A Study on the Impact of Cheerleading on the Psychological Health of Female College Students

This study investigates the effects of technical cheerleading and dance cheerleading on the psychological health of female college students by utilizing the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),the Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for Interpersonal Relationships,and the Social Adaptability Diagnostic Scale.The findings indicate the following:(1)Technical cheerleading has a highly significant impact on sensitivity in interpersonal relationships,paranoia,and psychoticism,and a significant effect on anxiety and hostility;dance cheerleading has a highly significant effect on paranoia;(2)Both technical and dance cheerleading have minimal impact on the overall score distribution of interpersonal relationships among female college students,but the dimensions of their effects differ;(3)The impact of technical cheerleading on the social adaptability of female college students is more pronounced than that of dance cheerleading.

Application of Bandura's Social Learning Theory in the Moral Education of Secondary Vocational College Students

In recent years,with the high rate of juvenile delinquency,people pay more attention to the moral education of students in secondary vocational colleges.Based on the framework of social learning theory,this paper explores the systematic and comprehensive application of social learning theory in the moral education course.From the cognition of the behavior to the selection and internalization of the representation of the model behavior,and finally the selective extemalization of the representation symbol to generate the behavior,the influencing factors and their utility in each stage of the production of moral behavior are analyzed step by step,assisting students to establish correct outlook on life and values,and cultivating their"key abilities."When students face a complex and diverse social environment,they can make judgments in line with the general moral standards of the society,and then seek to improve the effectiveness of the moral standards of secondary vocational students,and strive to maximize the effectiveness of moral education.

Research on the Methodologies and Approaches for Enhancing College Students’ Humanistic Quality in Medical School

In this paper, we conduct research on the methodologies and the approaches for enhancing college students’ humanistic quality in medical school. The nature of medicine is medical education attaches great importance to the humanity quality education. Medical education and the humanistic quality education mutually harmony, to make the medical quality and humanity quality as the one, developed a new generation of high quality good. Since the 21st century, China’s medical colleges in explore the basic approaches and methods of the medical education, the teaching theory and research have made signifi cant progress, based on the analysis of humanistic quality curriculum structure in the universities of China, the concept of curriculum implementation, and some suggestions in aspects such as education method to explore new way of enhancing the medical student humanities quality education effectiveness that will be innovative.

The Effects of Integrating Language Learning Strategy into EFL Instruction for Non-English Major Students in Vocational Technical Colleges

Language learning strategies play an important role in language learning. Students in vocational technical colleges have been regarded as low English proficiency learners due to their weak foundation in learning English. To explore the solution, the present study employed a specific survey of language learning strategy use and tried to conduct a one-semester language learning strategy training, aiming to investigate the effects of integrating language learning strategy into EFL instruction for non-English major students in vocational technical colleges. We found after the instruction, the difference in the frequency of overall strategy use between the experimental group and the control group was significant indicating that the students could be trained with language learning strategies to enhance the frequency of their strategy use. After language learning strategy instruction, the experimental group didn＇t perform significantly better than the control group in terms of their English language proficiency. However, the results of this present study still supported this viewpoint that the strategy instruction had positive impacts to some extent if properly conducted, for it had positive effects on enhancing students＇ language learning strategy use.

A Description of Oral Errors for English Speaking Learners in Technical Colleges

Technical college students often commit different oral errors in their English learning. The type of students'spoken English errors is analyzed in this paper and the common errors are classified into four groups: phonological errors, lexical errors, grammatical errors and pragmatic errors. The result shows that lexical errors and grammatical errors are more common for learners from technical colleges.

Study on Learning Motivation of Higher Vocational Colleges Students in Tianjin

Learning motivation occupies an important position in non-intelligence factors,as it plays a pivotal role in university students' successful completion of their studies and strengthening of professional knowledge base.However,the present university students generally lack motivation in higher education.This research used questionnaire method,which is a questionnaire random sample in 500 students of learning motivation from four comprehensive higher vocational colleges of Tianjin,and explores the status quo of learning motivation in higher vocational students of Tianjin.The result shows:The learning motivation level of higher vocational colleges students is above middle level;Male on the learning motivation total level is significantly higher than female;Rural students in the learning motivation on the aggregate level is significantly higher than that of urban students;Look from the different grades,sophomore students have lowest level of learning motivation;Freshmen learning motivation is at highest level.

