English is a communicative tool, however, traditional teaching method used in English teaching is not very suitable, and the traditional teaching is very boring and inefficient. The traditional teaching does not give students a real world situation to practice their English speaking and it does not cultivate their learning interests. This phenomenon continued in the students English learning for many years, and students can not use the English to communicate in their daily life. This phenomenon appears in oral English teaching in college schools as well, In order to solve the problems, the paper firstly describes the problem of English spoken teaching in college schools in Chi na. And then it analyzes the performance of problem and the cause of problems. The aim is that we find the problem and deficiency of Eng lish spoken teaching in college schools and use Role play as an effective way to solve these problems. At present, in the team of the college counselors, there exist the problems that the responsibilities are fuzzy, and their own qualities need to be improved, and the construction of the occupation is slow, and so on, which require that we should recognize the positioning of the counselors' occupational role, and focus on the enhancement of the abilities of the counselors. Therefore, this paper puts forward the path to improve the abilities of the role of the counselors, in order to speed up the construction of the professionalism and specialization of the team of the college counselors, making them more capable of supporting the growth of the physical and mental health of the college students. 展开更多

Under the background of a severe job market and fierce talent competition,the career planning education of college students is of great importance.In this study,a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods was used;500 students in Shenzhen Polytechnic of Information Technology were surveyed by questionnaire,and 40 counselors were interviewed in depth to comprehensively analyze the role and practical effect of counselors in career planning education.The research showed that the role positioning of counselors includes the guide of students’career development,emotional support,and job-hunting strategy,and the specific path selection involves the strengthening of professional knowledge,the construction of interpersonal relationship networks,and personalized counseling.Based on the survey and interview data,this paper constructed a model for enhancing the role of counselors in career planning education and put forward a set of targeted work paths. 展开更多

Correlation and pathways of behavioral activation systems mediating physical activity level and depressive symptoms among college students

BACKGROUND Depression is a common mental disorder among college students.The main symptoms include being persistent low mood,sad emotional experiences,lack of pleasure,listlessness,and impaired cognitive function accompanied by tendencies of self-harm and suicide.AIM To clarify the pathways and effects of the behavioral activation system between physical activity and depressive symptoms in college students with depressive symptoms.METHODS This cross-sectional research screened 3047 college students.Of these,472 had depressive symptoms,with a depression detection rate of 15.49%.Furthermore,442 college students with depressive symptoms were analyzed.A one-way analysis of variance and Pearson’s correlation,linear regression,and structural equation modeling analyses were used to explore the correlations and pathways of the interactions between the variables.RESULTS Depressive symptoms were significantly negatively correlated with physical activity(r=-0.175,P<0.001),the behavioral activation system(r=-0.197,P<0.001),and drive(r=-0.113,P=0.017).Furthermore,it was negatively correlated with fun-seeking(FS)(r=-0.055,P=0.251);however,it was not significant.Physical activity was significantly positively correlated with reward responsiveness(RR)(r=0.141,P=0.003)and drive(r=0.124,P=0.009)and not significantly positively correlated with FS(r=0.090,P=0.058).The mediating effect of RR between physical activity and depressive symptoms was significant[B=-0.025,95%confidence interval(95%CI):-0.051 to-0.008,P=0.001].The direct and total effects of physical activity on depressive symptoms and were significant(B=-0.150,95%CI:-0.233 to-0.073,P<0.001;B=-0.175,95%CI:-0.260 to-0.099,P<0.001),respectively.CONCLUSION As physical activity levels increased,depression scores among college students decreased.The mediating effect of RR between physical activity and depressive symptoms was significant.Therefore,colleges and universities should encourage college students with depression to increase their physical activity and improve their behavioral activation system.Particular attention should be paid to RR,which may reduce the prevalence of depressive symptoms. 展开更多

家庭经济困难医学生一般自我效能感对就业能力的影响机制 被引量:1

目的探讨医学类高校家庭经济困难大学生的一般自我效能感与就业能力的关系及成就动机与职业抱负的中介作用。方法2023年3—5月,采用就业能力量表、一般自我效能感量表、成就动机量表、职业抱负量表对包头医学院、内蒙古医科大学、内蒙... 目的探讨医学类高校家庭经济困难大学生的一般自我效能感与就业能力的关系及成就动机与职业抱负的中介作用。方法2023年3—5月,采用就业能力量表、一般自我效能感量表、成就动机量表、职业抱负量表对包头医学院、内蒙古医科大学、内蒙古民族大学、赤峰学院、包头职业技术学院5所医学类高校643名参与者[75%(482名)女性,25%(161名)男性)]进行问卷星调研。结果学生干部的职业抱负[(3.92±0.36)分]、一般自我效能感[(2.59±0.56)分]、成就动机[(10.22±0.86)分]分别高于普通学生[(3.68±0.77)分vs.(2.36±0.52)分vs.(10.01±0.65)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性就业能力得分高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理学、临床医学的成就动机差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一般自我效能感、成就动机、职业抱负和就业能力之间存在显著的正相关关系。职业抱负在一般自我效能感和就业能力之间存在显著的中介效应(0.073,占总效应的13.92%),一般自我效能感通过成就动机和职业抱负的中介作用影响就业能力。结论本文表明可以从积极培养家庭经济困难大学生的一般自我效能感进而激发学生的成就动机着手,同时为求职建立明确的行动目标,提高了学生的职业抱负,从而提高就业能力。本研究所提出的就业能力影响机制为高校有效开展职业指导工作提供了参考途径。 展开更多
