Current situation and influencing factors of classroom situationdeviant behavior of undergraduate nursing students in colleges oftraditional Chinese medicine

Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of classroom situation deviant behavior ofundergraduate nursing students in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Three hundred andeighty-two undergraduate nursing students in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigatedby general situation questionnaire, Classroom Situation Deviation Behavior questionnaire, Utrecht WorkEngagement Scale-Student and Mobile phone addiction index scale. Results: The scores of the ClassroomSituation Deviation Behavior questionnaire of nursing students were (46.04 ± 14.94). The results of multiple linearregression analysis showed that gender, academic ranking, family income (RMB/month), learning involvement andmobile phone dependence were the influencing factors, accounting for 32.9% of the total variation. Conclusion:The classroom situation deviant behavior of undergraduate nursing students in colleges of traditional Chinesemedicine is moderately upper-level. It is suggested that the management departments of colleges should strictlyenforce the classroom management system, improve the teaching level of teachers, guide students to develop goodlearning habits, and constantly stimulate students' learning enthusiasm in order to reduce the occurrence ofclassroom situation deviation behavior.

Research on the Innovation Path to Strengthen Excellent Traditional Culture Education for Colleges and Universities in Shenzhen Under the Background of"Driven by Two Regions

With a series of stated-issued policies to support the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Shenzhen has welcomed a major historical opportunity period of"driven by two regions."Shenzhen is a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a dual core region of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.For colleges and universities in Shenzhen,this is both an opportunity and challenge.Under government support,colleges and universities in Shenzhen should carry out excellent traditional culture education,conduct top-level design,built an excellent traditional cultural education system,help students to form correct outlook on life and values,enhance a sense of national identity,supply first-class talents with both political integrity and professional competence for the two regions,as well as gather strength for developing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

The development of traditional Chinese medicine

Similar to other medicines,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)originated from the need for various practical solutions to treat diseases.It is a knowledge system summarized and condensed by the Chinese nation in the health care practice for thousands of years.TCM continues to serve the health care system.This study summarized the history,health concept,main treatment strategies and methods,current development,and future perspectives of TCM.It may provide a more comprehensive image of the overall TCM system.

Evaluating the confidence level of Traditional Chinese Medicine in nursing undergraduates at Chinese medical university

Objective:To observe the confidence level prevailing with regard to the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)among undergraduate nursing students who have undertaken TCM courses at Shanxi Medical University.Methods:This cross-sectional study was conducted at Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine.A questionnaire survey was administered through the Questionnaire Star website(https://www.questionstar.com/).The confidence level was examined from 6 aspects,namely cognition of TCM culture and theory,advantages and characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment,feelings about TCM achievements,personal behaviors related to TCM,attitudes toward Western medicine,and the future of TCM.The mean score of the observed items was calculated,and was found to be positively related to the confidence level concerning TCM(the score was between 1 and 5).Results:A total of 120 participants voluntarily enrolled themselves in the study.The results showed that the mean score of observed items were generally about 4.A relatively strong confidence was shown in understating TCM advantages and characteristics in diagnosis and treatment,and also in feelings toward TCM achievements.Conclusions:The majority of nursing undergraduates had confidence in TCM.However,some aspects such as the understanding of TCM culture and the correlation between TCM and Western medicine may need to be improved through education.

Dialogue with Dr. Lixing Lao:from a factory electrician to an international scholar of Chinese medicine

Dr. Lixing Lao, an internationally known scholar of Chinese medicine renowned for his clinical and mechanisms research, is the Director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Program at the Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Maryland （UM） School of Medicine; the Co-Chair of the Acupuncture Research Society; and the former Editor-in-Chief of the American Acupuncturist, the official journal of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. The Baltimore Magazine has listed Dr. Lao as one of the nation＇s top acupuncture practitioners （Figure 1 ）.

从育人价值的本位出发构建西医院校中医学课程思政的探索

此文围绕以育人为本位的价值理念,对西医院校中医课程思政的构建进行了探索。文章分析了目前西医院校中医课程以及中医课程思政的现状和背景,中医课程思政建设符合国家建设高水平大学、培养高质量人才的要求和维护人类健康的需求,其必要性不言而喻,并具有可行性。从教学目标和计划、教学内容的挖掘与整合、教学形式的改革与创新、教师队伍培训和教学效果评价措施五个方面具体展开,探讨了课程思政构建的内容,为实现以育人为本位的医学人才培养目标提供了思路。

广西中医药大学2017-2020年中医学专业毕业生质量调查与分析

目的评价广西中医药大学2017-2020年中医学专业毕业生的质量,以该校为例,发现教学中存在的问题,通过优化教学模式,为推动该校甚至全国中医药教育教学事业的发展提供依据。方法通过邮寄、网络在线填写和面对面现场填写等方式收集用人单位对中医学专业毕业生能力和学校专业教育情况的评价意见,以及该校学生对学校专业课程设置等方面的评价意见。结果用人单位对广西中医药大学中医学专业毕业生的综合素质整体比较满意,很满意的为62.5%,比较满意的为37.5%。在基础知识评价方面,英语水平的满意度仅为87.50%;在基本技能评价方面,虽然对创新意识和科研能力的满意度均为93.75%,但评“优”的仅均为25.00%,评“良”的均为68.75%;在综合素质评价方面,对身体素质和心理素质的满意度为93.75%。毕业生对广西中医药大学的教学满意度为94.60%。毕业生认为核心课程重要度基本为100.00%,满意度在62.16%~71.62%之间。51.35%的毕业生认为应加强科研能力培养,36.49%认为需要加强专业技能培养。结论广西中医药大学的中医学专业毕业生创新意识和科研能力、专业技能、英语水平等方面仍有较大提升空间,应加强以上几个方面技能的培训,同时提高学生身体素质和心理素质,优化教学模式,培养全面发展的中医药专门人才。