Acceptance of Chemo-prophylaxis for Latent Tuberculosis Infection among High School/College Student Contacts of Tuberculosis Patients in Shanghai, China

Student contacts of tuberculosis（TB）cases are susceptible to latent tuberculosis infection（LTBI）,and chemo-prophylaxis can reduce the risk of active TB among them.This study aimed to assess the acceptance of chemo-prophylaxis for LTBI among students, and their concerns regarding TB and its preventive treatment.

The Research of Education Technology Based on the SPSS Statistical Software

Through a questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers and Normal Students to carry out a statistical analysis of the data based on SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software. So we draw primary and secondary school teachers and normal students to arrive at the current status quo of educational technology ability and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the ability of its parts. Finally, we proposed new initiatives and methods of education and technical ability training.

研究型大学校院联动有组织科研的实践与探索——以上海交通大学为例

基于上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院开展有组织科研以及和涉海单位协同开展“大海洋”行动计划专项的实践,从职能定位、管理方式、组织形式等维度探究了研究型大学校院联动有组织科研运行的机制。二级学院采用闭环全生命周期科研创新管理模式,探索形成了科研区域协同创新管理模式,并探索融入上海临港进行有组织的科研合作,为研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研提供了最佳实践标杆案例。“大海洋”行动计划聚焦国家重大战略需求,有组织地从多学科交叉创新、创新基地建设、优势资源导入、组织机制建设等方面,以需求导向和平台化布局开展协同攻关,形成一种产学研用融通全链条生态体系科研发展模式。研究结论可为我国研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研实践提供参考。

产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作创新教材建设

教材是衡量学校教育与培养目标一致性的最基础、最直接的文本,教材的改革是教学改革的窗口。2020年1月教育部印发的《职业院校教材管理办法》强调要“专业课程教材要充分反映产业发展最新进展,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,及时吸收比较成熟的新技术、新工艺、新规范等”,建设一批符合时代要求的、高质量的高职护理专业教材是高职教材发展的趋势。基于产教融合、校企合作是我国高职教育的最大特色与成功之处,本课题分析了高职护理专业现用教材存在问题,包括职业特色不够凸显、缺少临床护理工作一线人员参与、教材内容更新慢、教材编写方式及内容均不利于学生通过护士执业资格考试、落后于数字化信息时代发展的要求及思政元素和职业素养融入不足等,指出产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作开发教材的必要性,提出校企合作创新教材建设路径,即组织编写人员到本地医院调研,组建由临床护理专家和校内专业课骨干教师组成的高水平教材编写梯队,制定器官系统化教材编写模式,由临床护理专家、校内专任教师和学生三方进行教材评审,编写过程中坚持做到校内教师与临床护理专家三个充分的合作、做到临床护理专家两种方式三个层面的参与、做到两个切实一个融入、做到突出三个结合、做到一整合一完善。

“互联网+”背景下大学生就业指导教育的技术性创新研究

“互联网+”背景下,“互联网+”同各行各业形成紧密联系,有效促进了我国产业链的迅速增长,衍生出了更多的就业机会。为适应“互联网+”时代发展,提升大学生就业、创业质量,通过引入“互联网+教育”新模式,为大学生提升就业机会,拓展更宽阔的就业指导教育渠道。高校应以“互联网+思维”“互联网+课程”“互联网+危机干预”“互联网+信息库”“互联网+平台”等,对“互联网+就业指导教育”存在的问题采取针对性对策,力求“互联网+”赋能就业指导教育,全方位提升大学生职业能力、就业能力与竞争能力,实现大学生高质量就业。

回归职校属性:校企合作的现实困境与路径探索——基于中职学生“升学热”视角

在中职学生升学诉求日益增长背景下,升学成为阻碍中职学校与企业深度合作的重要因素,寻找升学与就业的平衡点成为突破口。分析中职学校与企业合作中存在学生留企与管理难、中职教师缺乏企业实践经验与行业认知、学生实操课时不足且课时分配不均匀等问题,提出提升学生综合岗位能力以适应轮岗要求、增加教师的企业经验与技能,技能主导升学考试、深化校企合作等建议。

听障大学生社会适应状况调查研究

为了解听障大学生社会适应水平及影响因素,采用《中国大学生适应量表》对171名听障大学生的社会适应状况进行调查。听障大学生社会适应总体与各维度的得分表明其适应水平较好,社会适应水平各维度由高到低依次为校园生活适应、情绪适应、学习适应、满意度、人际关系适应、自我适应、择业适应。听障大学生的总体社会适应水平显著高于全国大学生常模,与北京化工大学常模没有显著差异;人际关系适应、校园生活适应、择业适应和自我适应显著低于北京化工大学常模;耳聋时间对听障大学生的社会适应有重要影响;父母听力状况、父母婚姻状况和家庭收入状况对满意度有影响。学校教育应基于以上结果有针对性地改善听障大学生的社会适应状况。

