甲亚科)(英文)

跳甲属Altica Geoffroy为一世界广布属，全世界记载300余种。本文研究了中国的种类，包括分布于新疆的1新种，中国共记载了28种。文中提供了新种的形态描述、整体图、形态特征图及雌雄外生殖器图，同时给出了中国分布种类的名录、分布和寄主植物记录。新种模式标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所。沙枣跳甲，新种Altica elaeagnusae sp．nov．（图1～9）新种同Altica deserticola（Weise）非常近似，但可以通过以下特征加以区分：新种体色深蓝色，额瘤三角形，鞘翅刻点排列混乱、较浅细，大刻点间没有小刻点；后者体色为紫罗兰色，额瘤长形、斜放，鞘翅刻点粗显，大刻点间散布微细刻点。正模♂，新疆若羌瓦石峡，1080m，1960-04-27，王书永采。副模180♂♂，156♀♀，同正模（保存于中国科学院动物研究所）。

新疆麦田瓢虫种类记述(鞘翅目:瓢虫科)

本文记述了采自新疆麦田的瓢虫科昆虫１７种，其中包括１新种即塔城毛瓢虫Ｓｃｙｍｎｕｓ（Ｎｅｏｐｕｌｕｓ）ｔａｃｈｅｎｇｉｃｕｓＹｕ和１中国新记录种即黄足小毛瓢虫Ｓ．（Ｓｃｙｍｎｕｓ）ｐａｌ┐ｌｉｐｅｓＭｕｌｓａｎｔ，并对一些种的种名和特征作了进一步的说明。

广西齿甲属分类研究(鞘翅目,拟步甲科,齿甲族)(英文)