“三高四新”战略下基于创新中药现代产业学院的复合型拔尖人才培养路径研究

研究生教育作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是高层次人才培养的重要途径。该文拟以“三高四新”伟大战略为方向,以创新中药现代产业学院为依托,从搭建产教融合新平台、组建研究生创新导学团队、注重学生实践能力培养、创新研究生培养考核评价机制四个方面进行中医药院校药学类研究生人才培养模式重构,并予以实施,以期培养具有过硬综合素质、较强创新能力和科学研究能力的复合型拔尖中药研究人才。

基于“四动”的高等中医药院校青年师资队伍建设探究——以黑龙江中医药大学基础医学院为例

高校作为接受高等教育的场所,是高层次人才的摇篮,是专业型人才的孵化器,是为党育人、为国育才的重要途径。教育的根本是教师,只有高质量的师资队伍,才能培育出高质量的人才,对于师资队伍的建设始终是教育改革的重点内容。为探索与完善高等中医药院校青年教师培养工作,该文以黑龙江中医药大学基础医学院为例,综合运用文献调研法、访谈调研法、持续培训、集体备课、教学研讨、导师制与督导制及教学竞赛等多种方法,从“问题驱动”“氛围带动”“引领促动”和“制度推动”方面对高等中医药院校青年教师的培养方式和途径进行探析,为兄弟院校提供参考与借鉴。

宁波市大学生中医体质调查与偏颇体质相关性研究

目的分析宁波市大学生中医体质分布,探讨其偏颇体质之间的相关性。方法采用横断面调查方法对在校大学生进行中医体质测评。结果大学生体质分布依次为混合型偏颇体质、平和质、单纯型偏颇体质;男性平和质、痰湿质比例高于女性,混合型偏颇体质、血瘀质比例低于女性(P<0.05);虚实两类体质之间、各型体质与其兼夹体质均具有相关性(P<0.05),虚证体质以气虚质、实证体质以气郁质相关性最强。结论大学生中医体质以虚证体质为主,各兼杂体质之间有明显相关性,偏颇体质形成与气的功能异常密切相关,气虚质与气郁质分别对虚证体质与实证体质的形成有重要影响。

中医药院校应用心理学专业跨学科培养体系的研究

新时代医疗卫生系统心理人才缺口巨大,且在国家政策支持及高校推动“双一流”建设的背景下,应用心理学专业发展迎来了机遇和挑战。目前,中医药院校应用心理学专业在专业定位、人才培养、课程教学、学生职业规划等方面还存在很多困境。基于此,通过优化应用心理学人才培养方案,以“医学+心理学”为课程基础,凸显应用心理学(医科)特色,建设实验实训技能操作培训平台,完善“医学+心理学”教学实践体系,组建学科交叉、“双师型”教学团队,构建应用心理学专业跨学科人才培养模式,最终实现培养精技能、懂医学、强心理的应用心理学(医学)复合创新型人才。

基于Web of Science近十年我国5所中医药大学科技论文文献计量学研究

目的分析"老五所"中医药院校的科技论文收录情况,从一定程度上反映各高校的综合科研能力。方法以近十年(2007年1月~2017年5月)Web of Science数据库收录的"老五所"科技论文为分析对象,运用文献计量学方法,对文献进行统计分析,从自然科学和人文社会科学两个方面的文献发文量、来源出版物、论文被引情况、影响因子、H指数、优势学科等方面进行分析。结果 "老五所"论文发表数量呈逐年增长趋势,但论文平均影响因子与被引量不高;在SCIE收录的科技论文中,Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine是出现频次最高的来源出版物;在优势学科比较中,中药学与中西医结合医学发展较好,但中医学较弱;与自然科学相比,人文社会科学发展缓慢。结论 "老五所"科技论文在保证数量稳步上升的同时,应保证其质量,协同发展弱势学科和中医药特色学科,进一步彰显"老五所"综合实力。

Common problems in the TCM intellectualized development and strategies for its sustainable development

To inherit and develop the traditional Chinese medicine, the scientific and technological innovation is the key. With the development of the artificial intelligence （AD, it provides strong technical support for the development of the TCM intellectualized development. But there are many common problems in the intellectualization of the traditional Chinese medicine. The practicability is not strong, with the lack ofsystematicness, and it cannot reflect the core thought of the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. This article focuses on these problems and puts forward the basic strategies for the intellectualization and sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine, advocating that the intellectualization of the traditional Chinese medicine should adhere to the holistic point of five internal organs, the holism of body and spirit and the holism of human beings and universe.
