[Method] On the basis of the economic principle of popu- lation dividend, the use of human resources and natural resource constraints The IS-LM model describes these two states. [Results] The resource constraints have a "squeeze" effect on the demographic dividend, and employment pressure is shown in terms of the population opportunity window; the labor market segmentation, the ir- rational industrial structure, the backward curriculum and employment concept are the main factors affecting employment and labor shortage. 文摘This paper sorts out the research on the current college students' career identity in China. From the analysis of the number, the object and the content of the researches, expound the significance, the role, the existing problems and the solutions of the college students' career idenlity. It is pointed out that there are some problems of college students in China. such as the number of studies are few. the research direction is single, more empirical research and less qualitative research, fewer enforceable schemes etc. Further research can effectively improve the number and qualily ofemploynment of college students, and will also effeciively provide protection for social development.

文摘As the social employment situation is getting grueling, the issue of the diffi cult employment of students has become increasinglysalient. It is of prime importance to resolve these issues through educational and teaching reform under such urgent situation. Therefore,educational institutions and departments should re-position the teaching model according to employment and social demands to explore afeasible educational and teaching model and provide an effective approach to the increasing employment rate of graduates. From the perspectiveof employment and social demands, this paper offers a study of the educational and teaching model in colleges and universities on this basisand proposes relevant suggestions for the employment of college students with a view to provide concrete help for the alleviation of college students’ employment pressure.