全国高职学校访企拓岗工作成效、问题分析及改进建议

以2022年度高职状态数据平台企业表、走访表、校企合作表、学生就业表等9张数据表为依据,从国家、省及学校三个层面用数据展示了1441所高职学校访企拓岗工作开展情况,从走访企业覆盖行业广、拓展优质就业岗位多,深度了解企业人才需求、提高人才供给精准性,推动校企优势互补、扩大校企合作增长极三个方面分析了高职学校访企拓岗取得的显著成效,并进一步总结了高职学校访企拓岗工作存在主观认识不足、推进合作落实不力、合作目标有差异等问题。据此,提出提高访企拓岗工作认识、加强数据调度管理、提升学校服务企业能力、健全访企拓岗工作制度、完善访企拓岗工作评价机制等改进建议。

基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学在提升教学质量中的效果观察

目的 探讨基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学对教学质量的效果提升。方法 按时间先后将2021-2022学年我院临床聘任带教老师60人及实习护生230人作为对照组,带教老师进行2周常规教学培训,实施传统教学模式;将2022-2023学年我院临床聘任带教老师62人及实习护生248人作为观察组,带教老师进行2周常规教学培训,实施基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学。比较2组考核成绩、有效教学行为、教学效果评价及满意度。结果 观察组实习护生考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效教学行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对教学效果各项评价均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对管理模式、教学内容、教学效果及操作技能的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学可提高教学质量,提升护生考核成绩及实习护生满意度,值得推广。

评教还是评人:普通高校体育课程学生评教有效性研究

采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对普通高校体育课程学生评教有效性进行实证研究。研究发现,学生评教既是对“教”的评价,也是对“人”的评价,评教分数具有区分度和有效性。具体而言:(1)“一表多课”学生评教体系造成体育课程评教分数低于其他课程;(2)教学因素影响评教结果,教得好(教学效果好)的教师评教分数较好;(3)非教学因素“人”影响学生评教分数,青年教师、讲师、人缘好、颜值好、技能好的女性教师更易获学生好评,即体育课程教师存在差异;(4)体育课程教学项目评教也存差异,三大球、三小球优于武术、健美操、瑜伽等项目。研究认为,构建不同课程评教指标、实现评教专业化发展,加强学生评教宣传,助力评教公正公平,用好评教结果,实现以评促教,从而有效提升普通高校体育课程教学质量。

对人类增强的慎思以及对当代大学生的引导教育

人类增强应避免引发更大不平等、颠覆基本价值、破坏现有合理规则、侵犯后代权利等消极影响。当前大学生对待人类增强的态度和认知是素朴的和缺乏反思的,大学生选择增强的行为受内在和外在多种因素驱使,需要从人生观、技术观和审美观等层面加以引导。教育学生正确认识人的本质,强化伦理意识和集体意识,树立正确的人生观;充分认识技术的社会属性和双刃剑特点,树立科学的技术观;破除片面审美观,警惕资本对健全健康审美观念的侵蚀,培养健全的审美观。

心理与精神护理课程校院合作教学实践研究

如何解决高职院校护理专业心理与精神护理课程教学任务重和教学资源少等问题,培养具有心理与精神护理知识和技能的高素质护理人才,是高职院校护理专业普遍存在且亟需解决的问题。本文以宁波卫生职业技术学院心理与精神护理课程为例,探讨了校院合作建设一流课程的教学策略。这些策略主要包括:聚焦教学资源建设,校院合作优化重组教学内容;聚焦课程实践教学,校院合作共建实践育人基地;聚焦教学方法改革,校院合作共同实施教学评价;聚焦质量保障,校院合作共同打造专兼职教师队伍。这些策略行之有效,不仅解决了高职院校护理专业心理与精神护理课程教学中存在的问题,也提高了课程教学质量,值得进一步推广。

面向大中小学生的原子力显微镜开放型实验设计与探索

加强实践教学环节已成为各年龄段教学工作的重要要求和实施课程思政的重要手段。基于原子力显微镜开设面向大中小学生的开放型实验课程,探索实践融入课程思政的新方案和大型仪器设备开放共享的新途径,为大型仪器设备的社会化开放提供新思路,也是课程思政一体化建设的有益尝试。
